These people bang on the door and ring the doorbell at 8:00 at night and then refuse to leave!! He was rude and obnoxious and refused to get off the property even when we threatened to call the cops. We finally had to slam the door in his face. I would NEVEr use these people! If you want business, send out flyers! Do not send these rude people to my door constantly! read more

Wish I would have come here first to read all the terrible reviews before signing up with this crew. They do nothing more than your average handy man could do, and usually less. They didn't fix my pest problem and won't let me cancel without a massive cancellation fee. Do NOT sign up with these guys - you will regret it! read more

I would rate Greenix no stars if I could! Called to have a wasp problem taken care of. Not only didn't they take care of the problem it was worse the next day! When I called back they told me that was normal and it could take 2 to 3 weeks. I told them they were buzzing around my front door they said to use the back door! I said what if someone comes to the house they said put a sign on the lawn! An Amazon drive did come to the house and threw my package and ran back to the truck! When I pressed them to have something done they said next week! I pushed for Friday and they told me someone would be out. No one showed up. I received a Text late in the day telling me they would be out next week. Called on Monday and told them I didn't want them to come out any more they said I still would be charged a cancellation fee! I was charged $400 for nothing. called another company and the problem was gone the same day!!! Be warned about Greenix! read more

Started a year contract with this company to prevent insect issues after buying a house in Ohio. The tech who came out was very weird while engaging him with questions about his service to the house. Tech broke my bedroom blinds, was very clumsy with his application of "Pixie" dust around windows inside and was not very good at his job. On1/8/26, received a text he would be making a service call at my house with no notice. I called his personal cell phone and asked him what he would be doing in the middle of winter with insect control. After empty words of dusting the exterior of house I told him to not come out since I was cancelling their service. I called the company and was told they would charge me a $249 cancellation fee because of contract. After an engaging conversation with their customer service and paying $249, I am free from this incompetent company and misleading billing. I have used numerous pest control companies while living in Texas and had no issues, but this company cuts the cake with deceptive billing and incompetent techs who want to bill you for applications in the middle of winter in the Northeast . Save your money and choose another company. read more

Service was mediocre. Then they tried to convince us that we had "wharf rats" and scare us into paying for additional services. They sent a new contract with price increases on the same day they were scheduled to come. They were servicing next door to my house and the rep said they would not be coming today as I was cancelling. Last visit was January 12th and I have been charged $45 per month, every month. Today is April 22nd and they refused to provide a final service. Not cool and I do not recommend this company for many reasons. read more

Caveat Emptor Their approach to business is appalling and shameful. we were not happy with lack of transparency in upcharging and in their cancellation process. They are a nightmare in customer service. we spent loads of time on the phone unraveling unwanted charges only to have them come back and attempt to charge us more. We believe we have now cancelled having paid a large cancellation fee and having spent way too much time managing a vendor who comes through as dishonorable. Never again. read more

You will need an exterminator to get rid of Greenix. This is a very shady company with even shadier techs. Once they get you sign up with them, you'll rarely see them. When they do come, they do little to nothing, one tech didn't even get out of his truck except to leave a note on my door that he sprayed for various insects. Trying to cancel with them is a waste of time. Once my yearly contract was up, I cancelled. They continue to bill me and harass me saying that I owe them each month that I cancelled. Calling them, responding to emails or text is a waste of your time. I am going to make as many complaints against this company as I can until it stops. Please, don't use Greenix, please. HORRIBLE!!! read more

I have to say I am very upset with how my situation was handled. I called for service for my mother and spoke with sell consultants Charley very fast speaking as he described himself I have ADHD..very unprofessional..I told him need service inside He told me he can offer service inside for rodent service. Long story he lied it was only for outside. I called spoke to a manager that listen to the recording and agree Charley didn't listen to what I needed. The manager Trent told me he can offer $100 off the service for $499.. I told him you heard recording from Charley that he lied and that's all you can offer. I felt he was being a sells consultant also except he was being honest with price but still didn't hearing my frustration. I think Greenix needs to send their employees for training for how listen! And hear your customers. I will say hands down to service representative Cory very professional and honest from the very beginning. He heard customers and did what he needed to make sure satisfied I am just a very unhappy customer with sells and management The 2 stars is for sells and management read more

