    For service I've been going to Wentworth Subaru and Superior Imports for for years. A few people recommended Gresham Subaru for service, that it was worth the drive. It's not clear when you drive up if you should wait in your car or walk into the garage to check-in. Drew quickly diagnosed something Superior couldn't. And I didn't get invoice shock. They did try to cross sell me with "you have a dirty air-filter and need ______," but that's the norm with dealerships. I do slightly prefer Wentworth's customer waiting area. Robin, the Service Tech, was very nice. While I was waiting one of guys in the office was involved in a tense personal phone call. Maybe close your door. But it does suck having little privacy. Lastly, they washed the car without being asked!

What stood out most was that he didn't just disappear after the deal was done he actually followed up and added helpful details about service and maintenance afterward, which you don't always see. The finance team was smooth and straightforward, making the process way less stressful than expected. And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish. Definitely felt taken care of looking fwd to working with them again for another car. They offer a battery4life warranty I'm looking forward to discussing in more detail later :)

    Update: 5/15/26 Now…read moreI gotta take them to court and file complaints with the consumer agencies. The are not trust worthy. Poor communicators and don't follow through. We canceled the warranty on a vehicle 4/6/26 in writing sent to the email address they provided us with. Well they've been giving us the run around. Called the warranty company they said they aren't even the ones that refund the money. The dealership is and the dealership never actually contacted them to cancel our contract. I purchased a Land Rover Defender from Diplomat Motors (DP). The staff was friendly for the most part, and the facility itself is beautiful and gives a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the vehicle has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the check engine light came on. DP did address this by replacing a sensor at no cost, which I appreciated. However, the issues didn't stop there. The vehicle continued to shake when braking, which led me to have it independently inspected, something I now wish I had done before purchasing. That inspection revealed multiple leaks and additional concerns that should have been identified during routine maintenance. Given that DP provided maintenance records and also worked on the vehicle (including the O2 sensor repair), it's concerning that these issues were either missed or not disclosed. These are not minor problems, they are things a thorough inspection should have caught. To make matters worse, I purchased a $5,000 warranty, yet the car has already been in the shop three times, costing me over $1,600 out of pocket for repairs that were not covered. Overall, while the customer service and presentation were solid, the condition of the vehicle and lack of transparency around its true mechanical state have made this a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing any vehicle from DP. If that's what you decide to do.

First, they let me schedule a test drive that worked for my schedule. Secondly, they were prepared when I showed up... the car was out front and ready to see. Lastly, the sales process was very low pressure and my sales rep (Dosy) worked with me to make the deal align with my needs. The person who processed my documents was very personable and kind as well. The loan process was straightforward and easy. They also purchased my old car and made the transfer process as seamless as possible. The dealership is clean and everyone is friendly and professional. They have a snack area in the back and the restrooms were clean. The best part: they filled the car up with the gas before they handed me the key... it's the small things that matter when it comes to high customer service, and this place definitely hits the mark for me.

He worked with an associate who answered questions over the phone as well as sent him videos of the car. He set up an appointment time and we drove an hour to get there. We got there, and they were showing the car to someone else who showed up to see it. While they were on the test drive, they tried to get us to buy it out from under them. We went on a test drive after they did, and it was obvious they were buying it when we got back. Then they tried the, "well, their financing might fall through. You should hang around until it's approved." Yuck! Cringy. They showed my hubby a few other cars online, but it was quite awkward and we just wanted to go. A different Ron Tonkin had another car for us to look at. The same day my husband was going to drive down, he got a call saying that someone needed a loaner, so they gave him the same car my hubby was going to see later that day. I think we learned our lesson about Ron Tonkin. The two stars is only because the associate took the time to answer questions and send videos of the car.

We have purchased 3+ cars from this dealership and every time we bring a…read morevehicle in for service they try to rip us off. #1 Last year I brought in my wife's 2020 Rav4 for service. They tell me the brakes are at 10-20% and quote me an absurd price for brake pads. I take the car straight to Nolans tires and they said you brakes are at 80%. Too funny Swickard. #2 Bring our daughters 2017 Prius in for 1 of the 2 service appointments that came with the purchase of the car. Dropped car off from 30 minute drive only to get home 30 minutes later to get a call that the Prius is done with service appt. Get to Toyota and look at paperwork. They didn't change the oil or rotate the tires. They lied. My daughter called the dealership back when she got home and the service manager could not even tell her what they did to the car and then never called us back. You guys are shafty. #3 Today 5/9/2025 I bring my 2023 Rav4 Prime, which I purchased at this dealership, they tell me I need 30k maintenance and quote me $1030 for the service. I was like I will go look this up. Just change my oil and do a tire rotation. In the service manual it states to check all the fluids they quoted my $1030 to replace. Come on guys! I called my mechanic and he quoted me 1/3 less than what Toyota quoted me and told me I don't need to change out all these fluids but just check the levels. This dealership is a true ripoff and we will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership every again. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Up selling is a trick for the dealers and techs to make extra earnings. Go on google and search out Toyota Dealers Up-Selling customers for unnecessary fluid and maintenance. Also search out just exactly what the factory recommends and take it with you. This dealership at 30K wanted a brake fluid change for extra $400 plus fuel system cleaning $200. that's on top of the basic cost for hundreds of dollars. Don't be fooled. I'm doing the whole 30K service for $100. do a YouTube search "Toyota Scams".
