I hired them to do my taxes and the 1st time I was told my taxes were ready upon my review they had…read moremissed almost $14,000 worth of items. When I told them about these mistakes there was never an apology or we'll make sure these are fixed. No communication at all and then am email that my taxes are ready. So, once again I started reviewing the corrected taxes and then found another $20,000 worth of mistakes!!!!! I then let them know once again that over $33,000 worth of items were missed and I was very disappointed and needed these items corrected. I received an email telling me if I was unhappy with their service and fee I should find someone else. I don't know anyone who is supposed to be a professional company doing taxes and when told about $33,000 worth of mistakes wouldn't make sure to acknowledge their mistakes, apologize, and make the necessary corrections. Terrible customer service and even worse at taxes!!!!!

The full month didn't finish and my services were done without the full month of service. I understand that I had to pay for the month but why am i charged a complete month when my books were completed on the 12th and there was still a couple weeks in the month. I reached out to them to ask but was no one has responded. It's a shame that I've been a customer for all these years and was treated this way.

When she told me how much I was owing she did not try to brainstorm with me to see if there was anything else that would help me, made me feel like she already received her $400 payment so she didn't care about my situation. So I walked through the TurboTax steps and was able to get myself a better tax break and when I brought that to her attention I was informed by her I didn't tell her about my kids in college when I did let her know in the beginning that my adult kids went to school full time so I didn't have proof of address from their jobs since they didn't work. After informing her what I did different in TurboTax she has not responded to me, I wouldn't think it's urgent to her since she already received her payment so I just filed my taxes through TurboTax and am taking it as a major lesson learned.
