The subcontractors and workers in my home were always respectful, friendly, and followed all the necessary COVID precautions every day. Oshri and I walked around the house many times to ensure that whatever changes I requested were met without any issues. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. I have two cats, and every worker understood that their safety was a priority for me. I am very pleased with the finished product. Oshri has kept in touch to ensure that I am happy with the work. He intentionally left off things that needed to be done so they could charge whatever they wanted to finish up. They were asked to leave and take their tools with them. Stay far away from GREENER SOLUTION GROUP!!!!!!! I only wish I could rate them in the negatives. One star seems way too high for GREENER SOLUTION GROUP. We had solar panels installed in 2019 and they worked for just a few months. After years of leaving messages, we're still waiting for a return phone call. Coincidentally every time I call, the managers are conveniently away. I was even told the owner doesn't like to talk with clients! How many angry calls do they get where it comes to that? We were guaranteed a 25 year warranty, apparently this does not mean consecutive years. A technician came out twice to check on our inverter box and said he needed a part. Still waiting on that. And, GREENER SOLUTION GROUP has no record of a technician even coming out. If I didn't know any better, I would think I'm being Punk'd! They will come at you with smiles but once you sign your name on the dotted line, you mean nothing to them. We are in the midst of a grand re-model! I had received a call many months ago from Kate in the office of Greener Solution Group who was very kind when I asked her to make a note and call us back in a few months as we were not in the market just yet. I received a call from her a few weeks ago and voila! We had an appointment with Leo the same day! We had already done quite a bit of research on pricing and budgeting so when we sat down with Leo, we were prepared. It is now 3 weeks into our project with 2 more to go and we are consistently moving along. Our tile is in our living room and 2 bathrooms and we are extremely happy with it! We are doing our ceilings in our front living space and decided to add some canned lights. Our house was aluminum wiring so a part of our project is a full house re-wire which is almost completed. All the workers are kind and aside from the expected "holy walled" experience, have been great at picking up and organizing debris out of the way as there are 4 of us still living in the space. Everyone is going solar and it's about time we did. Greener Solution was one of the first places I found and they had great reviews. Ilana was able to give us a good quote and explained how the process works very well. Techs arrived on time to check out our house and plan where the panels will go. They came back a few days later with supplies and gave us a rundown of the work they are going to do. Both the workers and the office staff were efficient and professional and worked with us from the beginning to the end. We expected the price to be over the estimate as they had to work on a tile roof, but it was very reasonable. Overall I would greatly recommend this company to anyone looking for to go green. AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! After the installation of the panels it took months to get it online. They blamed DWP. Once it was online I realized that it does not generate enough energy to save me anything on my DWP bill. I was told by Elana the "Sales Person" that we would have no cost and in fact we would be getting a credit from DWP. These were all lies! When it started to rain the last year, my roof started leaking. It was so bad they had to take down a ceiling in one of the bedrooms. The next rain came and the other bedroom and hallways were leaking. Elana said they would come fix the leak. It was never fixed, and still it leaked. They kept wanting to come put in a new ceiling even though the roof was still leaking. At this point I called my insurance company and filed a claim for the damages. After extensive testing for mold and asbestos (which Greener Solutions would not rectify) I took it into my own hands. I hired a roofer to replace the roof. My roofer immediately noticed that the rack the panels are mounted to was not installed properly. Once the roof was complete Greener Solutions made me sign a release of liability before they would put the solar panels back on. They said they are no longer responsible for any drywall or roof repairs. Again avoid this company at all costs. They are just trying to sell you panels. Really glad we went with the solar system to heat my pool.  Greener Solutions was super easy to work with, displayed great customer service, and handled everything very professionally.  Shay was also easy to contact when I had to reschedule the installation date. They did not charge me any extra fees either for doing so, which was very kind on their end. Installation was completed in one day, and I didn't even have to be home for it.  System has been installed for a little over 2 months now, and it's been working flawlessly.  Heats the pool up quickly even with the pump at mid-range RPMs.  Definitely no regrets so far! read more

The contractor Josef and subcontractors did a great job with renovating my house.  I think what was most valuable to me was understanding my situation and adapting the work and costs to meet my needs.  I am going to be selling my house, and it needed repairs and some features deserved to be modernized.  It is more than just a matter of me wanting to get full market value for the house -- I want the new buyers to enjoy the house and not have to deal with problems. In my situation, since I am selling, I let them choose almost every design decision, based on what is in style and functional. Everything has turned out looking great, with the stars being the kitchen and master bath. I also commend them for really stepping up and doing about three additional weeks of work, when an unforeseen problem showed up, and it meant my house needed renovation to be done on other rooms not in the original plan.  Rather than scheduling this work off in the future, they started on it immediately. They were very thorough with getting permits and knowing the building codes.  Finally, as you may know, trying to live in a house when it is being renovated is never easy, but they were accommodating of my living needs and they were efficient in doing the work. Sold us solar panel installation. I think the installation was done by Levi Builders. Whoever did the installation, it has been about a month and a half and we are still not online. We are supposed to have instructions, including a website, for viewing what is happening with the solar panels. The website still has not been created for us and the DWP guy said we are not online (codes 21, 25 and 29 in our meter are all zero). For some reason they are having problems getting the system to work but they are avoiding us. They do not return calls and when I talk to a live person they say they are going to do something and do not. read more

