I started using green mango because of Johnny and Rich but end up in a big disappointment. The communication between the representatives are just horrible. They have so many different phone number and been contacting with me with all these phone number and can't not update my account right away when I make a request. For example, I requested a time in the afternoon and they gave me something in the morning or I request a time on Friday and they gave me a Thursday or Wednesday. I have to contact all these different phone numbers to finally get the time I want. So very frustrated with that part The technicians were always nice and professional every time even though it's a different person sometime which is no consistent . On Friday afternoon, I received an text confirmation on the upcoming service for Saturday so I make sure I am home (because after 3 treatments already I can still find a lot of activity and scorpion and want them to treat inside the house) Saturday came and I waited and waited and and the technician never showed up. No call no show. I mean a phone call would be nice to let me know that something came up or he couldn't make it or etc.. but I got nothing. I message the company but unfortunately they were closed. On Monday, the rep got back at me saying that look like our technician was unable to make it and trying to throw me another time without any apology. I meant seriously, is that how they do their business? I've been using green mango since 2017 and when I only had one property to service, it was a wonderful experience, however, just over a year ago I began service on a second property and it has been nothing but problems. I have tenants in one property and requested GM verbally confirm with my prior to servicing that property so that I can give tenants proper notice, however they continue to promise that my account is set up that way and then show up unannounced. Each time this happens I call and am made a promise that this will not happen again, and yet it continues to happen. All I have been offered is a casual apology and the empty promise my account is now set up for verbal confirmation of appointments. Unfortunately, after 7.5 years, I am forced to cancel my service due the liability issues they cause for me. It has been made clear this company is unorganized, reckless and has enough customers that losing one is not a concern. Isabelle seemed rather jovial regarding partially cancelling my service as she is not authorized to actually cancel it and I have to wait to be contacted by the cancellation department. I'm disappointment, but know there a plenty of great pest control companies out there that do equally, if not better, service for far less cost and treat their customers as more than a number. read more

Ian was very informative as well as thorough. He notices some ants(which we are having a problem with) by my grills and he moved the grills and mats to spray and then put everything back in its place. They texted me in the morning that they had a cancellation. I never responded because I wast home. So they came and sprayed my front yard and couldn't get into my back yard due to my lock and dogs. Then I get a text saying completed job and charged 91.00. They never finished the job and I have to have them come back on Thursday when I am home. When you are on a fixed income and wasn't scheduled to come out then sbow up do half the work and bill you. read more

Call to get weed service over two months ago first time they scheduled. They didn't tell me when they were coming. Next time I called to schedule it took over a month to schedule. I was ready for them to come and they didn't service the property and broke my gate Third time I called they said they didn't service because I didn't sign the contract which they never provided. They sent me a contract and it's gonna take another three weeks for them to come out because they were supposed to come out and the yard was not serviced. I used Green Mango for a few years at first everything was great. Over time little things popped up but if I called were quickly taken care of. However on October 23,2020 their technician drove off with his hose still connected to our water line. The result was the breaking of our main water line on the house. While Green Mango did send out a handy man they initially charged me for the service ( which was refunded) which felt wrong. All together it took a week to repair. While we weren't mad and nice about the situation because accidents happen we ultimately ended up cancelling our service and moving to another company. To date no one from management has bothered to call or reach out apologizing or making sure the repairs were done correctly. I have been using Green Mango for a few months and since the second treatment I have not seen any scorpions in my backyard or in the house. I have small dogs and the tile in my home easily blends the scorpions so I needed to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. I do appreciate the calls, text and email reminders each time I am due for a service. Technician Barnaby today was very patient and a pleasure to have servicing my home. He asked me what plants he needed to stay away from since we do have a few herbs and chilis growing. I also appreciated him asking if I wanted the inside of my home serviced. We've been with Green Mango since 2018. Typical service is amazing, techs very thorough and friendly and always call beforehand with notice, which is really nice. Before they leave, they usually leave you with an info packet with how much they sprayed, etc. Well, times must be tough. No call ahead. The tech was at our home for MAYBE 15 minutes, which is probably 20 minutes shy of any usual tech who does the job. Outside cobwebs not taken care of and we ALWAYS have the inside sprayed and moved things away from the wall so it could be sprayed properly. The tech sprayed the area rug in front of the couch (yes, the rug), but not the island in the kitchen and then when I asked if he'd gotten to everything ok (I had walked to another room briefly), he said "yes." He didn't, we have cameras. I hate being lied too. He sprayed about 3 places inside. Oh, and no info packet afterwards. I get it, costs are rising so everyone's gotta cut corners and its tough to keep employees. I don't need a info packet at the end anymore, send an email maybe? It'll cut cost. BUT the "service" we just got on Tuesday was pretty crappy. read more

