Visually we knew the work was bad however after report was completed and sent to us, our suspicions were confirmed in the 37 page report that the work would have to be completely removed and redone by a certified and qualified contractor. We submitted this report in court as we had to sue previous contractor. The judge ruled in our favor. They are a neutral third party with extreme knowledge and expertise in their field.
