Absolutely atrocious dry cleaning service. They lost a pair of my jeans and I called multiple times over the course of several months to request a call back from the GM and received no response whatsoever. They also damaged two of my white collared shirts with blue ink, or another some other substance. Do not go here as they blatantly damage your clothing without care or customer service. read more

Very nice people. Great location. But they charge $14 to launder and press a pair of pants. Who can afford that? Why wouldn't you go across town to Browns Valley Cleaners where they do pants for $8?. I still wince at $8, but $14 is like throwing money in the fireplace. It doesn't seem like they really want to launder pants. Right next to my house, and I'd be good for like 15 pairs a month. Come up with a loyalty program or something that drives the price down and I would love to give it a try. read more

I will never be a customer of this business again. I foolishly gave them some napkins and bedsheets on a Friday and they promised to return by delivery on Tuesday. So Tuesday morning I got up early to wait for my delivery. After 8.5 hours of waiting I called them and they said no delivery was coming because the napkins needed to be redone. Still I would not be so upset if they had bothered to tell me there would be no delivery before I called them. But I suppose that is too much to ask of these people. read more

We recently moved to Napa and started using Greene's about 10 months ago. Although I don't have a complaint about how the clothes turn out, they have lost my clothes 3 times that I know of. It is not unusual to go there to pick up your clothes and something's missing. They tell you that they will check with other customers to see if they accidentally included your clothes with theirs, or it ended up on a different truck somewhere. Sometimes you eventually get it back and sometimes you don't. I also think they are expensive for the service you get. I would not recommend them. read more

$12.00 to clean a pair of cotton pants (khakis) and almost 1/2 that to clean a shirt and I'm warning you now, if you think there's something special about their service - there's not. Greene's abuses their clients with prohibited fees and cost. The only threads these people care about, are the ones embedded in your currency. read more

I am so happy with the outcome of our massive drapes! We purchased white drapes a few years ago for our front window, not even thinking our nosy dogs would make them discolored! The bottoms were brown and we finally had enough and schedule a pick up online-super easy and incredibly convenient! When pick up day came, the driver was so polite while we pulled them down. Our dogs were barking at the door and he walked back to his van. We were getting ready to apologize for their rude behavior, when he came back with dog treats! Suddenly the dogs made a new best friend, and he was so sweet! And I know this is case by case, but we got our drapes back almost a week earlier than what they said! We will absolutely use them again! Recommend 10/10! read more

Very Frustrated. I reconsidered posting. Wish it was a positive one. Dropped off my daughters wedding dress, was quoted a reduculace price,350.00 ,knowing that it was important to my daughter , i agreed only because its Greens, long time Napa business. BIG MISTAKE. I was told 2 weeks for the dress to be ready, went in 4 weeks later to pick up , couldn't find it . then told me that they needed to order a bigger box, will be ready in one week. Just called, ( 2 wks later ) couldnt find it. Found it after about 8 min , then told me the cost was 471.00 . I will never go back !!!! read more

I am very impressed with Greene's! I am a bit of a sloppy person (what can I say, I love to eat---see my other Yelp reviews ;)). This behavior extended to my wedding, and my beautiful silk wedding gown was thrashed by morning. Mostly red wine and grass stains (outdoor wedding), but I think I got some steak juices down the front. I had several friends recommend the wedding gown preservation cleaning that Greene's provides, and I decided to follow their suggestion---and I am so glad I did! Pristine gown, absolutely no stains, and they sewed the hem where I had ripped it (several times!). It is now in a lovely box with a picture mirror in it so I can stare at the dress when I reminisce. The pricing was competitive with other preservation cleanings that I looked at and the end product was perfect. I will hopefully not be getting married again, but I would not hesitate to use them for any future cleaning needs! read more

I took in table linen to this cleaners to do a press only for the holidays with the confidence that I would be able to use them because they were going to be professionally done. Much to my dismay when I went to put them on the tables they were so wrinkled, they looked like they had just been folded without being pressed. I had to press them myself. This was my second bad experience with Greene's Cleaners and there definitely won't be a third chance. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. The manager said it was their policy not to give a refund so it must be their policy to do a horrible job as well. What's their incentive to do a good job, their policy covers them? Anyone considering using this cleaners I urge you to think twice you will be so happy and relieved you did. read more

After attempting to get a resolution from them, with numerous phone calls, emails and visits with the Manager Colleen--I've given up!!! When I sent in my cleaning I had accidently put a blouse in the bag that I use for house cleaning and gardening. The blouse had several large dark brown stains from a product called Old English Scratch Cover. Old English has furniture polish and wood stain in it. These stains were the size of quarters and fifty cent pieces. I was absolutely amazed when I got the blouse back and the stains were gone! Great job Greene's Cleaners. read more

