Update wow somehow after giving them another chance just AHH previous had their cleaning specialist…read morere arrange me without a care for me but this time I was like I won't be dealing with this lady and doctor polo has helped me with extractions with my dental plan and I came in this time for fillings but I also needed a tooth crown in the same area mind you i called in to tell work I will be late today so I'm already loosing money and understandably she asked if I wanted to do the crown surgery and I didn't know if I could afford it and they talked to me about their payment options and all and so I said sure and had to take an exta 10-15 to do this whole sign in so I could get there payment plan meanwhile I was already numbed at this point so they numbed me and then I had to go Thu the process of signing this payment plan option already kinda felt some kinda why about that but over looked it and by the end I was getting scans done for the crown all normal she the nurse seemed to have trouble taking to photos of my tooth and the area around it they put the gunk that retracts your gums on me and tried again and she finally was able to finish and tried to set up my next appointment but I had been in orange city getting a consultation done and so it was difficult for her to make my next appointment and so maybe she didn't check the scans as I got a call after saying the need to "TALK" to me about the scans and so I get a little scared thinking the worst but I said I can come in and talk on my lunch tomorrow which is a 45 min unpaid lunch and I had to find a spot with the receptionist that fit around there and she was so nice and was able to fit me in and I go in today on my lunch break to "TALK" about my scans and get lead into a room sat down and then told they need to take out my crown and take scans so I was already annoyed and kinda mad but said alright I do not like needles I have a fear and so right after getting numbed the day prior im then getting the same shot and I hated it and it was painful as the pink numbing cream before the shot was only on for a mear moment but I assumed it was going to be fast in and out but then was sad down and given a shot and then they pulled out the crown and put more of the nasty gum receding residue on it and then tried to scan maybe it's my crooked teeth but apparently this one section was not scanning properly so I'm not mad about that I understand and ofc want a permanent crown that will fit and feel good but she had to put the gum residue on me 3 times as it just wasn't scanning the third time the nurse said it was a tiny peice of my gums and polo agreed and it was sent off but then I wonder what was the reason for me coming down in the first place ?!? I do enjoy going there the staff is relatively nice just seems there's things that can be fixed or adjusted so I don't have to go over my lunch which I did and lost out on even more money it just seems like they didn't care that I was on lunch the nurse kept saying " it's gonna be quick on know your on your lunch" but it was not quick it was an over an hour and it was not pleasant at all experience wise and I makes me really not want to come back I need my wisdoms taken out but that will be done in orange city location I will absolutely leave a review for them to compare cuz this experience was a bad again at this location I need to come back later this month to get my permanent crown just leaves a sour taste in your mouth

The VA dentist also agreed with partial. Don't go to his provider . The office manager stated he would amend the note she sent to VA so I could receive the payment rial that I was sent here for. The VA stated he never amended anything and they refuse to provide my partial. I had to give a star to post his but they shouldn't get one star.

He actually had hired Trish, an excellent hygienist who had worked at one of my previous dentists, who had retired. I thought one of that dentist's tricks on one tooth could work again on two adjacent teeth. It was experimental, but Dr. Maxwell thought of a way to proceed that would not cost that much, but test the idea. He did it differently (by accident!), but it worked and I still have that bridge six or seven years later! Great staff, friendly wife who works the front desk sometimes. His skills are exceptional, for example, the little strips of paper he uses, he often only needs one, one time or two, and gets the right fit. Of all my dentists throughout life, he is surely the best by skill, knowledge, and personality!

I was called in within 5-10 minutes of getting there ( I was a little early), from panoramic x-ray to digital x-rays, to dental exam and then periodontal exam I was never alone in the room because they were performing a very thorough and comprehensive exam. It was the best exam I have had for the least amount of money. If I were to pay the price of the discount plan for just the exam, it would be well worth it. They were very fast and friendly about emailing me my xrays too. I have a friend who is a dentist and he said his fees are much higher than the estimates I got for the extensive work they say I need done. I am in considerable pain and I need to get something done. I don't have dental insurance, so it's a big investment and I am getting a second opinion on what needs to be done. Overall - I highly recommend and intend to do at least the deep cleaning.