when you call Greenix, it's not a once and for and done program. i guess employees are trained to sell rather than details to their "pest control program.". I just wanted wasps removed from pool fence, told $31 initially and pest control guys came next day - left a form of pests sprayed for...including "rats!" ???? trust me when I say we don't live in a dump with anything remotely attracting rats! the pool fence looked untouched. bottom line / the first charge of $31 came and paid. and seeing a lot of wasps!! I called. takes more than one application. 2nd bill came $49! THEY ONLY COME QUARTERLY! unless I pay additional fee - wasps are out in summer and summer lasts three months so if have to pay additional money and get billed for no service except the one and only service I did get! I "can cancel anytime." EXCEPT the don't tell you over the phone only if you pay the full contract price- close to $300! that's on the legal language in an agreement that is pages long and intentionally misleading and written that it would cost you an attorney to decipher! that's how you know you've been scammed. when a company cant give you basic information of cost, frequency of applications, and addressing every insect under the sun EXCEPT that which you want eliminated. WHEN YOU CALL BE PREPARED TO SPEAK to the " account manager.". His job is to tell you they have your conversation recorded / immediately after I cancelled this scam service they billed my credit card. lesson learned. word of advice - save your money and frustration and don't use this Greenix. I am very upset rather the word upset is not enough to describe my frustration. They claim and given a customer service number but whoever answers the phone on the other side has no idea what and how to talk. They provided an initial service 5 months ago but I was not satisfied at all and called them to cancel it last month after paying 5 months worth of payments but their customer support managers are not willing to let you cancel the membership. First of, i wasn't informed about 18 month contract binding and now they are not letting me cancel the membership AT ALL. Despite my multiple cancellation requests today they supposedly provided second service after 5 months without letting me know and proof. This is NO WAY of running a company and dealing with customers. read more

This company has the worst ethics of any I have ever encountered. I have tried to cancel my account at least 5 times. I am happy to pay the remainder of my annual contract, but I have told them not to come to my house and spray. I don't want monthly spraying - it harms the animals and potentially my children. Despite my telling them never to come to my house again, they continue to come and schedule appointments. I will be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This company should be shut down. read more

Greenix was suppose to come to my boss's homes in both January and yesterday March 13th, 2025. Someone was waiting at the locations all day and no one called or showed up. There were no changes in the number of bugs in my home, and the price is ridiculous. Good luck getting any customer service. They will string you along and then when they allow you to finally cancel your service, you'll be responsible for additional charges. I rarely write reviews of companies but feel compelled to do so here. We've had a similar experience with Greenix as some of the other recent reviews here and on Google. There are at least three major issues we had with Greenix: 1. The first service was ineffective (we still had plenty of bugs) and so we attempted to get a Reservice. Greenix then charged us full price for a call back service that was supposed to be free of charge. 2. At a later date, they came to our house for a service and said that no one was here. We work from home and have cameras, so it was clear that no one actually came. 3. A technical come to our house and I asked him to not apply the chemicals since we wanted to cancel. He was quite polite and passed on the message that we wanted to cancel. I went on to the Greenix portal later in the afternoon and saw a record of chemicals that were applied Again, we work from home and have a bunch of cameras, and told the technician to not apply anything before he got started. So, this means their documentation of what was done is not accurate. After all of these issues, the sales rep made it incredibly hard to cancel our service or get a refund. Despite not holding up their end of the deal in the contract, they took every opportunity possible to remind me of the $250ish cancellation charge. I would stay away at all costs. read more

No noticeable difference in outside pest control after 6 months, bug stuck with them for full year because of heavy cancellation fee. Salesman was slick talker and we should have known better but shame on us. Cancelling is every worse - got stuck with a 13th month payment as they would not accept multiple termination requests. They are still pestering us and state our contract is not terminated even though we have been assured over the phone and in writing that it was cancelled. read more

