I had an emergency print job that needed to be completed on very short notice. PrintLife was able to take care of the job on time and matched the price quote I received from PSPrint and Uprinting. I also order a large amount of catalogs from PrintLife on a regular basis and they always go above and beyond what it takes to keep my business. I have felt that other printing companies just don't appreciate our repeat business, but PrintLife really seems to understand what it takes to win and sustain business relationships. I asked the woman to please make sure to give me a receipt for both packages. She did not reply. I told her that I asked her to make sure of both receipts because I left two Amazon returns a few months ago at this location and got only one receipt. One of the returns never made it to Amazon and it cost me $76.00. She Acted annoyed and said "I gave you two receipts" and stared at me with a blank look on her face. She showed no concern at all that they screwed up in the past. She apparently does not like her job and does not like her customers. If this is the case she should at least fake being nice or quit her job.

When I asked why he said that "if we mess up there's no way we could refund you a new one or get one back to you in time". I clearly was confused as to why his first thought was they it would get messed up. Then he said that the machines could mess it up and it wouldn't be enough time to get a new one. I relayed to him that I was coming with 6 weeks anticipation. So either they don't have reliable machines or their work is not up to standard. Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge.
