Oh and get this, they don't take calls on Fridays and some Wednesdays and the assistant, Ivon Gandara, is a pain to try to get anything done. He estimated the work would take about an hour or less but never mentioned that we went over this time or communicating via email or phone would incur additional charges. To his credit, he did waive some of the charges after I raised my concerns, which I appreciated.
