However we recently purchased a new vehicle and they gave us a 30 day window for our interest rate on the loan while we worked with the dealership to finalize. Despite remaining within the 30 day window, when we called back to inquire about financing with them, they told us they closed our file but acknowledged we were still a couple of days within their timeframe. Because they would need to run our credit again, we are going with someone else. I'm unsure which location Mike McGuire works out of, but he was particularly helpful and courteous, despite Desert Financial dropping the ball.

However...Navy Credit Union is not on the same cooperating network as my credit union. When I need to do business with the Marines, I must drive a check over. The first time I went to the drive-thru and it was a seamless transaction. The second time I attempted to drive through again, but it was not in service. Boo!! I had to park in front of the ATM and walk up to get my cash. No biggie, but when the drive-thru ATM is broken, I'm sure it puts a damper on anyone's schedule especially if they're on a time crunch!
