This demeanor remained the same throughout our entire interaction, and only increased tenfold when I was able to meet her and her team in person. We used Green Cuisine this weekend for my wife's birthday party. I worked with them for 6 weeks before the party- developing the menu and service. Yasmin Alvarado was professional, super enthusiastic, and wanted to please :"you are going to love what we do for you"! Yesterday, they showed up on time with four servers. Yasmin oversaw the setup (see pics) and Ramon cooked for us. We had appetizers and a full taco meal and it was DELICIOUS! The servers walked around the party delivering appetizers early in the party and then cleaning up afterward. She was not only extremely professional, but accommodating to helping plan the vegan options we needed for some of our guests. During the wedding, she and her staff were so professional that we didn't ever need to worry about a single detail of the set up or serving of our guests. I recently hired Green Cuisine Catering to cater my father's Memorial Service. We had the onsite BBQ. Everything was amazing! Maria was my contact person and was so wonderful to work with even when I kept making changes to our order. She just rolled with it! We had BBQ tr-tip and chicken with their homemade sauce, which is amazing, on the side. They also grilled asparagus that was perfect and the mac and cheese was so delicious!
