Pi never returns phone calls or text messages. No wonder there hasn't been a review since 2020. I should have paid more attention to the dates of the previous reviews. He actually scheduled an appointment with me but said he fell behind on a current job so would get back to me. It's been four days and he's yet to get in contact with me even after I sent him a text. There are flakes in every business, he might have had some ethics and professionalism years back but he's obviously lost them along the way. read more

Pi, Did a fantastic job selecting and installing 19 exterior IP cameras for our warehouse. The pictures are amazing day or night. I have eliminated 95% of my loitering and dumping issues. Those that ignore the cams get caught! I highly recommend you get license plate recognition cams at all your points of entry that way you get every plate every time someone enters or leaves your facility. I also screwed up a cam by changing a password and Pi was kind enough to let me slide without a service call fee. I'll be using him again for my interior cams upon completing my office construction. read more

Pi is so very personable and pleasant from start to finish and beyond! The price is very reasonable, not compromising on quality! Sure, we are happy to share our experience the system got put in about 4months ago. We hired Pi and his team because they seemed to know their stuff and pay close attention to detail. They worked around our schedule here at our child daycare, and they delivered ontime exactly what they promised. Also they charged a fair price. I am the most IT illiterate person there is. We had a surveillance system all around the outside of our home. And of corse it broke. I googled, and yelped and emailed Pi asking if he could please help me because our we had 2 bikes stolen and our current cameras didn't work. I received a response so quickly. My dad hired this company to come out and take a look at our central vacuum and intercom systems. Pi was able to diagnose our central vacuum system and tell us that we had a bad vacuum hose and that our intercom unit had been fried by a power spike and that we needed to change was the power supply.
