So this one's a tricky review because I can't really point fingers at Great Wolf's lodge because it was Groupon fault that got our reservations messed up. At the end of the day we got it all settled and we were able to enjoy the park itself...We down to the Water park afterwards and as soon as we got in there three rides were closed and the rides that were open we're completely packed. We were able to talk to one of the supervisors in the swim area and they informed us what was going on and told us the ride would be open in no time. Luckily he was right everything opened back up and the wait for the slides weren't to bad either! The wave pool was way calmer than expected and the kids area was a blast! They have fun for everyone big and small! The Groupon we got came with pizza and drinks and even a $40 gift card which was easy to redeem. But the quality of these weren't great the pizza was OK it wasn't bad but definitely not the greatest. The $40 arcade card was empty within minutes because all the games were so pricey. Would I come back yes! One thing that I hope they change is how LOUD the front stage is by the reservation desk! They started a wolf exercise show and WOW I couldn't hear my self think or let alone the lady who was asking me questions about the Groupon. I'm at the Great Wolf Lodge (GWL) in Concord, NC for a conference. The organizers mentioned they chose GWL after an excellent conference experience at another location. The conference facility is simple but was perfect for our purposes. The best part about the GWL, aside from the fantastic conference, has been the food and the care and caution taken by the kitchen and service staff to ensure I have a flavorful meal that is safe! Outstanding on this account. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And this is a great place for kids to have a marvelous kid-centered experience. The water park, while not for me, looked like so much fun. There are activities throughout the day and different interactive games and spaces including putt-putt golf, bowling, video-based imaginative story, animatronic story time, and live character greetings. First I would like to say, we had a great time at the waterpark. The employees were great very nice and very helpful. Now, here are the issues, 1. You have to pay for parking $15 a night, it's just a parking lot, no security no gates, no valet. Ridiculous! For Friday and Saturday, yea 2 nights 2 kids and 2 adults over $1500. That's basic, no crazy room upgrade, no passes. Food is extra and expensive. The room, oh boy where do I begin, the bathroom had rusting on the water lines behind the toilet, the shower rod bracket was pitted and peeling, the tub looked like they had painted it. The bedding looked like it had never been replaced since the place opened, worn and the comforter had virtually no stuffing and it was more like a sheet. The sofa bed had no sheets, we had to ask for them and then they only brought a top sheet. For the price they are charging they should be ashamed. Come on Great Wolf, do better. I expect more from a pricey "resort" than this. If it were all inclusive I could justify the price, but it's not, everything is extra. $15 a night for parking, outrageous. read more

We went to Great Wolf Lodge for Fall Break. They had the lodge decorated with spider webs, ghosts, and a cemetery. The decorations looked really glowed at night. We did have some issues at check in. But we were able to get everything sorted out. The restaurants are pretty good. Their portions are big. One entree could be two people. Our kids had a really good time. We just returned from a weekend at Great Wolf Lodge and the place didn't disappoint. The customer service ( face-to-face and virtual assistant) was amazing throughout our stay. Both adults and the kids in our group enjoyed the weekend. We purchased two Wolf passes for a 4 and 8 year old and it exceeded our expectations. We were able to complete all the activities on the list except mini golf due to running late and the course closing at 8 pm with the water park. Although, we missed out, GWL allows you to repeat one of the other activities. So we didn't lose out on anything. Have an employee explain the activities and the best way to complete them if this is your first visit. Pros: - Accommodations: Wolf Den room. Nice size room for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) I believe the room sleeps up to 6. - Amenities such as the fridge and microwave to reduce over spending on food. - GWL app was a nice addition. -Staff and customer service was A+. I travel a lot with friends or family and also solo. GWL gets 5 stars for their customer service, attention to detail, and genuinely wanting their guest to enjoy their stay. I wish I had written names down but I did not. Everyone was so helpful. I really appreciated the front desk staff for assisting when needed and the staff member in the bowling alley on Saturday around 11:30 am. He was very helpful and explained the Wolf pass to us. Had he not done this we would have missed out on more than mini golf. His advice made getting through the activities successful, going to the water park, and participating in the events doable. We also had some downtime. If this is your first time visiting ask a staff member to explain the passes and the best way to enjoy all they have. -Staff led parties/events were awesome. -The virtual assistant was a nice touch as well. -Safety of the hotel and parking. We felt safe and the car was not broken into. -Wrist bands can be used to charge food etc to your room. Prior to arrival they do let you know a $100 hold is placed on your card for charging items to your room. You can opt out of this and only have $1 charged if you don't want this option. If you have food credit, you can opt in when you want to spend the credit and then opt back out. I would highly suggest this to ensure random purchases are not on your bill at checkout. If the kids are older and have wrist bands that open the door than they can charge items to your room. Cons: -Very expensive but we knew this before choosing to vacation here and planned accordingly. To cut cost, consider bringing your own snacks, drinks, food, etc. We notice other families order outside food. There is a lot of options nearby (outlet and within driving distance). We stayed in the Wolf Den (Building 1) and the kids had the cabin with bunk beds. Our room included a nice size fridge and a microwave. We also brought a cooler and a heat logic to cook or warm food in case we needed them. We didn't need either due to the amenities. We only spent money on pizza for lunch both days and the kids meals on the second day. We used the $25 credit and spent $40 max at the resort. The kids ate the food we packed for them and enjoyed the treats included with their Wolf Pass. -I wish there were food options for people with allergies. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. I am use to bringing my own food everywhere I go but I would have loved the option of enjoying ice cream with my family. Next trip I will bring my own. Hopefully, they can offer nondairy ice cream in the future. Minor wish: The water park closes at 8 pm and we arrived later than we expected on Friday. We wished it stayed open until 10 pm. I was aware of this due to awesome YELP reviews from recent guest. This was on us since we arrived at 6 pm and were aware we could have arrived earlier (before check-in) in the day to enjoy the park. However, we did have an hour on Friday and spent about 3 hours there on Saturday. We also knew we could go on Sunday despite checking out at 11. The hotel also gave the option to extend the stay for $69 and leave at 2 pm. We did not do this but appreciated the upgrade option. -Wrist bands are very uncomfortable and having to wear hospital like bands the entire stay was our least favorite thing. This is common at resort but other places provide something more comfortable. The kids kept them on but constantly complained about the hard plastic rubbing against their skin. We had someone cut off the extra length. Hopefully this review helps! The reviews I read really helped me ensure our trip was memorable. We arrived Sunday and left Tuesday. Everything about our trip was wonderful! Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The last time I was here, I was in middle school. This time I am a mother bringing my daughter for her 6th birthday. She has been here before with her grandparents so I knew she'd love it. It was going to just be me and her but my bonus daughter wanted to come as well. First off, their website always has deals , you just have to keep checking to see when you're going and what's the best deal you can get. Now I know it is always expensive when booking a room there but for a Thursday night for one adult and one child was $129.99 with the 30% off deal. I think altogether came to $192.08 with fees. That's not bad for all day access to the water park on check in and out days. The process was easy and their online chat is very helpful to get you ready. Having the app is useful to do pre check in, do add ons if you want to include dining credits, late check in etc. now once I got here around 11 am, I checked in using the kiosk at the front desk and it was quick and easy, they even have representatives available to answer questions and help you. They even had a map to show you where everything is. When I booked the room I did request a room close to the water park so they did have me on level 1 which was great. I will say it is very easy to spend money here when everything is convenient and your band you can use as room key and to pay for things. I easily spent $300 in just 2 days (include outside shopping and random things in the lodge) but it was worth it to see my babies happy. They have a bar at the park called the watering hole and I got an island colada in this big cup you can keep. It was pretty good, but I wish it was more sweet. They also have a snack bar called buckets and you can order food from your wolf lodge app and it'll Text you when it's ready. Most of the lodge restaurants are right outside the water park as well if you want something sweet or something else like pizza. My girl wants chicken tenders and fries and they said it was really good, so for a quick lunch it was worth it. Now I don't think I needed a locker because ppl seemed pretty respectful of not touching other peoples things but I'm anal about leaving my purse out , the locker was $15 !!! Smh I shouldn't have but it gave me a piece of mind. The overall experience of the park I'd say was 8/10 for me but the girls would say 10/10 (because they conned me to do the late check out so they could play again lol). We also went to the arcade which was really fun, they also have kiosks which makes it easy to check your card balance and get a new card. The prize store didn't have great prizes for lower ticket amounts so that was a bummer but we decided to keep the cards for next time. We got breakfast this morning at the Loose Moose with the breakfast package. I think the options they had were pretty good but I was disappointed they didn't have waffles and the pancakes were kind of overcooked and hard. The grits and eggs were good with some seasoning and I liked their turkey sausage patties. I think their bacon could have been crispier and their pork sausage links for some reason tasted sour. I'd give breakfast a 6/10. But for $30 it wasn't bad. We went to Dunkin also bc the girls wanted donuts , they have a kiosk outside to order and they text you when it's ready, it did take forever for my order to be ready but other than that, it's Dunkin, they are always delicious. And my daughter had a wristband for a free donut so that was a plus. They always have events going on in the lobby for kids so my baby enjoyed that while she waited. She also enjoyed the dance party last night. We got a room with a king size bed, and the room was so cute and clean. It was easy to use the wolf lodge app chat and ask for more towels as well. Although I think it is overpriced, for the experience my daughter had to enjoy her birthday, it was worth it and we will definitely be back because I know my babies will want to play at the water park again. i book the stay for 9-2 checking out 9-4 . it was my child's celebration I had family drive in from out of town to celebrate. we had the birthday package. ballon's