From my first cal to the actual first service these guys are 1st class , very timely and explaining everything that was going on . I've always been pleased with the staff and service who have come to my home but I believe it is entirely inappropriate to send a corporate request to tip their staff! They spend a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes @ my home salaried by you. TIP= To Insure Proper Service is the least expected outcome each visit. Asking for tips makes me wonder if you are paying less than competitive salaries. I like your company but asking to tip, in my opinion, is unprofessional and looks cheap. I spoke with Steph that was accommodate my tight schedule and she was very friendly and informative. She could move things around and set me up. Meat with the company techniciens and they very professional and helpful. First flash service was completed in and out and it was done properly and not in a rush. I will begin my review with a thank you note to Green Mango. They were finally, the solution to our 4-year scorpion problem! I heard of Green Mango from a family member who told us she had them over to her mother's house to get rid of a scorpion issue. I kept the name in mind and thought I would reach out to them if ever needed. We live close to Red Mountain, so close we can see the desert. This means lots of wild life, beautiful views and of course scorpions! It would have been ok if they were just outside the house but no, they showed up inside too! When my daughter was starting to show signs that she was about to start walking, I had to make sure we had no scorpions, period. I would never forgive myself if she got stung! I thought of calling Green Mango but wasn't sure their product would work because we tried a different company, we tried doing it ourselves, and nothing worked. I made the decision to try them when we found out that a house that was up for sale reported no scorpion issues even though they lived even closer to another mountain/desert area in the valley and that's because they used Green Mango! So I called them in December of last year. I must say, my first impression was not that great. I felt rushed and my plan was to start the service in March. I also did not feel that I understood everything about the contract and when they will start charging, etc in the first call. I actually almost cancelled the whole thing after an advanced charge on my credit card before I even signed the contract but we moved forward with them after I spoke to a different rep who refunded me, apologized for the error and explained everything. She was absolutely great! (maybe Stephanie?). They came out the first time in Feb, March, end of April and they just came again today. For the first few months, I was still skeptical because well, there are no scorpions from November to March of every year. But I am so happy to say that our house is now scorpion free. I purposely waited for a few months after March to write the review because I wanted to make sure this actually worked! The service has been amazing. The crew is professional, friendly and they make sure their job is well done every time. The product they use is natural and is safe for kids and pets. It has no smell either which is all a plus. We paid an initial fee to start the contract and now we pay $79 every 2 months which are totally worth it for a scorpion free house. They are a wonderful company. If you ever have an issue and want them even sooner they're right there for you. Their customer service is wonderful they try to fit you in right away. They give you a reminder a few days before. The technician calls you when he's on his way. All the technicians have been wonderful. But our technician today went above and beyond. His name is Dylan. He was a wonderful young man very polite and very respectful. He listen to me with full eyes and went above and beyond to make sure that everything I requested was done. He then came to the door to make sure everything was good. We have had way less problems with bugs ever since using them. I highly recommend them. Plus they use products that are safe for your pets. #1 reason I was hesitant to hire pest control is because of pure laziness. Young men coming to spray pesticide, not caring where they spray, little attention to detail. However my coworker said she heard good things and with a baby on the way, toddler, pets, full time working I really needed some extra assistance outside. I gave them a try! First time I was not home but I'm assuming the job was normal and everything was dry by the time I got home. I see nothing. Second time I was pulling in my driveway with my toddler and groceries. I notice he just finished my entryway. I go up to unlock the door and see my sons pull ups have arrived! However they are now soaked in pesticide!! I pick up the box to check, it drips on my feet and legs. I'm furious! I talk to the young man outside, he claims he did not see it. (Really???)I call a manager he was super nice! Says the boys are trained to move everything. Ok I get that. Maybe a bad day for him? The guy even refunds my pull ups. But honestly I'm not looking for refunds I'm looking for reliable people to do the job I'm paying for.... so after his nice customer service I think I'll continue.... 