Names were misspelled in the letter to heirs, and the closing statement contained multiple errors as well. Communication and follow-through were poor. I had to raise concerns about responsiveness more than once, and one document never reached the courthouse until I chased it down. When I disputed the accounting, I was told there would be a follow-up, but it never happened. After the case closed, the attorney's tone became snippy and unprofessional. My partner and I were represented by this firm in regards to the 2015 (completely settled in 2018) real estate related civil suit filed in Maricopa County, AZ. This firm consistently generated on their own, and sent me MULTIPLE account statements, over a multitude of months, indicating and assuring me I had a ZERO balance, YEP, ZERO, and I never heard another word from them, as one would expect.... end of story?? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Any reasonable thinking human being would be led to that conclusion, BUT this doesn't describe reasonable thinking individuals. Well, fast fwd almost a year later after receiving all the ZERO balance statements, only to get served with a surprise lawsuit in 2025 (by this owns firms Partner's little shady side hustle "collection agency LLC" PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTANCE LLC), making outlandish claims that we still owed some sort of debt, via an "assigned" debt from this firm. SAME BAD ACTORS, just conveniently operating under this new name. Worst yet, they had all of our current contact info, yet instead of simply reaching out and even attempting to resolving the matter or clear things us they just plowed right ahead to run us over without any warning (I warned you this would involve unreasonableness). It should also be noted that my partner hadn't been ever contacted in any way by anyone since 2018, NOPE, not even a single time. #2 (Can't even make this kind of stuff up, it actually happened possibly due either outright harassment/vindictiveness or a data breach/breach of confidential client information) This firms partners, acting through and on behalf of their "collection LLC", took my partners PERSONAL INFORMATION and filed and publicized it in completely unrelated Court pleadings, which is a public forum, that had absolutely NOTHING what so ever to do with them, nor involved them in any way, shape or form, in support of asking the Court to approve Alternative Service for one of their other "victims" that they were having trouble getting served with their latest lawsuit, outright falsely claiming that my partners info had anything at all to do with this person. So, you can plainly see what lengths they'll go to. **BEST PART OF ALL THIS: When all of the above stated was brought to their attention, they flat out refused to even respond or offer to correct THEIR ERRORS and instead insisted upon proceeding with the lawsuit, flat out refusing to acknowledge correct THEIR mistakes or be held accountable for any of their egregious actions.
