Just got our STL Coffee Pass and this was our first place to try. Super cute coffee and plant shop…read more A few places to sit on the shaded porch as well as main level and lower level shop. Not sure if there's an upstairs but definitely a fun place. Love when my mocha latte has a blended chocolate flavor and balanced with the coffee. They had a nice pastry assortment as well that we will have to try next time!

When you enter, it's very small but very well put together décor wise. Each area had signs that discouraged movement of their furniture and had its own kind of theme. I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. I ordered an iced Monstera Mint latte and chocolate coffee cake slice. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to.... Anyways, my MONSTER-AH mint latte was good, but the chocolate coffee cake was a bit too dry for me. And service could have been a bit more professional in my opinion.

Not a single miss. The biggest standouts were the lavender yuzu berry cookie and the berry trio walnut bread. The cookie was incredibly well balanced -- floral, citrusy, and not overly sweet -- and easily one of the best cookies I've had in a while. It's also a pretty large cookie, so good for sharing... or not The berry trio walnut bread had great structure despite being packed with nuts and dried fruits -- really thoughtfully baked and especially amazing toasted. Overall, Foundry is a really great bakery. Absolutely worth the drive to try something new, and I'll definitely be coming back.

They are thoughtful about using the best possible ingredients for their customers. Every fruit tea is made from real fruit and not powder and artificial flavors. Things are no where near the sweetness of other boba tea shops. They use ceremonial grade matcha and every piece of bread that we tried tasted not overly sweet and extremely fresh. They are truly the definition of mom and pop shop that cares about their customers.

Lots of customers. Parking was minimal at the location. Parking garage in back is so very very tiny. It was 100%full. So we drove a tad up the street. We parked across the street, at a closed tiny strip mall like place. Would I return? Absolutely! Great place, so expect lots of customers.

They give you complimentary buns that are colorful, we thought they were different flavors but they were all the same. They were pretty good. The had a regular menu and also still had a valentine menu. After reviewing all the menu options and chose the Carnitas Bowl from the Valentine menu. It was a good choice! Food came out pretty quickly. Mine arrived as ordered with no cheese and the eggs over easy. The flavor was so good! Potatoes, carnitas, onion, tomato, jalapeno, two eggs, avocado, and Fiesta Guac Salsa. Lots of flavor. I decided to get an Oat and Honey shake; banana, oatmeal, honey, amaranth, almond milk, and cinnamon. It has a delicious flavor but not thick as I anticipated, more like a smoothie. Lots of options, good food, nice and quick service,