3rd visit: my husband has installed a ring outside. And guess what? I have an amazon package! My ring records the kid spraying right on my amazon package but thank god he moved my door mat. I snapped a picture to attach in yelp. Also after he finished in the backyard (I swear I heard him spray my sons kiddie pool) but I went out there and saw the spray line go right across my dogs rawhide bone. Gross. I threw it away after snapping picture. It would have taken him a second to move those things. Sure, I could go in my yard every time they are scheduled to come and make sure it's spotless but the odds of me doing this every time is slim. I'm busy, that's why I pay for services. And this service sucks! I suppose if you don't have kids, toys around the yard or animals it might be ok to have these guys but I just cannot and I will not trust them to come to my home anymore and spray. I immediately called Green Mango after the third visit. I was told I would need to pay $199 to cancel because apparently I got some great deal? My last guy I paid $40 bimonthly, these guys I pay twice as much, $80. Screw your lame deal! You are not doing your job, you are endangering my child and pets. Later that day... I received a phone call from the nice manager I spoke to the first time. I was thankful because he knew everything that's been happening. I told him I had to cancel my membership, and he was very understanding. He admitted it was totally their fault and the technicians would be spoken to and I did not need to pay my cancellation fee. I am extremely disappointed with Green Mango. When I first started using them 6 months ago, they were very professional and thorough. The technicians that came to the house seemed knowledgeable and took their time. For the last few months, I have had nothing but problems. We have a bug issue that I have to keep calling about over and over again. They keep having to re-spray and nothing is working, plus, they keep sending these young kids out to service my house. When I saved one of the bugs we were having an issue with to show the technician a few weeks ago, the kid said "ewww... I've never seen a bug that big!". After that kid came, we still had the bug problem. The company promised to send out one of their older, more experienced technicians to respray for the 4th time. My husband was home waiting for him andI was at work. All of a sudden I got a text from the tech saying "sorry I missed you, no one answered". I texted him back within minutes but he said it was too late, he was on to the next house. My husband said he never heard the door, so I checked the cameras, and this kid, not the experienced tech they promised me, literally knocked on the door, waited 11 seconds, and walked away!! He didn't bother ringing the doorbell or even knocking a second time! I can't wait for my contract to end with Green Mango! I already tried to get out last month due to the issues I'm having with them but they won't let me. UPDATE: Despite the message below from "Aubree", she has yet to contact me by phone despite me leaving her my contact info. I have also called Green Mango daily and left messages to have a manager call me back, yet no one has! They obviously don't really care about their customer's concerns!! UPDATE #2: Aubree you need to speak to Champagne in your office. She told me about the issue that the manager had and so each day I called, I left my work phone number with her, which changes every day depending on what area I am working in, but I updated her every day with my work phone number, even though I do not have a robo-killer on my phone. At this point I don't even want to talk to Green Mango any more. I will let other people decide in the future if they want to risk having the issues that I have had and sign a contract that they can't get out of. I only have 1 more month left in my contract. I heard about these guys on the radio from Johnjay and Rich. Don't believe everything you hear on the radio. The pro: you don't have to spray or worry about doing it yourself. The con: overpriced, 3 year contract, most scheduled appointment happens during the cooler weather where bugs and pest aren't usually a problem. What I am mostly not happy about is that they try to avoid coming out to spray your home during the hottest months which is the time when pest are most active. And during the winter and spring months when it's cooler they schedule the sprays like every month. Seriously?! We're paying you a huge chunk of money so that you can do your job conveniently at our expense?! I am so fed up! Go buy your own sprayer bottle and get the same grade chemicals that'll last you a whole year at a fraction of the cost these guys are charging. read more

We have had green mango for over a year and unfortunately they have not been able to deliver results. We live in an area that backs up to a desert wash and is adjacent to the desert, so scorpions are an issue. In the year we had green mango there wasn't much activity for the first 6 months. However, over the last 6 months I have seen multiple scorpions in the house along with multiple spiders and those little beetles. I now walk around at night in fear and always with a black light, it sucks, After a service a few months ago I noticed they did not knock down a large spider web on the patio furniture, so they sent a nice gentleman out to do a free re-service. I asked why I was seeing so much activity still and he said because I back up to the wash I really had to take it upon myself to go back and find/kill scorpions frequently. I kind of understood that but thought to myself "isn't this why you guys come out and do your thing?" Anyway, over the next few months after the re-service I continued to see spiders inside and scorpions outside. Sometimes the scorpions were dead and sometimes they were alive, not sure why. Over the past two weeks I saw two live and well scorpions in the house. One I spotted on the kitchen countertop and the other was on the carpet in the walkway of our bedroom!!!! Having a small child at crawling age this is entirely unacceptable. I called to cancel so I could try a different pest service and they transferred me to their customer retention person. She was very nice and said she was confident that they could solve the issue, and that they would send a field supervisor out to my place. However, after seeing two scorpions in two weeks I was understandably done with this company. We kept talking and she eventually said something along the lines of "you've only seen two scorpions in the house in two weeks? That's nothing! Some people have way more!" I'm sorry but I prefer to have zero scorpions in the house forever, which is why I have a bug company that supposedly "guarantees no scorpions". And after not living up to their guarantee, I asked if they could waive the $149 cancellation fee due to my unfortunate experience and the lack of results, but they said no and got me for the $149 on the way out. If you have small children or don't want to have scorpions in your house, I would highly recommend you go with a different pest company. read more
