Hummus platter
Susanna C.

This was the perfect spot to catch up with friends for coffee and brunch! Not noisy so it's easy to chat. Lots of spacing between tables. No crowds so you aren't being rushed out. We ordered hummus, chicken kebabs, gyro and omelette. Everything was delicious. They had a nice selection of desserts - but we wanted to avoid sweets so we skipped on it. Would be fun to try it next time!

My porch view.

I went here because I knew they had a few Greek grocery products I needed to make a salad (honey for one) and decided to take a seat and enjoy a little alone time alfresco lunch. Sat on the porch in a shady seat and ordered one of my favorite soups Avgolomeno and a falafel appetizer. The soup was warm and refreshing at the same time and the falafels (5) with tzatziki sauce were crunchy, delicious, and beautiful to behold. I was so happy with my lunch that I am returning tonight with my husband for dinner!

The entire bottom of the Pastitsio was hard like plastic, you couldn't bite through it at all.
Mary A.

I couldn't wait to try the Green Olive and was so disappointed. The Pastitsio was not fresh so much so that the bottom was hard like plastic you couldn't cut it with a knife. I left most in the plate because it was not edible. My sister's chicken was good as well as the stuffed peppers but the lemon potatoes were not roasted they were boiled and not even hot lukewarm. The salad served with the dish was very good. The Kataifi and Chocolate Baklava were very good. I don't think we'll be back. The Pastitsio was $19.00 and you couldn't eat it all. Non of the food looked like the pictures they advertise.

Menu two of nine

What a charming place. Extremely well decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and very attentive. The food was very good as well. I had the chicken soup and falafel and finished off with the orange cake and a cup of cappuccino. Everything was top-notch my friend had a salmon salad and the Ferreira chocolate dessert. The Ferreira chocolate dessert was extremely good. We had zero complaints. Looking forward to our next visit.

My sister took me here. She had an unpleasant experience the first visit she encountered the chef was yelling to the employee that works as a hostess and a server. Not sure who owns the place but definitely needs to control the chef. I believe potential customers wanted to eat here and my sister and potential customers overhead the chef screaming to tell the newly seated customer to leave because he doesnt want to cook. The time when my sister took me here I wanted to get waffle/pancake and i was told the chef doesnt want to make it.

Dip sampler

Soooo good!! We got the dip sampler and every single one was great and fresh. Spicy feta was def a favorite. We both got chicken souvlaki for our meals and it was so good! We will definitely be back soon!!

Tyropitakia bites and Zucchini croquettes with tzatziki sauce
Patrice M.

I had the tyropitakia bites, they were good but those Zucchini croquettes were amazing and the star of the show was the tzatziki sauce!! I wanted to put that on everything!! For my main course I did the Oven roasted lemon chicken. Very flavorful! Will definitely get that again!!

Goodies for the road

We were in the area looking for a place to eat. With a high rating and Greek food offering we decided on The Market on Main and boy were we glad we did. It was between lunch and dinner and we were hungry. We ordered the spinach triangles and grape leaves, 2 of our favorites. For our main course we ordered the classic gyro and a full Greek salad. The spinach triangles were AMAZING both crunchy and so so very flaky!!! Yummmm! Served with a homemade tsatziki sauce (couldn't get enough). Best ever! Stuffed Grape leaves were delish and were abundant. The Greek salad was huge and fresh with a mild lemon dressing. So good. Then for the classic gyro. Filled with that delicious gyro meat and of course, the amazing tsatziki sauce. And, yes, there's more, the Greek fries. Somewhat seasoned with a bit of feta. So very good!! Needless to say, we enjoyed our meal. The servers were so very polite. While we were talking with the crew out came Sakina, the baker, with a beautiful cake (see the photo) that was being sent to a birthday party elsewhere. Do call her for a unique birthday cake. Don't pass up a chance to have a fabulous meal with a special group of workers!

It just a table for 2 but we wanted a little more space so they immediately gave us the table for 4 so we can we comfortable. They brought out their fresh bread and couple dips. I loved the red dip and should have asked what it was. They actually brought us a few rounds of bread. Then we got be chicken bbq pieces and the kebab. Huge portion but i have to say the pieces were soo juicy. I will order that next time. Overall, i will be visiting more often since dining in is such a nice vibe. Also visited the market next door. They got nice fresh cakes that i will be back for.

The restaurant owns a Turkish supermarket next door. All of the food is delicious. Warm bread and sauces are included (the red sauce is DELICIOUS but super spicy, the white sauce is minty and tart). Get the Mucver!!!! I haven't tried other appetizers but the Mucver stole the show. It's a zucchini vegetable fried pancake. If a latke was made of zucchini. Super flavorful. Not greasy at all. The chicken Adana is my favorite. It's a ground chicken well seasoned with herbs and grilled. My husband had the mixed grill of gyro (beef), lamb, and grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was delicious. Both are served with a salad and rice. Very good service.

We succeeded in both respects, saving over $20 a week in Java fees and thoroughly enjoying our handiwork as we controlled our filtered water and fresh ingredients throughout the process. But, yesterday I found myself out and about - out of coffee and about to take drastic action to remedy this problem. I looked up as I drove through Cranbury, NJ, and saw a sign for Lyberry Cafe in a newish commercial strip on the south side of town. The Universe provides. I pulled in, parked and walked in to a chill large warehouse-looking space with painted library walls on one end with comfy leatheresque easy chairs and small tables for privacy, and a long row of tables/wooden benches/chairs along running the length of the deep room and partially across from the service area. I had to acknowledge feeling passing strange being in a cafe for the first time in a long while, but I managed to check their menu and order a small Americano to go before taking a seat at the end table closest to the door. Why not sit and relax for a few before returning to my wheels? It wasn't crowded around noon, and the folks seemed like they were settled in for a while. Some working; most chatting. I sipped the strong steaming hot joe. Yep! Definitely strong enough to remove the wearies and retune me up for my afternoon agenda. Still, couldn't help feeling a little out of place. Just spending money for commercial coffee, once so commonplace; but now so strangely wasteful put me in touch with how transitory some habits are. Three average caffeinated stars for the ho-hum of this or any such consumption outpost. I think I have lost my Lyberry card.

The front counter/kitchen/Rapid Pick-up Shelf are all located in the front of the store, which is convenient for grab-and-go. The layout of the rest of the store is kind of weird though. The 4-6 touchscreen kiosks are awkwardly spaced across two round tables whose main purpose appears to be wasting floor space. The bar seating along the windows has excellent views of Scudders Mill Road and the wooden deck outside, which has additional seating. The remainder of the indoor seating is in a horseshoe formation which wraps around the beverage island and ends in a nook, where many a giggling teenager can be seen on weekends. Instead of placing cups outside by the kiosks for self-service, this Panera seems to hoard all its cups behind the counter, which is typical for locations in urban neighborhoods or mall food courts but unusual for a suburban standalone location. It's not hard to guess why, but waiting 10 minutes just to get a paper cup is pretty lame. The hot water carafe was obviously not cleaned thoroughly during my last visit as the water it dispensed tasted like coffee and soap suds, which is fine if you want your Earl Grey tea to taste like dishwasher. By the way, this location has no buzzers, so if you place an order for dine-in a food runner will be offering your meal to everyone else before it gets to you.
