We were from out of town. We were out of clean clothes. We only had one day left to stay in Napa Valley, CA but had 4 more days left for our trip. Going to Yosemite for 3days then off to Sacramento to catch the late flight home to FL. Ad said they offered same day service. I went in when they were to open. Not quite open. Called the phone number and Nate himself answered. Great guy. Told him our situation he assured us we would have our clothed cleaned, dried and delivered to our hotel room Before the end of business that day. How refreshing it is for somebody in the Customer Service business to do what they said and go out of their way to make things happen for their customers. We truly appreciated the friendly and timely service. And the cost was reasonable also. We highly recommend. read more

I was in Napa running errands and had to wash my bedding so I went to Nate's, which is conveniently located and the best part is they take card so I didn't have to scrounge looking for quarters. I went right in swiped my card and left to run errands. read more

I don't typically go to a laundromat, but I was on a road trip and needed some clean clothes. I checked Yelp for reviews and this spot had the best. It wasn't too crowded and there were plenty of machines. I didn't like the fact that they charge extra for using a credit card..IMO, this is the merchants responsibility...it's the cost of doing business. There also wasn't great seating, but is there ever at this type of establishment? They had a couple park benches, better than nothing.. if you're in a pinch in Napa, this is your place. Just make sure you don't have a full bladder, the bathroom isn't operating! read more

Been coming here for the last five years doing my personal laundry. Good place to clean economical if you forgot some essentials, you can buy a few things here wifi provided love coming here , unfortunately their are customers that are very inconvenient, they reserved carts that aren't been used. Blocking the folding area with carts or them selfs , then leaving the laundry mat to get fruit across the street leaving dryers full that are time out, not keeping track of the timers for others guest allowing their kids run around and leave their chips on the floor. I think best thing to do put up sign warning customer they are not allow to reserved carts they are used to move clothes around , as well letting them know they need to keep time of the timers in both washers and dryers so nobody being delayed . If you have a Laundry mat attendee she needs to be just reminding the guest even if is their friends , and If theirs no restroom for a customer they that should go for every guest no exceptions . Excellent laundromat! Clean, well-maintained, modern. Staff was smiley. They kept the doors open so it was ventilated. It's in a strip mall with a restaurant, so there are things to entertain you. The big machines take credit cards. But bring quarters for the normal capacity washers. read more

Had a great experience with the wash and fold service here while on vacation. We showed up after that service had technically ended for the day and called the store to try and set up a drop off time and he came up there right then to get my laundry and then delivered it to my hotel the next day for a very reasonable price. read more

It's a laundromat...what can I really say. I had some big comforters that needed washing. I also had some bathroom floor rugs to wash. I'd rather wash these items in a laundromat than my own washing machine at home. I did find it nice that some machines allow you to pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, or Android Pay. It's a dollar more to use your card vs paying with quarters. I paid with my card and was charged $5 instead of the $10.25 it said. I'm not sure if it will change later or not. If it doesn't...then that is a nice surprise. (I'll update later to let you know). The dryers are $0.25 per 6 minutes of dry time. It wasn't too dirty for a laundromat and they do have laundry service you can pay for if that's your thing too. read more

I needed a wash & fold service for our film crew which was working in the area for four weeks. Right from the beginning Nate was easy to work with and set a plan in place. On our arranged days we dropped 30+ bags of laundry in the morning and our clothes were available for pick up the same day by 4pm. Everything perfectly organized, no missing clothes. Due to a somewhat unique constellation of events, I found myself in the need of doing some laundry on a Sunday afternoon while in Napa. The washers and dryers take cards, but the vending machine for soap only takes coins, so I was glad I had a few dollars in cash (they also have several change machines, so it was easy to get quarters). Once I figured out that the washers are in the rows in the middle, with the dryers on the edges, it was easy enough to find an empty machine, load up my stuff and my soap, and follow the directions to get it started using my debit card. A 30 minute wash cycle later and I had my stuff in a dryer, though as typical for laundromats, I couldn't find a free cart to put my things in and instead just carried them around the corner in a plastic bag. The dryer was a little bit more confusing, since it charges by 7 minute increments and automatically started with 14 minutes. I didn't have much stuff, so fortunately 14 minutes was enough to get it all dry, and the nearby counter had plenty of space for folding. Overall, my entire wash/dry cycle only took about 45 minutes, which was much shorter than I had anticipated. They also have Wi-Fi, which was a nice feature. My only complaint is that there is almost nowhere to sit and wait for your laundry. They have two small benches in the windows up front, but those were almost always taken, and any time I got up to check on things, my spot was immediately taken by someone else. It made for a slightly uncomfortable crowd by the door. Other than that, however, I was able to get in, get out, and get the job done. read more

UPDATE: Once again, Nate's Laundry came through to rescue my sorry ass. Clothes washed, dried, folded, socks matched. Two huge loads returned in immaculate condition in 3 hours. I even forgot a wool sweater on the bottom of the bin and this angel of woman gently washed it and DIDNT dry it out of care. Now THAT is attention to detail. Thanks so much guys! It has been a few days since Nate has saved the day (actually, an entire holiday trip!) and I'd like to spread the word. Like many of us do, I found myself in a huge time crunch in the days leading up to Christmas. I had about 3 weeks of laundry in a basket, no clean jeans, and few t shirts for my husband to pack for our holiday. At the last minute I looked up Wash and Fold services in Napa and found Nate. My friend helped out by dropping off the basket at 10 am on Friday and after a quick chat that afternoon Nate offered to expedite the service due to a small miscommunication regarding my ideal pick up time. I decided not to be a brat and declined his generous offer to have his employee get it ready by that evening. It was my lack of planning that caused me stress, not his. By 10am the next day my laundry was ready. All clean, folded, and the socks even matched and neatly stacked. That's a 24 hour turn around on a short notice, as well as Nate's offer to get it done even quicker! Nate, thank you to you and your team! AMAZING service and incredibly clean. Staying in Napa for a few weeks and needed somewhere to do laundry. The first laundry mat I went to shortly down the road turned me away at 8:20 even though they close at 10:00. Nate's laundry also closes at 10:00 and I arrived at 8:30 with NO problems whatsoever. Employees were present, constantly wiping and sweeping. Even offered assistance on which machine and dryer to use to efficiently wash and dry my load of laundry. Very nice people and safe place. It might have been helpful to perhaps point out this now understood closing time by the staff. A simple "Hey, your clothes probably won't be done before we close" would have been great. I brought my queen and king size bedspreads to Nates. It was so easy and quick. I loved that they had plenty of large capacity washers and dryers. I also loved that you can use your credit card on some, more washers than the dryers. And there was a very nice woman working there to help and answer questions. My dog peed on my spare bedroom comforter. I called three dry cleaners that said it would be $70.00 or more. Called Nate's to see if they had a large enough washer to handle my queen comforter. Nate's Laundry is a lifesaver! My washer and dryer broke and was going to take a while to get parts to get fixed. Nate and his staff went over and beyond to schedule and early drop off and late pickup for me at the last minute so that I didn't have to go back and forth from my office in Napa to my home in American Canyon. This place is amazing. They have made life so much easier. My guy and I started new jobs and were not able to bring our laundry for over a month! When we brought in literally our entire house of backed up laundry in 9 big bags, instead of freaking out at the huge workload the owner told us he had been worried and was about to check up on us.
