This review is long overdue!…read more We've been using Surefire Pest Control since 2018, and Chad has been our go-to pest control professional ever since. He is always friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Recently, Chad came out for our regular service, and about a week and a half later we found a small scorpion inside our home. Living in Las Vegas, we know that during the hot summer months pests will sometimes try to make their way indoors looking for cooler places. I reached out to Chad the next morning, and not only did he take the time to answer my questions and provide helpful advice, but he also came back out and sprayed the inside of our home for added peace of mind. We typically only have the exterior treated because his service does such a great job of keeping pests out, so we really appreciated the extra effort and reassurance. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Chad consistently goes above and beyond for his customers, and it's one of the many reasons we've remained loyal clients for nearly a decade. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable pest control company, I highly recommend Surefire Pest Control. You won't be disappointed!

He's respectful with removing his shoes when coming inside the house without even being asked. Every tech is a great asset to Anderson Pest Control. Thank you! Anderson has a great website portal with details of my service and upcoming appointments. I trust their products and I'm never concerned with them using a cheaper watered down chemical either. I've been with Anderson for over 10 years and their prices are extremely reasonable, and I have no interest in switching to someone else. Not only that but when my HOA decided to hire a pest control company for our property I absolutely recommended Anderson Pest Control and their bid came in much much better than anybody else we received. They have continued to provide fantastic service for our neighborhood and my home.

I about lost it when we found one in our kitchen! We had a different pest company at the time and I felt completely disregarded by them when I expressed my fear. Just then, I saw the Exceed truck outside my neighbors house and approached the technician to see if they had time to do my house as well and they obliged - they comforted me and sensed my urgency especially with a crawling infant in my home. Since then, they've been nothing but courteous, friendly, communicative and anytime I've had a one off problem I just give them a call and they come out within 24 hours. After they were taken over by Las Vegas Pest Control it has been one problem after another. After calling the company and telling them the only reason we stick around is Mike they were able to honor our current rate. Will still be exploring other options as it just seem like a matter of time before the next snafu.
