Hello, My Elderly Mother Paid off her house several years ago and soo many repairs were needed. Mainly the siding! Her home was built in the early 80s and back then what people didnt know was that some homes were thrown together. They didn't use all the top notch things that are used today to build a sturdy longterm Structure for a home. So my mother's siding was lifted and nothing was really behind the siding to protect the home so there were water stains in different areas. The home is 1700 sq feet, on a 7,140sq ft lot and is 90% siding. she needed new bathroom renovations ect.... so we called Rudy & Structure builders and Mr Rudy came in, gave us a quote and even lowered the price to where it was reasonable and a cost that we could handle. They came in and did the siding on the house within 3 weeks. He did two bathrooms for mom mom, full renovations and threw in her half bathroom for free. Structure Builders did a great job remodeling our master bath, kitchen, and deck. We had always wanted the wall opened into our kitchen - Structure was able to clear the wall and upgrade the kitchen. They also completely redesigned our bathroom which looks amazing compared to the original layout from 2003. The deck was also extended and built properly with 6x6 beams. Structure extended the deck and changed the direction of stairs to save yard space. My wife and I are very happy with the results and the coordination with Structure. I hired this company back in 2021. To add on an additional bedroom and bathroom on the back of my house. My help was declining so my boots could not be on the ground. The contractor was aware of my condition and took full advantage. He also kept informing me that his crew kept contracting covert so the project was delayed. $70,000.00, Turned into $150.000.00. He Wrote over the original contract saying that the price would be $158,000.00. And he also tried to change the date I had a conversation with him wondering what was going on and he was hoping that I had passed before the project was completed I have audio to prove that this is not a good company these are not good people, They are scammers and con artists and very racist. read more

Writing this review with great frustration, Rudy Paiz was our builder with Structure Builders, What ever you do , do not make the mistake of PAYING HIM IN FULL BEFORE THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED. I would like the public to be aware of this company, Structure Builders over Texas, Rudy Paiz, Contractor. the remodeling of kitchen and bathroom has exceeded timeline!!! it's been over one year now! and still not completed. A good Contractor should put his clients first. This contractor puts his company and payroll first. Numerous delays on projects with excessive excuses and promises that benefit only him And his schedule. No permits, No Inspections were incorporated, even though I asked many times for work to be up to code. The City came out to inspect Electrical Panel ( work from Rudy) and it failed City code. Rudy cuts corners, and uses cheap quality materials but will ask for top dollar payments. Too many excuses, promises, delays, etc. not worth hiring. The work is still not completed. Rudy came out to give me an estimate on Sept 8th. I Specifically told him that I was having a terrible time getting contractors to get back to me with a bid. This is a huge job, somewhere in the neighborhood of between $200-$300k. I sit here today after three phone calls to them still with no actual bid. Quite sure if you can't even get me That in a timely manner, you Won't get my job done in one. So no thank you Structure Builders. I'll pass. read more

It will be ONE YEAR that is company has been working on the remodeling of my house!!! They don't have their own employees to work on the projects, everything is outsourced. This leads to miscommunication and a never ending wave of excuses as to why things are not done in a timely manner. I was left without a working kitchen and washer/dryer for 2 months each. They don't inspect the work that has been done by the third party contractors and so some things are done half ass and needs to be done over and over again. So many different people in/out of the house with no respect has lead to broken items, muddy floors and lack of picking up after themselves. What was supposed to be a wonderful experience is much closer to a nightmare from hell with NO END IN SIGHT! read more

Structure Builders was contracted to build our sunroom addition which they started on 6/07/21. After close to 18 months, the job was still not completed even though the owner Rudy had promised it would be finished before Christmas of 2021 and even earlier but then he kept pushing it back mostly blaming custom window manufacturing woes. All top and bottom windows were suppose to be Don Young windows but instead the top windows he got were some cheaper non Don Young windows. These cheap windows weren't aluminum framed windows like the bottom ones but instead had no frames, weren't as energy efficient and not tinted like the bottom ones. Even after all the windows were eventually installed the job continued to be dragged out. So I terminated our contract on 11/04/22 which he agreed to. I found and hired people myself like the heating and AC contractor plus other contractors to finish it. I finished the job in early 2023. read more
