This review is for the Sudz Monterey location!…read more This place is SO awesome. The owner was working today, and she was so helpful and sweet. It was my first time there and she made sure I knew how things worked. The machines are really nice quality and don't leave any funky smells on your clothes like some laundromat machines do. I was able to wash my really big bed comforter for ten bucks which is a pretty good value I think! At other laundromats it's cost me $12 bucks just to use the larger washing machine so I'd say this is a steal. The place was clean too and you can use their card system, or pay with cash or credit/debit. Nice location too, just off the highway near Del Monte Shopping Center. I'll definitely be back again!

I probably bought in 3 pounds of clothes in assuming I'd be charged around $7.50-$10. Nothing was sad when I dropped my tiny bag of laundry off. This person could've added a little bit of value to their business seeing I was a new customer by telling me there's a minimum charge order price when I brought in a tiny bag of clothing. When I picked my clothes up on Sunday at noon, the young lady was pretty blah. She told me $17.50. I was surprised, but I gave her a $ 20 and said you can keep the change. She replied "do you want to receipt?" I said "sure and thank you." And then just silence... grab my laundry and walked out. How difficult is your job? Are you that unhappy that you can't be polite?

I hired BioMax to do mold testing at my home. And I paid them over $10k up front…read more I knew that there was mold in the house from previous testing of the structure, but it hadn't been comprehensive enough. I was explicit from the start with BioMax about the necessity of finding the source(s) of the neurotoxins and mycotoxins present. Michael was confident that he could help us. I gave permission to engage in "destructive" testing - so that they could drill into walls or lift up floor boards in effort to provide unequivocal evidence of mold presence. They did not do this. BioMax did little more than confirm what I already knew. The house has mold. But they could not pinpoint where the sources were. Subsequently, they provided a long and detailed suggested remediation report that looked impressive, but was in fact woefully inadequate. You can't effectively remediate a water damaged house without locating the actual sources!! Given that the assessment was incomplete, because they didn't locate the sources, and because the remediation recommended was clearly going to be insufficient, I had no choice but to hire another mold testing company. This company indicated that they could and would find the sources. They did. I and other members of my family are quite ill with mold toxicity and related conditions. Had I followed BioMax's remediation plan, we would have paid out tens of thousands of dollars to "remediate" and would have remained sick because the mold would have continued to flourish within the walls, HVAC system, and under the floors. Put plainly, BioMax's work was insufficient and incompetent. When I presented them with all of this and requested my money be returned, they refused. Michael said that they met contractual obligations. I say that's a cop out. They should stand behind their work. Integrity should prevail. You're messing with people's health! FAIL.
