I've been to this location multiple times, so maybe it's gone downhill recently, but this was by…read morefar the worst experience I've had. Honestly, it was bad enough that I don't plan on eating at Shake Shack again. The ordering process is completely self-serve, which wouldn't be such an issue if there were menus displayed in a more convenient spot. There's a large menu board off to the side, but otherwise, you have to stand at the kiosks clicking through every category just to see what's available. This makes the line unnecessarily long and slow. There wasn't even an option to add extra pickles or customize my toppings the way I wanted. And after having customers do all the ordering themselves, the system still asks for a tip, which I found ridiculous considering the service we received. Several tables were also dirty, and the whole process felt unorganized. Unfortunately, the food and service weren't any better. Parts of my order were missing, so I had to keep asking employees for items they forgot. One of the burgers also had to be remade because they added onions to both, even though the receipt clearly showed onions on only one. The wait was extremely long, and when the food finally came out, it wasn't even worth it. My burger was overly greasy, and the fries had this weird, grainy texture that made them unpleasant to eat. Overall, this experience completely turned me off from Shake Shack. For what they charge, the food, service, and overall experience just aren't worth it.

My sister and I ordered a one entree one side meal to share: Lo Mein and Bourbon Chicken. The food was sub-par. It was 4pm but that is no excuse for stale food. You could tell the saucy noodles were not fresh and had been warming up under the heat lamp since at least noon. The bourbon chicken had a weird consistency to it: once again, a victim of the heat lamp. The flavors were all there, but that food had been sitting there for hours and there is no excuse for that. Just because we chose to eat a later lunch or an earlier dinner doesn't mean we should pay for a meal that isn't fresh. Is it fair to hate on a restaurant found in a food court? Maybe not. But even after my rant, I'll have to admit, we finished every bite.

I kept it simple and went with rice and chicken. Now I love food court food, some of the best Chinese food I've had but this was definitely at the bottom of my list. The food lack major flavor. Even the chicken and it was covered with sauce. I used some soy sauce but honestly it didn't make a difference. The price was average and the customer service was fine. The food just needs some flavor. I doubt I return.

Stopped by this place for lunch due to some business that I had to take care of at 1000 Abernathy…read more I don't know what the case was a couple of years ago with Eat Fresh but I'm glad that I didn't see the earlier reviews first. I was surprised to find a simple, clean layout. It reminded me of the typical, basic corporate office building cafeteria but with plenty of warm-hued natural lighting with plenty of space to sit inside and out. The food court itself is above ground level so if you are sitting outside and the weather is nice, you have a nice view of the Sandy Springs skyline as you sit in shaded or non-shaded comfort. As far as the food options, there is a Boar's Head Deli station, and I think 2 other stations. The type of cuisines available was nothing that spectacular but what I was very pleased with was the value. You can purchase some pretty healthy food options for a reasonable price that won't break the bank. I had the Mediterranean Chicken Sandwich. It was prepared fresh to order and came hot, straight off the grill. I also opted for a healthy snack and grabbed a cup of fresh watermelon chunks. They weren't the sweetest (it's not quite watermelon season yet) but they tasted fresh. If you are looking for a decent variety food options with satisfying portions and modest prices, check out Eat Fresh if you work in the office park or are in the area. There were some less healthy options as well but for lunch, I figured I'd eat fresh (and healthy) at Eat Fresh! Do note that the cafeteria is inside of the 400 building at 1000 Abernathy Road NE on the third floor. You do not need ID to get in but you may want to be dressed in something that you would feel comfortable going to work in. Slacks/dresses/khakis? Heck yeah! Jeans? Ok. Sweats? Meh...I did it out of convenience since I had just worked out but I would not advise.

I have been eating at the Northpark 400 cafeteria for 4 years, before Eat Fresh Food Court moved…read morein. The only reason I eat here is because I'm not allowed to go offsite on my break. Half of their hot food is terrible. Their salad bar, sandwiches, coffee, cobbler, pizza crust and breakfast are the only good things. No joke. I've eaten everything they make at one point or another. Today was the last straw, I will never order their hot food again. I got lo mein & orange chicken. I am not very picky at all and can tolerate pretty lousy food. If I am hungry, I will finish my food even if it's not very good. I was married for 8 years to a terrible cook, I can handle anything. Today, I could not finish my food. That hasn't happened since I had the swine flu back in 2009. Not kidding. The lo mein was made with squishy, over cooked spaghetti noodles and had no vegetables except carrot. The orange chicken had a yellow, flavorless sauce which soaked into the flour (not cornstarch) breading causing it to become soggy and fall off the chicken. The chicken itself not only had big chunks of fat and gristle, but it was also just starting to turn bad. I think they reuse the leftover chicken from other dishes they make. Their customer service is pretty bad too. My co-workers have tried to get their money back for obvious flaws in the food, and they will not refund money. All they need to do is a little quality control and google some recipes. I never learned to cook until I became an adult and googled recipes. That's all it takes to learn how to make a good dish when you don't know how to cook, just follow someone else's recipe. Seriously, who puts a sauce on flour-breaded meat under a heat lamp? And, who makes lo mein with semolina flour pasta? People who have never cooked in their life or people who just don't give a s***. Fred, you need a new cook and someone to do quality control.

I love me some cheap Chinese mall food, and after moving to this area, I come here quite often. The food is not high quality. If you are looking for high quality food, you shouldn't be ordering mall food. The food is cheap. You can get the three entree meal for less than $10, though there is an upcharge of $1ish if you get half and half for your base. I highly recommend the bourbon chicken, chicken with broccoli and sesame chicken. I want to try their walnut shrimp too (I assume it tastes similar to Panda Express's honey walnut shrimp) and I plan on checking it out. Food is a LOT of portion. Oh, and make sure to get the white sauce for your fried rice. It's basically the yum yum sauce. I mean, it doesn't really get better than this. Cheap, greasy & quite satisfying mall food with super quick service. I'll be back!

Yalda has indoor and outdoor seating but the outdoor seating is covered so it can get quite hot and humid. We preferred to sit inside. It's a really pretty restaurant from the inside and an open kitchen concept. I really enjoyed the chicken Shish kabob, lamb Koobideh, lamb shawarma wrap, and chicken bites. Our favorites were the fries that came with the wrap and the chicken bites! Lots of flavor and tender. Delicious. The food was very fresh and service was nice as well. We started our dinner with the Zatar labneh which was SO GOOD! And it came with plenty of soft pita which is so different than most Persian spots where you have to keep asking for more bread. We then shared the koobideh kabob, Chilean sea bass, and Cornish hen. The sea bass was absolutely incredible and is a must get! I thought the hen was good too but koobideh kabobs just aren't my thing usually. I usually like saffron rice at other Persian spots better but I really enjoyed the shirin polo. Overall Yalda is a great spot! It doesn't stand out too much compared to the other Persian restaurants because I think they're all good, but if you're in the area I would recommend!