Avoid at all costs. After receiving an estimate for repairs to my foundation from another company a representative from Greener Solutions "coincidentally" called and asked if I needed any work done on my house. I planned to get other estimates, so I had them come and view the issue. They attempted to charge me $1800 dollars for looking at the house and providing a $77,800+ estimate written on notebook paper. They wanted to start work the next day, and when I wavered they dropped the price by $10,000 immediately. When I told them I planned the get more estimates they lost their shit and went off. I had to ask them to leave, and am sure we will meet again in small claims court when they try to milk me for the $1800 for doing nothing but measuring one wall of my house. The other two estimates from reputable foundation companies, referred to me by a realtor friend, were both under $10,000. Do not work with these people even as a last resort. There is a veneer of kindness which quickly melts away if you do not accommodate their high pressure demanding sales tactics. read more

They kept issuing extra work orders, including a full electrical upgrade, and now less than 3 years later, all paint is peeling inside the house and throughout all of the exterior. $39,000 life electrical work performed by Greener Solution resulted in further expensive repair work. Full list of issues too many to post. No evidence of priming before painting. We are still making discoveries related to the incomplete and poor workmanship. Complaint letters to the company principles were never addressed or acknowledged. Completely took advantage of en elderly homeowner. read more

When searching for the right company to design the Photovoltaic system in my new home, I came across Greener Solution Group. What caught my eye was they had education classes for installers on how to design and implement the right system. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised how knowledgable and technical they were. Being an engineer myself, we were able to speak the same language. They also understood that technology was constantly changing and that new products pop up all the time. They spent the time to evaluate the products they use along with the ones I suggested to determine if it was the best fit for my solution. Shay was who I spoke with and he did not try to shove any cookie cutter solution down my throat like most others I spoke to. Once the home was ready to be connected to the power company, Shay walked me through all the paperwork and got me approved to produce power very quickly. Now I have one of the nicest installations in the neighborhood, and I can power my entire 4600 sqft home along with my electric vehicles. This is the only company I would recommend for solar in Newport Beach, whole SoCal in fact, since they really know what they are doing! I just moved into my new home and wanted to get some work done in the bathroom. The house is a fairly old house so it definitely needed some remodeling. They set up a time and date to come over and work out the things I needed. The person that came over was very nice and very professional. He listened to all the details that I wanted for my new bathroom and he was able to work with everything. He gave me a fair quote and gave me an estimate of 2 weeks to have the bathroom complete. Everyone who came to work on the bathroom was extremely nice. What made me happy was that they were able to finish the bathroom before the 2 week mark. Greener Solutions did a major remodel/home improvement to our house in 2018 (?), following a stroke that my husband had while we were on vacation. He is a life long do-it-yourselfer, and it nearly killed him to have to let someone else do the things that he wanted to do himself. They paved our front yard, upgraded planters, installed artificial turf, painted the exterior and most of the interior, completed our patio cover, replaced hardwood, tile, laminate, and carpeted floors with heated tile flooring and as well as laminated to match the tile in areas that did not need to be heated, upgraded all three bathrooms and our kitchen, replaced the HVAC system. Probably more, but I really don't remember. The two gentlemen who "sold" us everything and made relevant suggestions when we were uncertain, assured us that they would be available to us for assistance with any or all questions/problems that arose for several years following the completion. When they have been unavailable to do so, their supervisor stepped in and took care of matters for them. Today we learned that they are ready to make good on a very complicated issue with our HVAC system, and I am delighted. It's taken a while, but at the end of the day, I know we will be happy. I called Greener Solution Group from a friend recommendation. I wanted to have my countertops replaced.My countertops were cracked and looked very aged. I was extremely happy my friend recommended me this place. The process and experience was very smooth, they explained to me everything that was happening throughout the whole time they were working on the counter tops. Watching them work, they were very efficient and can tell they were detail oriented. They were very nice and also gave me some tips on how to not have my counter tops crack anymore. We hired him to paint the interior of our house, after starting the work We were told that painting the interior of our home only included the walls. We specifically discussed the Interior of our home including the dining room living room and kitchen cabinets as well as the bedroom closet. Wants the work was begun and our project manager Joseph realize we weren't going to be paying for any extra work that we didn't need yet we were told that the interior paint job only meant that they would paint walls no cabinets no windows nothing else put walls. Who hire someone to just paint walls and not windows etc.? We had our tile floor redone and they told us if we didn't rip out all of our old cabinetry then they wouldn't guarantee the floor once they had already pulled up our old floor ! They told us they were pre-qualifying us for a loan we told him we didn't want alone he did not pre-qualify as he actually put in an application for a loan for us and we got a letter saying we were approved luckily we were able to get a hold of the company and get rid of that loan that we told him we never wanted. The customer service was terrible they start off really nice in the moment there's an issue every body that you deal with gets really short and mean. Again I strongly suggest that you think twice before using this company if you could give a rating of zero stars I would have done that. The lesson I learned after dealing with them is to check out any contractor with the Better Business Bureau and the contractors licensing board. read more

If she acted quickly. Told they had been in business since 1984. Lie. Contractor lic is 18 months old Said he was the owner, lie Said his Aunt called her, Lie said he has been with the company since 2002. After a couple of elementary construction questions clearly showed he had no idea about construction at all. Could not produce a current satisfied customer as a reference. I met with him after getting 3 licensed bids for the same work of $3,000-$3,500. When challenged on the price he started to yell and call me every name in the book. Clearly a case to be considered for elder financial abuse. Called the owner Mr Perez, to share my experience and the other bids. No return call yet. Next call the Atty General's office. I gave them a call and they told me this is one of the easier jobs that they handle. Live in Santa Clarita- I had a leaky roof and needed a gutter put as the water was running down to the foundation.
