terrible company to deal do not have a contract with them. Manager argued with 25 minutes still not Services . Arguing with me that he wanted to send the manager out to inspect my property. I told them there not allowed on my property except to remove the bait boxes around my property. Told me they'll call me back.. I'm only leaving this review because of the terrible customer service and technical services read more

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! When I signed up for the service, I was informed that I needed to sign a 12 month contract, but I could cancel at any time. However, when I attempted to cancel the contract, I was informed there is a $249 cancellation fee. I feel this is very misleading. If there is a significant cancellation fee, I believe it should be clearly explained to the customer before they agree to the service-not hidden in the fine print of a lengthy contract. Despite one hour on the phone, I was unable to have the cancellation fee taken off. Their website is set up so you cannot remove your credit card information! I had to call American Express and put a hold on any further charges from Greenix. This company is one major scam! read more

this company is a scam. avoid at all costs. never in my life have I dealt with such a scammer/ fraudulent business. you will be locked into a monthly charge with threats of a $200 cancellation fee. and even when you do attempt to cancel, after 5 months of calling, emailing, turning technicians away at the door, you will still be locked into a monthly charge. whether on the phone or with a technician, you will always be mysteriously one person away from the person who can cancel your account. calls and emails mostly go unanswered, with the occasional automated message response. this company is the worst. avoid. read more

I am writing to make you aware of how unprofessional your team's behavior has been, and to strongly suggest that they respect clearly posted "No Soliciting" signs--both in neighborhoods and on individual homes. One of your employees came to our house on Tuesday and repeatedly banged on our door for nearly 30 seconds straight. Our door clearly displays a "No Soliciting" sign. It was not until I spoke through our doorbell camera and stated that we were not interested that he finally left. I have also heard multiple complaints from neighbors about the same individual--described as traveling on a scooter--being overly aggressive in his sales approach. This includes returning to the same home multiple times after being told "no." I understand that commission-based work can be demanding, but this approach is not only ineffective--it reflects poorly on your company. I strongly encourage you to address this behavior with your team. read more

Absolute clown show! They do not show up as outlined in the contract. When they do show up their people are not trained properly. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS! read more

PLEASE do not do business with this company. They will rip you off!!! They have the absolute worst service and their prices are extremely high. The worst part is that you're locked in a contract that you sign on-line but never receive an actual copy. I was with Orkin and should have stayed. They are a much better company. USE ORKIN NOT THIS COMPANY. read more

Not only was I lied to about how the only way they'll come out and treat my properties is if I lock into a 12 month contract with them? Even though all I needed was a one time treatment after not paying a bill, because their treatments weren't working and they wanted to charge me 100 extra dollars to redo the work they guaranteed after arguing with them about it, they refused to come out to my house for months. And shut my account down and sent it to collections. I've been in constant communication with them. They know that i'm waiting on my tax return to pay them. And they know I wasn't paying them because they weren't coming out to my house. But now, for some reason I have to deal with collections do not ever use this company. read more

This company is a rip off! They trick you into signing a contract and do not explain anything. They charged us when they hadn't even been to our house that month. Then, they sent my husband a text saying they were going to spray today. the ground is COVERED in snow... what the hell are you spraying. So he called to cancel and they are charging a 199.00 cancellation fee. These scum should be arrested. read more

We live in a clearly marked "No Soliciting" neighborhood as well as directly above our doorbell is a 2"x5" NO SOLICITING sign. He still rang our doorbell. I asked if he saw the sign and he stated yes but he wanted to show what he had anyways. Stating he didn't care about the sign as well as a misdemeanor charge if we called the police as in Williamsburg Va it is a misdemeanor to solicit in a no soliciting neighborhood as well as homes clearly marked so. Kyle/Taylor whatever your name is, is rude and disrespectful to be so blatant about it. No apologies and rides his little 2 wheel scooter through peoples yards. read more

I signed up for Greenix in March to address a mole/vole issue causing holes in my lawn near my home. I was told that their service would help identify and resolve the issue over time. Over the course of several months, the only action taken was replacing bait in the black boxes. No inspections or additional assessments were performed. Instead of improving, the problem significantly worsened..the number of holes in my yard tripled between March and September. In September, I raised concerns and someone did come out to look at the holes. However, no new solution or plan was provided, and Greenix continued doing the same thing: changing bait boxes, which clearly was not working. After a third phone call, I requested to cancel my service due to lack of results. The account manager could not offer any alternative solutions beyond the bait boxes. I explained that I could purchase the same bait boxes on Amazon and do exactly what Greenix was doing. Despite the service being ineffective and the problem getting worse, I was told I could not cancel without paying the remainder of the annual contract. Greenix took no accountability for the failure of their service or the worsening condition of my lawn. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a solution, not just bait box replacements, and received neither results nor reasonable customer support when concerns were escalated. read more

