We chose AMR for our interior remodel because their estimate and OUR project outline was detailed and was going to be followed. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the expectations. We repeatedly had to point out mistakes, and the attention to detail was not what was promised. Communication was minimal, so we found ourselves checking on the progress daily. Toward the end of the project, the contractor was unable to pay his workers, and they left our home unfinished. We ultimately had to hire another contractor to correct the issues and complete the job. We were left disappointed. Anthony and his crew did an awesome job remodeling the bathrooms and replacing the countertops in the kitchen in my house at a great price.

I hired this contractor for two bathroom remodels. He subbed out the work both times (I now know he finds these people on Craigslist). We got lucky the first time; however, the second larger bathroom remodel was an absolute disaster. His sub painted latex over oil, botched the tile installation, and overall left us with a very costly mess. Anthony ended up sending someone back for a week to attempt to fix all of the bad work done by his sub, but we're still left with broken grout and popping floor tiles all over our bathroom due to improper installation. I've made multiple attempts for months to get him back out to correct our floor, and and he gives me every excuse as to why he can't make it out. Now he's completely dodging me. If I can spare one person the frustration and grief of dealing with this man, then mission accomplished. read more

I've used Anthony's Make Ready several times with great results at great prices. The first major project was at my previous home that had water damage due to a roofer's negligence in ripping off shingles and leaving for another job without covering the room. AMR fixed half of the sheetrock in my home, patched, repainted, and replaced all the damage, and did an excellent job. Anthony was nothing short of a lifesaver getting his crew to work so quickly after the damage. Earlier in 2020, I used him at my new home where he did interior painting and did a large 3 car epoxy flooring job that came out perfect. Anthony and his crew took their time doing everything right. They stripped the floor leaving for the day to let it dry, did crack repair and let it cure leaving for the day, rolled the epoxy and left for the day, and came back to add the clear coat. They did not butcher the job by trying to do everything in one day, and Anthony did not start the job during a cold day even though he was onsite saying the cold weather would impact the epoxy's ability to stay on the floor (Google confirms this). I had Anthony out the other day to look at a project that my home builder was doing. He looked at everything and didn't charge me a dime. He said the crew was doing the job correctly and didn't try to sell me a job that wasn't needed. Overall, Anthony and his team are very professional, reliable, trustworthy, and very reasonably priced.
