We hired Green Cuisine for a company picnic just this past weekend and I'm happy to share my experience with all of you. I like to plan parties and help with finding good caterers and options for events in my personal life and professionally. I found Green Cuisine through the Yelp Quote feature, which allowed me to get feedback from several vendors. I reviewed the prices and the menus and decided that Green Cuisine's menus would best serve my event and reached out to Maria. What I liked most about Green Cuisine was the Options, there are several menus to choose from and service types from drop off to full service. Our server was early and set up everything before our guests arrived, it was perfectly timed. We tailored down our menu to BBQ (Tri-Tip, Smoked Chicken and Veggie Skewers), potato salad, green salad, macaroni and cheese and corn muffins. The corn muffins and honey butter were a HUGE hit with the kids. Appetizers were Elote Corn Cups with a cute station set up for people to make their own from the Mexican menu. Everyone loved the food, from the adults to the children. I got a lot of feedback from our guests that the food was delicious and I was very happy with the selection. Maria goes the extra mile to ensure your event not only runs smoothly, but the food is unforgettable, the staff are friendly, and the presentation is immaculate. We ordered Grilled Salmon w/ Lemon Butter Caper sauce, Pan Seared Chicken w/ creamy Mushroom Sauce, Three Cheese Ravioli w/ Marinara Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Pear Salad w/ Honey lemon dressing, fresh baked bread w/ butter, and Apple Crisp w/ Almond Vanilla Whipped Cream. Our staff are still raving on how delicious the food was, and many went back for second and third helpings. My personal favorites included the Chicken w/ Creamy Mushroom Sauce (and I dislike mushrooms!), the garlic mashed potatoes, and the insane Apple Crisp w/ Almond Vanilla Whipped Cream. She was not only extremely professional, but accommodating to helping plan the vegan options we needed for some of our guests. I recently hired Green Cuisine Catering to cater my father's Memorial Service. We had the onsite BBQ. Everything was amazing! Maria was my contact person and was so wonderful to work with even when I kept making changes to our order. She just rolled with it! We had BBQ tr-tip and chicken with their homemade sauce, which is amazing, on the side. They also grilled asparagus that was perfect and the mac and cheese was so delicious! There was a secret ingredient and I would love to know what it was!! Caesar Salad and baguettes were wonderful too! The chef is 5 Star!