They came door-to-door and convinced my wife that their service was better and less expensive. The service was good, but their practice of signing you up for a two-year contract was not mentioned during their sales pitch. They continually change appointment time with no warning, then I get a message indicating the new day, a day on which I will not be home. They then send me a message indicating I do not need to be home for this OUTSIDE service, problem is that it is INSIDE service. do not waste your money. We signed up because of mosquito issues in the past. They are charging us $100 each month to spray for mosquitos. Their service is to be monthly and according to their Facebook page they would come back within 48 hours at no charge to retreat if there was still a problem. We cannot go outside our house without being barraged with bites. My granddaughter was outside for less than 5 minutes last night and got 7 bites. This is normal cause it happens to me every time i go outside There has been no rain here in a month so it's not due to standing water. I've called to get a treatment and all i get is lip service. They stated they would get us expedited treatment and when we got the text of the expedited date.... It was 4 days AFTER when our regularly scheduled monthly service would be. Do not fall for their trap of lies and unrealistic expectations. Save your money. We are contacting the credit card company to stop them from getting another penny. We can do at least as good by going to Wal mart shed getting spray for $10 and spraying our yard ourselves. They said the cancellation of their contract is $149. Guess what. Both sides of the contract have to hold up their end of the deal. sue me if you want. I'd rather fight you in court than give you one more dollar to do nothing about our issues. Just warning you. There are other companies out there that provide this service and do a better job. Th the bad part is that they don't follow up in doing what they say they will do but they are great at billing for their service read more

Greenix Pest Control - This is that they promise definitely not what you get - Pest Control Near Me - Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Grenix was a big disappointment! The rep was great but the service was terrible. I believed they'd help deal with a post problem and paid 400 for the service. They didn't do what they said and claimed more germane would be "overkill" meanwhile we STILL have pests. The most disappointing part was thati called and talked to my original rep who offered to restay the service which was the right thing to do bc the tech didn't apply the treatment as was discussed and but then that offer wasc overridden by another person in the company. If you want a company with integrity and good flow through DON'T USE GRENIX! read more

Greenix did not do what they told us they would do in the time frame that we had specified. Kept putting our calls on hold to "talk to a supervisor". Did not return a call as promised. We finally received a refund of the deposit after several phone calls. Would not recommend this company!!! The person answering the calls is in a different state (or country??) and has no idea how long it may take to get a technician out to do a job. Call a local pest control company for better service and a better price! read more

Sorry to read so many negative reviews. I must be overlooking or missing something that I'm not experiencing. I always receive a quick response to service requested when needed in between contracted service visits. Latest request was near my scheduled time but due to an ant problem needed to have date moved up. They accommodated my request within a few days and in addition to the ant problem being resolved, a couple of wasp nests were sprayed and removed., one of which was above the front door of our house. The only negative comment I have is regarding the billing method. I would rather direct pay myself as opposed to having payment automatically charged to a credit card. read more

I have learned that Greenix has not been performing the services that I have been charged for on a regular basis. On at least the last quarterly service, the technician did not execute the granular defense around the perimeter of my home (several feet away). He also failed to spray around the foundation. With respect to the granular treatment, he only dropped a small amount in a couple locations. This service is to spread an entire line of defense around the home. With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. After informing him of clear video footage showing that the technician absolutely did not apply treatments as paid for, he reiterated the documentation as being proof. I have no reason to believe that any treatment was ever completed as paid for. read more

They did not treat the bees from the opening inside the house. They just sprayed from the outside. Bee activity remained 10 days later

We used Greenix Pest Control services for 2 years, we were decently pleased with their service. The service guys are very pleasant and respectful. I'm giving 3 stars because, we were never free of ants and carpenter bees like they said we'd be. Also it is nearly impossible to cancel. There's no option to do online and the people answering the phones have English as a second language, so they're hard to understand. When you do get a representative on the phone they're super salesman-ey trying to get you to stay on at a $20. discount. There's a cancellation fee of $200.+ if you cancel early. Which I know I signed a contract, it's just icky to me. read more

Stay away from this company. What a rip off. Terrible customer service and they overcharge.

I am very unhappy with this company. They showed up at the wrong time, only did half the job. Then sent another person out. Was here 10 minutes, did nothing. Many emails and phone calls since July 1. Promised via treatment. They cancelled. I was finally able to cancel future services but told that a refund of initial money was not going to happen Very disappointed read more

This company has the worst customer service I think of any company I've dealt with in years. I tried to set up a termite inspection to have a termite prevention system installed. They charged me $99 before even coming out to do the inspection. We scheduled the inspection for Friday between 8 am and 12pm. So I waited. And by 11:45 after seeing or hearing from no one, I called them. The woman chuckled and said oh it's because she forgot to submit additional paperwork. Then tried to reschedule me whereby I canceled it because this is the second time this company has failed to come out for a scheduled appointment with me. After canceling the termite inspection and choosing a different company, they went ahead and scheduled me for the following Monday to do the termite inspection AFTER I canceled. I called them back and was on the phone for a half hour haggling with the customer service representative who is insisting to still schedule me for the termite inspection that was supposed to happen today. Furthermore, I asked for my $99 to be refunded and they were struggling to get that straight. They wanted to give me a credit toward my account which I'll be canceling anyway. You would think that with all the Pest Control companies that exist out there today that this company's CEO and higher-ups would actually pay attention to the failures of their customer service people and do something about it. They need to revamp their entire climate and culture of their organization. read more

I will start off saying why they seem like very nice people to deal with. Well, that being said, i've had them for the last year for them tiny little ants. Needless to say, they took my money, and the ant problem was never resolved. Every time they were here, they said, give it about two weeks, if not call us back And we'll come out and do more. And they did come back out. But the problem, it's still a problem. We will never use this company again for anything. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more
