The employees are friendly and they've been able to give me exactly what I need. I called my doctor and my prescription was easily transferred over. It makes such a difference when you walk into a store and feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. I also really enjoy the samples -- they always seem to be cooking something delicious, and it's a fun way to try new items. The wine selection is excellent as well, and I love that they often have wines available to sample. It adds a special touch to the shopping experience. What I appreciate most, though, is the incredible variety. This store carries such a wide range of products, and it feels thoughtfully curated. I can always find what I'm looking for -- and usually discover something new and exciting, too. The overall layout and selection just feel better suited to my tastes. They have a good selection of ready make meals, a huge frozen food section, and surprisingly affordable bulk pricing. Their produce section is also pretty fresh. I always utilize the app and their scan and go feature. I never have to wait in line because I scan my items as I put them in the cart and check out with my credit card in the app and show the QR code at the exit. This makes my shopping experience more productive and I am in and out quickly.

I went to the same store to try and schedule an appointment. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out. So I called Sam's store itself to try and get someone to help me. The phone rang for about 9 minutes without anyone answering. Finally someone answered and they walked over to the tire department and had to get the service agent to come out and help me. He was the only one in the department. They may be having trouble finding people to work installing tires but they should at least have someone at the desk to help members.
