At 3:34pm Eddie stated he'll check with office. At 7:06 pm he stated the office had nothing signed by me and for me to check my email. Aug 27 at 7:50 am I sent a screen shot showing that I have not received any Docusign correspondence June and asked who the email address was from so I could reverse search for the email. Aug 29th at 9:46 am, I asked Eddie again to please send the contract. Sept 4th at 5:52 pm, I asked for a timeline again for the contract, materials, work scheduled and eta for completion. I haven't had a response from Eddie since Aug 27th. On Sept 5th at 2:16 pm, I asked to just have my $2600 returned. Sept 12th, 1:31 pm, Sept 14th, 1:20 pm, I texted again, "Hi Eddie, can you please send me your email please. Following up. I'd like for the return of the $2600 since there was never a contract, work started and no follow up, no contact and service rendered. I'm moving in a different direction. This is an insurance claim and I need to get the work completed.

We put out a request for quotes on a fence replacement. We received several quotes over the coarse of a few weeks. The cheapest quote was $4,600. The quote we decided to go with was $5,400. The quote Cesar provided was $12,600. That's nearly three times as much as the cheapest, and more than double the median. That's for the same work, the same labor, the same materials, and the same structural design. The only real difference was that I solicited the quotes for the other contractors, and MY WIFE requested the estimate from Cesar. Why the vast disparity in the quotes? We will leave that for you to decide.
