Dr. Daniel and his entire team, are really good. The first tough part for me were the X-rays of the full mouth, some teeth can be very very hard to reach; however, the team persisted. They did not want to give up any part of this first level evaluation so they pursued this thorough process to it's conclusion - it is important for them from a detailed record keeping perspective (for times to come). Though it was a very discomforting experience for me but I tried to cooperate fully too well knowing it was for my own good dental health to let them see where I was and where should they begin from. Thanks to the staff for their patience, & especially to Coleen to make it happen, finally :). Once that part was completed, the other procedures were rather smooth and very well taken care of. Dr. Daniel is extremely gentle and professional. Even the most painful parts (especially the anaesthesia administration - Ouch) din feel as bad/painful as it normally would. He rather makes it feel easier than it can be. His team also makes sure of ones comfort at each little step (100/100 points for that). If you happen to leave a message for Dr. Daniel to call you back, he is one doctor (have not experienced this kind of professionalism, earlier) who will make sure he speaks to you no matter what and very promptly & patiently. I feel thankful to having found them as our new Dentists. The clinic is spic and we don't shudder the thought of visiting them. Would highly recommend!!

Then we received a email that they cancelled all of my family's appointments in the future. I called , apologized. And I was to get a call back in the afternoon by the mean secretary. No call. They just emailed my ex wife her records. I called to get my records and was told they would call the police. After contacting my attorney, this is illegal. And further action will be taken. This is a great dentist. The Dr herself is caring, and really cares about each and every patient. We as a family are sad we have to go look for another DR due to an mis understanding between the DRs staff and I. I really wish I could speak to the DR personally? My suggestion is to keep your thoughts and feelings away from this staff. You do not want to lose the best DR in Sonoma county. Like my family did.

I went in a week later for the stitches to get removed and it was super quick.
