Aside from their clean, well stocked and copious varieties of every product, it's their staff! Everyone that works there is upbeat, professional and knowledgeable about everything they sell! They've always made me feel like I'm their number one client. I know I'm not because my purchases are on the lower end and I go there maybe twice a month. My brand new $300 water pipe was broken. A small piece piece had broken off on the end where you insert the banger... I went back to the store immediately and was told by the employee he "wrapped it correctly" and per the manager I would be able to purchase another piece for 40% off. So. I was running out and stopped by the pharmacy to see if they had anymore that I could buy since it helped me remember them during the grieving process. They didn't have any at the store saying they no longer carried that lip balm and offered me an alternative but when I told them I was looking for that particular one since it reminded me of my departed parents, several staff asked me to wait and they went into their warehouse to see if they could find me any remainders. Luckily they found a few and wouldn't take any compensation for them. You are lucky to have a store like that in Austin with such compassionate staff.
