We live in a clearly marked "No Soliciting" neighborhood as well as directly above our doorbell is a 2"x5" NO SOLICITING sign. He still rang our doorbell. I asked if he saw the sign and he stated yes but he wanted to show what he had anyways. Stating he didn't care about the sign as well as a misdemeanor charge if we called the police as in Williamsburg Va it is a misdemeanor to solicit in a no soliciting neighborhood as well as homes clearly marked so. I am writing to make you aware of how unprofessional your team's behavior has been, and to strongly suggest that they respect clearly posted "No Soliciting" signs--both in neighborhoods and on individual homes. One of your employees came to our house on Tuesday and repeatedly banged on our door for nearly 30 seconds straight. Our door clearly displays a "No Soliciting" sign. It was not until I spoke through our doorbell camera and stated that we were not interested that he finally left. I have also heard multiple complaints from neighbors about the same individual--described as traveling on a scooter--being overly aggressive in his sales approach. This includes returning to the same home multiple times after being told "no." I understand that commission-based work can be demanding, but this approach is not only ineffective--it reflects poorly on your company. They then send me a message indicating I do not need to be home for this OUTSIDE service, problem is that it is INSIDE service. I signed up for Greenix in March to address a mole/vole issue causing holes in my lawn near my home. I was told that their service would help identify and resolve the issue over time. Over the course of several months, the only action taken was replacing bait in the black boxes. No inspections or additional assessments were performed. Instead of improving, the problem significantly worsened..the number of holes in my yard tripled between March and September. In September, I raised concerns and someone did come out to look at the holes. However, no new solution or plan was provided, and Greenix continued doing the same thing: changing bait boxes, which clearly was not working. After a third phone call, I requested to cancel my service due to lack of results. The account manager could not offer any alternative solutions beyond the bait boxes. I explained that I could purchase the same bait boxes on Amazon and do exactly what Greenix was doing. Despite the service being ineffective and the problem getting worse, I was told I could not cancel without paying the remainder of the annual contract. Greenix took no accountability for the failure of their service or the worsening condition of my lawn. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a solution, not just bait box replacements, and received neither results nor reasonable customer support when concerns were escalated. read more

I have learned that Greenix has not been performing the services that I have been charged for on a regular basis. On at least the last quarterly service, the technician did not execute the granular defense around the perimeter of my home (several feet away). He also failed to spray around the foundation. With respect to the granular treatment, he only dropped a small amount in a couple locations. This service is to spread an entire line of defense around the home. With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. After informing him of clear video footage showing that the technician absolutely did not apply treatments as paid for, he reiterated the documentation as being proof. I have no reason to believe that any treatment was ever completed as paid for. read more

do not waste your money. We signed up because of mosquito issues in the past. They are charging us $100 each month to spray for mosquitos. Their service is to be monthly and according to their Facebook page they would come back within 48 hours at no charge to retreat if there was still a problem. We cannot go outside our house without being barraged with bites. My granddaughter was outside for less than 5 minutes last night and got 7 bites. This is normal cause it happens to me every time i go outside There has been no rain here in a month so it's not due to standing water. I've called to get a treatment and all i get is lip service. They stated they would get us expedited treatment and when we got the text of the expedited date.... It was 4 days AFTER when our regularly scheduled monthly service would be. Do not fall for their trap of lies and unrealistic expectations. Save your money. We are contacting the credit card company to stop them from getting another penny. We can do at least as good by going to Wal mart shed getting spray for $10 and spraying our yard ourselves. They said the cancellation of their contract is $149. Guess what. Both sides of the contract have to hold up their end of the deal. sue me if you want. I'd rather fight you in court than give you one more dollar to do nothing about our issues. Just warning you. There are other companies out there that provide this service and do a better job. Grenix was a big disappointment! The rep was great but the service was terrible. I believed they'd help deal with a post problem and paid 400 for the service. The most disappointing part was thati called and talked to my original rep who offered to restay the service which was the right thing to do bc the tech didn't apply the treatment as was discussed and but then that offer wasc overridden by another person in the company. Sorry to read so many negative reviews. I must be overlooking or missing something that I'm not experiencing. I always receive a quick response to service requested when needed in between contracted service visits. Latest request was near my scheduled time but due to an ant problem needed to have date moved up. They accommodated my request within a few days and in addition to the ant problem being resolved, a couple of wasp nests were sprayed and removed., one of which was above the front door of our house. The only negative comment I have is regarding the billing method. I would rather direct pay myself as opposed to having payment automatically charged to a credit card. read more

