Just stopped by today for a quick grab. Absolutely no one in line but it was 11AM so I thought its early. When I ordered my food I had a free queso and I was charged despite scanning the app for a free queso. I was refunded no problem with that. When I went back to work and sat down to eat my food was absolutely horrible. To start the chips, the first thing I grabbed to eat, they tasted like they were four or five days old. The cilantro lime sauce had absolutely no flavor. I know that it has a sour cream base and what's crazy is that you could not even taste the sour cream! Just a light green unflavored sauce which is just pointless. Then the entree part, which was a sofritas bowl, nothing had flavor. The sofritas looked disgusting, and there was only a scoop of the toppings and a ton of rice. At this point I can no longer patronize any Chipotle. Too many disappointing experiences lately. After not having been here for a few years due to the last disappointing service, I decided to give it a try again hoping for some improvement. However, it's even worse. My bowl was not even halfway full. They have gotten much stingier with their portion size. This is the reason why there were only three customers in line while the mall was crowded and the lines at the other food places were longer. This is a pure appreciation post because one thing I DO NOT DO is "Mall" food but let me tell you! The chipotle over at perimeter is elite baby!! Because never am I unsatisfied with my order, especially my quesadillas. And that is one thing I don't play about. If you have tried the C Carne Asada at chipotle you must! It is so good and it doesn't matter how you get it, taco, bowl, burrito, quesadillas whatever it is a must to go and get it. Used the Chipotle app for the first time to order one of their new Whole30 salad bowls with carne asada. The app kept crashing on me and timing out. When the order arrived, it didn't come with any utensils or napkins. The food was very salty and the meat was cold and tough and sinewy. I used to love Chipotle, but this wasn't the best meal over ever gotten from them. Might be a while before I try them again based on this experience. read more

Nothing extra special about this location. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. I arrived during a downtime, when things can typically get cleaned but no one was attempting to clean up after what looked like a rush. The location seems to be run by teens, I did not see one adult and one was needed. The employees were more focused on being social and flirting with one another than being attentive and professional. It was frustrating having to be there longer than needed due to staff not wanting to pitch and get customers through the line. My food tasted as typical Chipotle food. There are new organic lemonade that they have that I may try in the future. I just hope the service is better. read more

Today's lunch - Chipotle's veggie Burrito bowl. Mexican food is closest to Indian food, the spices, rice and beans. I highly recommend to try this(especially to Indians) and it's pocket friendly also . Being an Indian, Chipotle is my go to food, when don't feel like cooking. read more

Even with all the Ecoli scares across the nation's Chipotle restaurants, my taste buds did not lead me astray. I needed Chipotle. They gave me what I needed: a chicken burrito bowl with some good ole guac. What's annoying to me is the constantly rising prices, but that has nothing to do with this location and everything to do with the franchise. Honestly, the wait was a little disheartening, since the line wasn't even very long... I was surprised to see that quite a few people in front of me had never had Chipotle before (what?!) and were having trouble figuring out what they wanted. The serving size is moderate: not super skimping on the portions, but I've been served much more at other locations Even so, this is conveniently located in the Perimeter Mall food court and offers almost everything else a separate Chipotle store had. There were bottles of Tabasco (my personal favorite is the Chipotle tabasco), just as every store offers. But there is need to fill your own drink/water, so yay! If I were craving Chipotle and I was in this mall, I would definitely stop by the food court for my usual burrito bowl. read more

