Insects, rodents, wildlife; they will always look to make a home inside of 'your' home. In this…read morecase mine. I suppose I could be ok with this if they didn't make so much noise. In which case I had a few rats, that unknown to me, burrowed their way under my foundation and into the crawl space. Learn something new every day. So I call Charlotte Wildlife Removal and learn that rats can actually dig tunnels. And from earlier battles to remove them over the years; found that there were a few holdouts left. CWR laid out large box traps along the entrance to the hole and other areas as well as in the crawl space. Being sure not to lay poison yet so that they wouldn't die and then I would have the smell in the house. Side note; contrary to popular belief, the poison doesn't drive them out to get water, they'll just stay and die. CWR came by every other day for 2 weeks to check the traps. All of the rats we caught happened in the first few days but did it for 2 weeks to be certain. Then the poisonous was laid in the attic, and crawl space. The best part though is that CWR dug down where the tunnels were filled it all back with concrete and covered with dirt. Overkill, possibly. Serious follow through, ohhh you bet! I have a near full basement and these tunnels contributed to leaks into the basement on days of heavy rain. So I'm very thankful for this dual repair. They will be back to do other preventative work for the crawl space. For now it's back to just being my home. Pleasant to work with, diligent and priced fairly. Highly recommend them.

Buzz Termite & Pest Control is Dynamic!…read more I highly recommend Buzz Termite & Pest Control. The company has been in business for 20 years and is licensed and bonded. My story: Termites just entered my garage and I was alarmed. Tedd, the owner of Buzz Termite and Pest Control came right out to inspect my property free of charge. He emailed me a quote to drill termicide liquid treatment into the garage and porch slabs and to trench and treat the foundational perimeter. He explained everything and answered my preliminary questions and my questions sent via text after our initial inspection. We set an appointment to remediate the termites for today, April 21, 2021. He was punctual, professional and prepared to get the work done right!. He and his team went right to work. He drill holes as outlined above. He placed the termicide into the holes and later filled the holes with plastic plugs that were ultimately hammered flushed with the slab. He also trenched and treated the foundation all around the house with termicide. He placed termicide foam in the wall that had termite activity. The treatment will last 10 years. BUZZ Termite & Pest Control treatment comes with a full warranty and the full treatment and annual fee are significantly less than other companies. Tedd walked me through what had been done and answered all my questions. He was kind, gregarious and very respectful. He was affordable and significantly less than the highly advertised pest control companies. His integrity, work ethic and genuine desire to ensure me that the termites were eliminated asap is the reason why I felt compelled to share this recommendation. Sometimes you interact with a business and you can't hold your peace about how well they fulfilled the work at a fair and honest price. Listen: I can sleep better tonight because this problem is handled. My anxiousness regarding how to get rid of the termites is now eradicated!! Buzz Termite & Pest Control did a dynamic job and you should call them NOW!! If you need termite remediation or pest control contact Buzz Termite & Pest Control. Tell him I sent you. Removing large deceased animals is a sad and nasty business, so I'm grateful that Nathan was able to take care of it all for us. He is in and out as quickly and discretely as possible, and he leaves the area as cleaned up as he can, which is really nice for several reason: a) I don't want the area to attract other animals and b) I certainly don't want to clean it myself. I think that what Nathan charges is more than fair for the services he renders. As much as I hope I never have to call Nathan again, if you know what I mean...I'm glad I know that I can call him if I need his professionalism and expertise again in the future.

I was told if I had a problem, to just call and they would send someone out. I called the company and asked if they could send someone out, as I had a problem in my yard. (Action is 2.6 miles from my home) She asked me to send her pictures. I emailed her pictures. Her response was it was a lawn problem and I needed to contact a yard maintenance company. Well I found out it was grub worms. Action is supposed to take care of 20 feet from the house. Grub worms are scarab beetle larvae. To my knowledge beetles are bugs. The infestation is right outside both my front and back doors. I returned a email to her asking if they had anything to handle grub worms. I got no response. I don't know exactly how much contract is left with this company but they can have it!