We used Greenix Pest Control services for 2 years, we were decently pleased with their service. The service guys are very pleasant and respectful. I'm giving 3 stars because, we were never free of ants and carpenter bees like they said we'd be. Also it is nearly impossible to cancel. There's no option to do online and the people answering the phones have English as a second language, so they're hard to understand. When you do get a representative on the phone they're super salesman-ey trying to get you to stay on at a $20. discount. There's a cancellation fee of $200.+ if you cancel early. Which I know I signed a contract, it's just icky to me. read more

This company has the worst customer service I think of any company I've dealt with in years. I tried to set up a termite inspection to have a termite prevention system installed. They charged me $99 before even coming out to do the inspection. We scheduled the inspection for Friday between 8 am and 12pm. So I waited. And by 11:45 after seeing or hearing from no one, I called them. The woman chuckled and said oh it's because she forgot to submit additional paperwork. Then tried to reschedule me whereby I canceled it because this is the second time this company has failed to come out for a scheduled appointment with me. After canceling the termite inspection and choosing a different company, they went ahead and scheduled me for the following Monday to do the termite inspection AFTER I canceled. I called them back and was on the phone for a half hour haggling with the customer service representative who is insisting to still schedule me for the termite inspection that was supposed to happen today. Furthermore, I asked for my $99 to be refunded and they were struggling to get that straight. They wanted to give me a credit toward my account which I'll be canceling anyway. You would think that with all the Pest Control companies that exist out there today that this company's CEO and higher-ups would actually pay attention to the failures of their customer service people and do something about it. They need to revamp their entire climate and culture of their organization. read more

when you call Greenix, it's not a once and for and done program. i guess employees are trained to sell rather than details to their "pest control program.". I just wanted wasps removed from pool fence, told $31 initially and pest control guys came next day - left a form of pests sprayed for...including "rats!" ???? trust me when I say we don't live in a dump with anything remotely attracting rats! the pool fence looked untouched. bottom line / the first charge of $31 came and paid. and seeing a lot of wasps!! I called. takes more than one application. 2nd bill came $49! THEY ONLY COME QUARTERLY! unless I pay additional fee - wasps are out in summer and summer lasts three months so if have to pay additional money and get billed for no service except the one and only service I did get! I "can cancel anytime." EXCEPT the don't tell you over the phone only if you pay the full contract price- close to $300! that's on the legal language in an agreement that is pages long and intentionally misleading and written that it would cost you an attorney to decipher! that's how you know you've been scammed. when a company cant give you basic information of cost, frequency of applications, and addressing every insect under the sun EXCEPT that which you want eliminated. WHEN YOU CALL BE PREPARED TO SPEAK to the " account manager.". His job is to tell you they have your conversation recorded / immediately after I cancelled this scam service they billed my credit card. lesson learned. word of advice - save your money and frustration and don't use this Greenix. Started a year contract with this company to prevent insect issues after buying a house in Ohio. The tech who came out was very weird while engaging him with questions about his service to the house. Tech broke my bedroom blinds, was very clumsy with his application of "Pixie" dust around windows inside and was not very good at his job. On1/8/26, received a text he would be making a service call at my house with no notice. I called his personal cell phone and asked him what he would be doing in the middle of winter with insect control. After empty words of dusting the exterior of house I told him to not come out since I was cancelling their service. I called the company and was told they would charge me a $249 cancellation fee because of contract. After an engaging conversation with their customer service and paying $249, I am free from this incompetent company and misleading billing. I have used numerous pest control companies while living in Texas and had no issues, but this company cuts the cake with deceptive billing and incompetent techs who want to bill you for applications in the middle of winter in the Northeast . I said what if someone comes to the house they said put a sign on the lawn! An Amazon drive did come to the house and threw my package and ran back to the truck! Service was mediocre. Then they tried to convince us that we had "wharf rats" and scare us into paying for additional services. They sent a new contract with price increases on the same day they were scheduled to come. They were servicing next door to my house and the rep said they would not be coming today as I was cancelling. Last visit was January 12th and I have been charged $45 per month, every month.