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Would not rate this place a single star if possible. After waiting for 15 minutes in line with 5 other customers I finally got a chance to order 3 to go bowls. While the guy was making our order I had to ask him twice to put in some more rice in the same bowl because there wasnt really anything in any of them. he had to ask the guy next to him if he can put more rice in the bowl. Asked him for beans on all 3 bowls but he clearly ignored it and moved the bowls out of his way like he was too busy. The other person asked if i wanted meat i said yes chicken. He puts in almost a half spoon full of chicken in each bowl. By this time i was out of it and just wanted to get it over with so i didnt say anything at all and walked towards the register. Wtf kind of customer service is that? Close this place down if you dont want any customers. Simple as that. All three bowls were almost half full with barely any meat or rice in there. I went here right after the e-coli scare and maybe that affected my experience because in the back of my mind I'm thinking, it has to be here in Atlanta too. Right?? Maybe it was realizing that I'm paying almost $20 for two burrito bowls, but somehow after eating half of mines, I got the runs something awful. Like barely can make it out the food court I have the runs, and the bathroom is right there. It just didn't taste right from the beginning, but my daughter order the same thing as me practically and she didn't seem to suffer from the "runs" at all, so again, maybe my sub-consciousness ended it all for me. The experience did curb me of my desire for Chipotle, I haven't craved it once and my visit here was well over a month ago. I like Chipotle a great deal. I got the veggie bowl today that includes guacamole. There was a large piece of unripened avocado in my bowl that I chewed on. :/ What is so great about this place was how they handled it. I went to the counter to give them a heads up to check their guac. I wasn't asking for anything for free or a credit/refund. I'm working on a table nearby and one of the employees came over sweet as can be. She gave me free chips, salsa and queso. She was extremely apologetic and explained their issues and that they were working to keep that from happening. although, I can't eat what she brought me (I'm going to give it to a friend joining me), the fact she was nice enough to come over and apologize and so sweet about what happened. She wanted to make sure I knew that this isn't their normal practice. Now, I haven't read any of the other reviews on yelp about this location. Not sure what the issue is, but what I know is that my food was fresh, service was quick and they handled the issue that came up very well. The line was long but as expected in the mall. They tried to move it along. The crew member was heavy handed with the meat which I appreciated. So I went to chipotle for lunch because I was hungry and was craving some Tex mex but was still trying to be healthy. I ordered a salad bowl with chicken and before I could even finish half of it, my stomach churned, began to hurt, and I immediately needed to find a bathroom. This was my first meal of the day, so imagine my anger when this meal decides to deliver me an intestinal uppercut, and have me messed up for the whole day. I have to say that this establishment inside Perimeter Mall's food court is very, very efficient. I've been here at various times of day and the line moves fast with about 3 or 4 people behind the counter passing your burrito bowl along down the line. They have cold water in to-go cups ready for you to just grab on your way out and the gal at the register has basically memorized prices of basics, both of which speed up the process. On top of that, I order the same thing every time and I'm always satisfied. The burrito bowl is delicious. Brown rice, chicken, peppers, onions and cheese. I've learned to skip the salsa and the corn because I only guilt myself into including them and I don't end up eating it anyway. I live in cumming, about 40 minutes from this location. I've been to many chipotles and this one is the best. Usually I expect mall food to not be as good as going to an actual location but this chipotle always has the nicest staff, give good sized portions and everything tastes great. I wish I knew the 2 workers on the line names, they had the nicest smiles, the cashier was maryory, also the sweetest smile and the best customer service. This location has a ton of bad reviews- but I haven't necessarily had a bad experience. I normally come during lunch time when the line is to the door. The line moves pretty fast. Make sure you pay attention to how they make your food because it's basically an assembly line that moves TOO fast. So they might not put enough food or put the right meat. Since I pay attention- I never have any issues with how its made. Every time I come, there is an employee stocking the fork and Tabasco area. They don't speak or say excuse me which irks my nerves but I get in/out and keep it moving. read more

I have been to this location, which is actually outside of the Perimeter Mall (it is literally half a mile from the actual mall. With that being said, the biggest benefit of this location is the lack of a line at this Chipotle. Every time I've been there, noon or evening (which I've been to this location 10-15 times) there is no queue or a small queue. The food does seem a bit inconsistent, in the sense that you might get more quantity one day vs. the next, but the taste itself is the same Chipotle you will get at most places. Sometimes the service folks may forget to get you a sauce or ingredient, but overall it is what you expect at Chipotle without the line. read more

My husband and I stopped in this afternoon. I had an unsweet tea while he ate a chicken bowl. The tea tasted fine but when I got to Mt.Vernon and Spalding Dr I had to pull over due to mounting nausea. I vomited up the whole tea moments after. I can't believe I am leaving a bad review for Chipotle but I have been to this one at least 10 times and I am always disappointed. I don't know what is going on with this one but the food is never great and they are always out of something. Today was one of the only times I have been and they weren't out of something like salsa or guacamole, so that is a positive. The employee was apparently new because she didn't put enough steak in the burrito bowl and I asked her for more and they have chorizo now so asked for that as well and the other RUDE employee shouts down the line saying "you have to pay for double meat" I was not talking to her plus I knew There would be some kind of charge for that.
