He works out of his "shop" located in the back of his residence. Knows a lot about small engine repair, quick turn around time, answers his phone and calls you when your item is ready or if he needs to discuss further repair which may impact his original estimate. I took my father's OLD lawn mower in for a tune up. Personally, I thought he should just buy a new one. My father just filled it with gas and that was it. Pete showed this ol' lawn mower a little love and she starts on the first pull and purrs like a kitten. Pete provided a "cheat sheet" of little tips we could do like, using up all the gas on that last mow of year before storing it away until the next spring. Who knew such a simple thing prolongs the life of your lawn mower? And also, several other tips that take hardly any time and cost pennies, if anything at all. All in all, we have a lawn mower thats performs like a new one. Take your stuff to Pete, you won't be disappointed. But, don't wait too long, he is very popular, people travel for miles to get his great customer service.

They repaired the cable and gave me a full tune and the cost was far less than buying a new, lesser quality mower. i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.