I originally called Greenix because I noticed a bee infestation back behind our house, and they said they could handle it. It looked like they had good reviews online which is why I chose them. They charged me over $300 before the service visit, and made me sign a contract, and tried to sell me on a yearly service plan. The date of service came and went, and the technician never came. I called at the end of the day and they ended up giving me another day that week. I noticed immediately after the technician was there, the bees did not dissipate. I called them the next day, and they told me that they needed to wait 10 days before coming out again to let the substance work its magic. Needless to say, it did not. They came back out again, and re-sprayed. Same thing happened. The bees were still there. When I called again, I was told by the representative that that is too bad, and I could go elsewhere. She was extremely rude. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold for 30 minutes, then was told that the manager was too busy to talk to me! They transferred me to a customer service line where I talked to someone who seemed extremely helpful. They told me they would send out a VIP service manager on a particular date. That date came and went and no one came. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and write this horrible review. I'm still looking for a company to get rid of the bees. Don't let them scam you too. Stay far away! UPDATE- it has been 2 weeks since I disputed the charge and they have not refunded my money. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the NJ dept of Consumer Affairs. In the mean time, we hired another exterminator to get rid of the bees. They came and sprayed and the bees are gone. (This shows that whatever Greenix was using was ineffective, whether it was diluted or some other reason. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one who has noticed that they spray is ineffective.) read more

We have a ground wasp nest under steps. We wanted treatment for that area alone, not a wider "package." 2 months later the wasps are still there and Greenix says our "one-time" package doesn't buy more. $251 down the wasp nest. When they come to your house to sell you their services, close the door. Totally scam. It's all contract based, which they make up some lie that you can get out of it. Wrong. It's all a sham. Do not use. If I could give 5 negative stars I would. read more

Where to begin? I wish I would have checked out the reviews before locking into a contract. First, you're asked to provide a down payment which I did. Next there's a monthly charge, which is being paid. Time and time again I have to call the company because no one shows up to provide service. No one reaches out to provide a possible date and time to come to the home to provide service. There have been a couple of months where no service was provided, on one of those occasions I received a refund, but for the month of January no service no refund, and that's after I reached out. We are now into February with no call from GreenIx to provide a date and time for service. Unfortunately I can not cancel the contract until renewal, but GreenIx is clearly in breach of contract with no service. To anyone considering GreenIx, please do your research or you will be stuck in a contract with lousy service and customer service. Dear GreenIx: You must do better or a class action lawsuit will follow for continuous breach of contract on your end. I'm sure I'm not the only one. read more

Where to begin? Lies on top of lies. The pushy salespeople will shove false promises down your throat until you reluctantly sign the contract. The office people and spray technicians will tell you differing information. It's not "all organic" and "essential oils" as the salesman stated. I read their product labels. Their "guarantee" says they'll re-service if you're still seeing pests but then you call and theyll tell you they can't spray within x amount of days. I did a better just handling the pests than myself before they came in to "treat" our yard. read more

I hired them to remove a rodent from my house. I met about 6 or 7 different techs and had to explain the problem from the beginning each time. They set some traps and gave me a great positive sales pitch. They never caught anything. I kept calling them. They suggested a lot of work that I could have done to prevent the rodent from moving in and around my house. All I got for my money was more suggestions about what I could do - not what they would do. I finally solved my problem without any help from them despite the large sum of money I gave them. Had to pay a hefty cancellation fee to get out of my one year contract. Dropped over $1000 on them and got absolutely nothing for my money. Do NOT hire Greenix! read more

Everything went bad from the beginning. They trick to contract a 12 month service that was no needing, then on the first visit selling me the service that I was really needing and after a month of receiving service it was not working at all, try contact them and they offer me a "free VIP service" but surprise I was charged for it, called to complaint and they said the will give me my money back and a 50% off on next visit and surprise again no visit or money back. I agree with all of the reviews. This is an awful company. Don't do it! They make Terminix look like the gold standard. If you cancel the service if you recognize that their service is rotten, they will charge you near $300 to cancel the service. Blackmail! Extortion. Horrible. There rep came from Utah to our area to enroll people. He knocked on our door and we were decided to give them the try. The rep said if we don't like them after our first complimentary service we can cancel the contract within 3 days. The first complimentary service happened and it was horrible. They did not spray thoroughly. When we tried to call customer care to terminate within the 3 day window she started to argue and told us that they have recorded our conversation when we were signing up. Anyways we told them that in the same recording she can listen about the 3 day clause which their rep told us and it is also mentioned in the written contract they provided us. They decided to terminate the contract but charged us 168 dollars on the day of complimentary service, which was written in the contract that it will be refunded if we canceled within 3 days. Guess what I had to follow up with them 2 times for 4 months to get the money refunded. STAY AWAY read more

