So disappointed! I've been coming here since I was a kid with no problems and then boom one day…read moreproblems! I came in because I have l replacement fillings for life with dr Barnes. I came in because while I was eating one day my tooth filling cracked and fell out. Apparently have very deep fillings and this is why that happened so I came back to get this fixed. Because my tooth was chipped I thought dr Barnes would just cover it but instead he shaved it down and then added new filling. I didn't want this but this is what he assured that's what needed to be done bc it was sharp so i asked him to just do the edge that was sharp. Once I thought we were done and I told him it felt fine he continued to shave it down more, so much that half my tooth was gone and I was in pain. I called the office and told them I was having major sensitivity and something had gone wrong. I couldn't eat on that side of my mouth or put anything cold or hot in my mouth. I told them whatever he did needed to be fixed but they said there was nothing they could do. So bottom line I went to 2 other dentist, told them the story and they tested my tooth sensitivity and told me my tooth is dying I would need a root canal and the whole tooth was now cavity (which was newly filled?). I didn't have the money to fix anything that would be costly at this point so I decided to do nothing and continue on Hoping it would go away or not be too detrimental. I called dr Barnes office again letting them know about what happened previously and the issues I was now having because of him shaving my tooth down too low. Again they told me there was nothing they could do. I still don't have the money to afford to fix this tooth that's had me in pain for years but I've talked to some attorneys who said I should press charges so they fix what they did. I haven't decided upon this but it's definitely an option I'm leaning towards because it's not fair they didn't offer to fix their mistake on their own. I'm just so disappointed because I've know dr Barnes since I was 2 years old and he didn't seem like the type of person to wrong someone and not make up for it. I sadly misjudged his character and suffered for it. I'll never be going back or bringing my future kids to him.

The imaging was brought up on a large screen and he pointed out everything without me asking. My husband had an earlier appointment with him, because he works closely with the oral surgeon who will do his implants. Imaging between the offices On another note, I couldn't believe how clean his office is. The little square vent on the drop ceiling was one with the tiny squares in it. It was pristine and that's not easy to keep clean.
