Jeremy's customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was always available and willing to take my calls, patiently answering my many questions throughout the mortgage process. He also went above and beyond to ensure our certified pre-approval letter was issued quickly so we could start making offers on homes without delay. One thing I particularly appreciated was the financial analysis Jeremy provided, which clearly outlined different mortgage scenarios based on various down payment amounts. This made it much easier to evaluate our options and make informed financial decisions. We also worked with Nadine on the loan processing side, and she made the entire process incredibly smooth and streamlined. Communication was excellent, and everything stayed on track, which made closing on our new home incredibly easy. Buying a home can be stressful, but Jeremy, Nadine, and the Fairway team made the financing process remarkably easy. We genuinely appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Jeremy and the Fairway Mortgage team to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Their performance throughout the entire process was utterly pathetic. They seemingly cannot read basic financial documents--specifically Shareworks statements. They saw and requested the exact same documents on over 10 separate occasions. Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a broker that actually values your time, communicates transparently, and knows how to review basic paperwork. Avoid them at all costs.

Another location that keeps the reputation streak of Desert Financial strong! I'm so happy I switched to DFCU after keeping my dollars in a commercial bank so long. I seriously wish I did it sooner; it's clear that this credit union--as well as all the others I've seen in greater Phoenix--takes its community investments seriously, and in this business model of giving back instead of appealing to private shareholders, it wins a lot of happy people over.

I was simply wanting to deposit a check I received from a well-known institution into my sons account. Midfirst said the check would take 5-7 days to clear, however... if you open a new account with us, your check will clear in 24-48 hours... that was on Monday the 17th of June. Brendon even called the company to verify funds, which prompted Brendon to then say that funds were available and I would have access to MY funds in 24 hours, in-fact he said it would most likely process overnight and funds would show first thing in the morning! I waited the 24-hour period, then the 48 period, then 3 days, then 4 days. Its now Friday the 21st of June and I'm now being told that although Midfirst has MY money in their system, they are holding it until June 26th... 9 days later. I then called Midfirst corporate office who said that the branch manager and Brendon were completely, 100% aware of of a nine-day hold on new accounts. I called the branch on Tuesday - no answer. Wednesday was Flippin' Juneteenth so they were closed. I called Thursday and finally got Brendon after being screened by the branch minions for 15 minutes. Brendon said he would take care of my issue and call me right back... I have never heard back from him. The branch manager will not call me back, and while I'm writing this, I have now been on the phone with corporate for over 2 hours... ON HOLD. No one at Midfirst is interested in talking to a customer, let a lone a new customer. THIS BY FAR IS THE THE MOST PATHETIC BANK IN ARIZONA. Update: After kindly requesting a higher up at corporate, they transfer me to David, this is the genius branch manager who found it more important to check Tiktok than to help a customer. David hung up on me because he was not trained on how to handle a disgruntled CUSTOMER. No spine, no professionalism.