I have used this cleaners multiple times for both cleaning and alterations. They have always done a great job. The service is friendly and professional. With children in Martial Arts there are many times that they need alterations or patches applied to their uniforms. Greenes will take care of these special requests in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy. Their prices are competitive and often times cheaper than other places in the Napa Valley. The barcode system they use to identify clothing and link it to your account is a fabulous feature . This is also a local family owned business and it feels great to support the small businesses of the Napa Valley. read more

First time I've used this cleaner. They pick up and drop off in Saint Helena. Tuesday they picked up, when they delivered, they dropped off someone else's shirt. I called them Tuesday morning to say we would not be home and instead in Napa, "Please do not deliver so we can pick up our comforters and bring the misdirected shirt to your store.". When we arrived we learned the driver took off with our delivery anyway. It was aggravating and we do not recommend this cleaner. read more

Terrible service. I brought a high quality sweater to this location to be dry cleaned. The sweater is important to me, because it was a gift and it was handmade in Canada. I showed the sweater to an employee at Greene's Cleaners and they said they would be able to clean it. When I picked it up, I discovered that their dry cleaners had severely damaged one of the leather buttons on the sweater. I showed the damage to an employee at the front desk and she said that they would replace the button. When I returned to the store the next day, I found that they replaced the damaged button with a button that was different from the other original buttons! The new button was a different color and different design, so it did not match the other buttons!! I informed the manager about this and I asked if he could please replace the damaged button with the exact same leather button. He told me to give him 1-2 days to try and find the exact same button, after which he would call and let me know. I called him on the second day and he told me that nothing had been done to find the correct replacement button! This is truly an example of poor service and poor quality control. It is hurtful that they first returned my sweater with obvious damage and didn't even say anything to me about it. However, it is just plain insulting that they replaced the original leather button with an obviously different button that doesn't even match the original buttons on the sweater. They are careless, insensitive, and inconsiderate! I will never use or recommend their services again. read more

I used to like Greene's Cleaners until I started noticing that some of my clothes were coming back looking unpressed or only half of my clothes would return and then a week later the rest would return. Recently my clothes never came back. I called and left a message asking where my clothes were after two weeks waiting and no return call. On the third week I called and was told that my clothes were lost. The manager with a very nonchalant attitude said "Well Mistakes Happen". The quality of service seems to reflect the attitude of the Management. If she had said I AM SO SORRY but we seem to have misplaced your order, I would have been a lot less upset. If you decide to do business with this company, make sure you take pictures of each item and consider if your items are really valuable or maybe irreplaceable, go elsewhere! One additional note... Greene's Cleaners are really very expensive! read more

I wish I could give separate reviews to alterations staff and the cleaning staff. If that were possible, the alterations staff would get 4 stars, and cleaning staff would get 2. We took our wedding dress to them for alteration, and the alteration staff was very professional, skilled, helpful, and affordable. The cleaning staff, on the other hand, lost our phone number, and left a brand new dress dirtier than it was when it came in. The only reason I don't give them a 1 was that they cleaned their mistake (mostly) for free and promptly. The two scores average out to 3 stars. read more

My husband and I have been using Greene's on Silverado for a while, trusting them with some of our most precious clothing and stubborn stains. Today, they went above and beyond, when I decided to walk there with my recently rescued pup. Brian (one of the drivers), on seeing how hesitant he was to go through the automatic door, got treats from his van and patiently worked with my pup to make him feel more comfortable. He also tracked me down after I left to give me a poop bag that he had found in his van as I had left home without one - and just in time! ;) Thank you Greene's, thank you Brian! read more

I took a dress in to Green's to be cleaned from smoke damage. It smelled but had never been worn and had never left my wardrobe. The first time they called me they accused me of spilling wine on the dress, I explained the dress had never been worn and that was impossible. I went in to look at the dress and it was obvious they didn't colourfast the embroidery and it had bled all over the front panel. The next message Rosa left me was that I had brought it in a "bad way"! I had carried the dress in with other items that needed cleaning in my arms. Then when I call again they tell me they never cleaned the dress and it came in stained. This is all complete excuses. They have ruined a $180 dress and are trying every excuse not to pay for it. It's sad when you have to drive to Vallejo to get the job done right the first time and every time. Had way too many troubles with my silk shirts (tommy's and Nat Nast) not properly cleaned and had to come back more than once. One time they had to buy me a new one at $125. I've moved on and will go to Vallejo a couple times a month for other things and I get some satisfaction. That's what I'm paying for right? read more

First time to the Greene's on Silverado. Went for a new blanket I had gotten overseas. Blanket was done on time, but didn't seem right when I got it back. It was very very soft when I had brought it in (Directions said to wash or dry clean before use). When I got it back, it definitely was not as soft, and actually seemed "crusty", if such a word applies. Like something was sprayed on it and hardened. read more