I received service yesterday, that was NOT authorized by me. I was charged for this service, when I spoke w a rep back in June to cancel service. She then advised that I keep my account open, I would NOT be charged unless I requested service she offered a free service, which I received in October. Yesterday a technician came out and provided a service I did NOT want or request. I spoke with someone (an account manager) whose solution to this problem was to offer/provide me a free service for April, instead of making yesterday's service free and reimbursing me my money! I am truly unhappy with the way this was handled! The service they provide to existing customers and the sales pitch used to get customers on board do not match!! Would not recommend!!! 1 star is generous. I honestly can't believe they are allowed to be in business. Situation: we are allergic to bees, the weather warmed and we had a significant carpenter infestation by the front door and back windows. Immediately looked for pest control and grabbed Greenix first. I had no experience with them prior. I got several e-mails right after scheduling about a contract, I reviewed some, but not as much as I probably should have, just needed help. The guy got here, was very nice, knowledgable and I know he did a good job with the nests. While here he said he saw nests in the yard and recommended a second service, while he was here. Got more e-mails about more contract stuff, but I agreed. I KNOW they DID NOT do the second service. So over $200 total, 50% accomplished for the money, but my front door and back windows were clear in a day. Then I read the contract closer and I had agreed for those 2 services, AS NEEDED, for 18 months at over $160/month. Yep, $3K. Obviously, not wanting to do that, I was lucky that there was a 3 calendar day right of recession buried in the legalese. So I called the very next day day, got passed around to multiple people, as they make it intentionally difficult, but finally got it cancelled. SO, 5 days go by and the like I said the yard treatment was not done, and we actually did start seeing exorbitant amounts of bees hovering about 6 inches above the grass in multiple places, more than I had honestly ever seen in my yard. I called Greenix, told them my address, that I had paid over $200 for 2 services, 1 of which I was happy with, 1 of which I was not. They would not even talk to me about either treatment, recourse, or quality control UNLESS I signed another contract!! The $200 they said was 'forfeit' when I cancelled the contract the next day, and I'd have to sign back up, $3K, for them to even talk to me about fixing the second issue, which I had already paid for treatment! I asked, and had them repeat multiple times, multiple reps, that 'Greenix will not stand by any service PREVIOUSLY PAID IN FULL unless you have a contract with them'. I have since gone with another company, I paid them half as much and they did twice the work and quality with NO CONTRACT. I will never, ever work with Greenix again and if this review helps 1 person avoid their malicious and predatory business practices, then my $200 is stolen money well spent. read more

A total nightmare! I canceled the service the day they came, and got harassed for months after that. I received emails and text messages letting me know when my next service was. I contacted Greenix and asked, why I am getting these emails and texts, and was told...oh, you won't be receiving those anymore. That was a lie. The emails and texts kept coming. Then I noticed a Greenix truck in front of my driveway. The truck was there for 10 minutes and did not move. The driver was just sitting in the truck. I called Greenix and asked, why is there a Greenix truck in front of my driveway? I was told they are picking up traps. I replied, what traps, there are no traps! I then proceed to tell Greenix I want you to have that truck moved. Then about 5 minutes later, the truck drove away down the street and parked for awhile. Again, no one got out. Then the truck eventually drove away. read more

Their sales people pretend to be from other companies to get you to sign with them. We had Green Pest Management so when we asked if they were Green Pest Management the sales person said yes. They travel with a technician so they can "treat" within minutes of signing meaning that you can't cancel then you are stuck for 18 months. They have an auto-renew clause that requires you to have a salesperson waste your time before you can cancel; however, you have a very short window to cancel so mark your calendars. Other than just being a shady company, their "service" which is a poor choice of words is terrible and does not work. We have more pests now than before they started.
