She kept things moving, got us a great interest rate and allayed any concerns by working with us. Her response time and attention were so good that if we didn't know better we would think we were her only clients! Dylan was also very professional and great to work with. I want to reiterate this was the best mortgage loan process we have ever been a part of. Highly recommend Agave Home Loans.

ZERO STARS IS MORE ACCURATE I am writing this to warn…read moreothers about the incredibly poor experience I had with Agave Mortgage Brokers. Their performance throughout the entire process was utterly pathetic. They seemingly cannot read basic financial documents--specifically Shareworks statements. They saw and requested the exact same documents on over 10 separate occasions. Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a broker that actually values your time, communicates transparently, and knows how to review basic paperwork. Avoid them at all costs.

I followed up with Pete in November 2019 who provided me and my Realtor the pre-qualification sheet to go under contract. This was my first home buying experience. I honestly thought this would be a complicated process; it wasn't. Within December 11th, I'm in my new home :) Thanks Team!

Which is fine as I found an amazing company that did a fantastic job through Yelp. Refi is already done and signed on Wednesday. But just so they know... I will make the initial contact, but you either want my business or you don't. Guess not this time. No hard feeling and not upset. Just leaving a review. Edit: I am going to bump up to 3. I was reached out to and definitely felt remorse on their end on the mix up. I obviously cannot give them a high rating as I didn't get to work with them and don't know how well they do personally. But from the amount of positive ratings they have received from others they may be worth checking out. My mix up appears to be just a small blip and not of the ordinary.

I cannot say what Kathy and her family, ( I'm pretty sure one of the girls was working with her at the time) did for me way back when in 2014/2015. I had just moved to AZ from Texas with my whole family, and I had been a renter my entire life (from 0-38) and had NO IDEA where to start. I thought, " Homeownership!- that doesn't happen to people like me". Only God knows why I picked up the phone that day, and I couldn't even tell you how I got her #, but on the other end was Kathy.