and cake and pizza in room upon check in. well on the 800 number they requested early check in. we got there at 9:54am the young lady who check us in was kind and made me feel welcome. we went to water park and stated our fun. I had three children the rest of my guest were showing up to celebrate. i had ask if he thought we would be in room by 2pm. the man at the end of the counter said "honey I don't why they said that we don't have early checking in" he was rude and curt and un helpful I politely walk away hoping he was just having a bad day. my guest get there I go to get their wrist bands and he says here no charge. I thought or wow that was nice. not realizing I had already paid for these passes and that why he gave them to me. we go and enjoy the water park. check in at 4 comes no room, 5 not room 6 no room 6:30 I finally get text room is ready. Get in room it was clean only issue was a remoter out side of that it was super clean as if it had been remodeled recently. I did a bed bug check and none found I go to room and get it prepared for my daughter I had to go pick up pizza and cake from their spots at the resorts and go back so she could be surprised. Those at the sweet place super nice. Family comes in and could only stay about hour because it was late they had 2 hour drive back. That was not how we planed it. I get not being able to check in early but not having a room at normal check in time was not good. Well I go back down once my guest leave and the young man at the entrance of water park says how you doing? I said better now I got my room and he proceeded to tell me well we had a bed bug infestation. I said what? He said yes that's why housing keeping is struggling. So the rest of the night I would set up and pray no bugs. next morning I told my husband I'm ready to leave I'm uncomfortable. The man at the end counter of front desk needs to be trained on customer service and be kind to all guest. Be professional but do better. I was thankful the kid told me about bed bugs but apparently the employees don't feel supported or they would not share all the issues going on . We left that day around 2:00 I went to front desk and check out told her it was a horrible stay and the only thing we enjoyed was the water Park she said she would get a manager. The manger didn't come . So that told me they don't care about us explains why the other staff acted. The women who checked me out was kind and well trained and wanted to support the business. But the manager still never came out. She said she old take the night off and I would not be charged . Give us the big pass for our future stay for our kids. Told her thank you and left. Only to get home and realize my wallet was still in room. When I called back I got the same man that was rude to me twice he said he would go look. He answer the phone and said I check it's not there. I said I know it's there please ask someone. He transferred me to lost and found. I filled out the paperwork and was stress the rest of the night. Next morning I call the security of the GWL Concord He was kind and thought he ask if he could go look and call me back. He called me back in 30 mins and said I have your wallet. It was right where I said it was. My point is this I check out the day before house keeping could have cleaned that room the day we left they where there but they still had not cleaned it by 9 am the next day. So their process don't work to customers benefit and when I'm paying 300-400 night I expect a certain level Of respect and service. We drive and got my wallet three hours. So thankful my wallet was found. Here's my point Customer service at the end of the counter with the bling out watch he needs to be retrained and understand his snappy slick mouth is rude and uncalled for. The loyalty of the secrets staff shared . Your employees need to understand they represent you and if they feel poorly about your business they need to work somewhere else. But maybe GWL don't really care about anyone but the dollar. But you need to train your staff this is our. Vacation and we need to enjoy it! If folks don't like service field quit but don't make it worst on us. Positive statement Susan who check me out was amazing. Used to work here...I don't anymore, but the company really treats their employees well! I loved working here and meeting different people in the process! Since then, my family and I have visited a few times and stayed in some different rooms. All the rooms were very nice and well-cleaned! I would like to be honest and say though- this place is wonderful for families...but there isn't too much that young children, like babies/toddlers can do waterpark-wise! A lot of the stuff inside the waterpark is mainly targeted toward older kids and adults, but there is a baby pool area that is enclosed near the front of the park, as well as a wave pool with some fountains on the beach area. Other than that, most of the other stuff is for slightly older kids and adults. Outside of the waterpark though, there's a ton of stuff for everyone to do together..there's bowling, the arcade, story time, dance parties, a kid's club (with arts & crafts, etc.), and much more! Lots to do but the main attraction and focus of staying here is the waterpark of course! The Dunkin is really good here, and the pizza, as well as the snack shack inside the waterpark!! read more

I caught a sale and decided to plan a staycation for my little one's birthday. Check in was pretty simple. Someone greeted me at the door, scanned me in and then sent me to the attendants. I was given my wristbands and was able to get into our room a little early. I will say that it's a little confusing how many wristbands you get with each room. You can't speak directly with a local employee so customer service told me 5 via phone and another agent told me 4 via online chat. I planned with the 4 just to be safe. The room was standard. It didn't blow me away. I will say that it was fairly clean as I did my own cleaning routine. The cloth I used was still pretty much clean looking . The rooms could use some minor cosmetic upgrades. It was freezing cold when we first got there. I'll like to add that once the heat was on the room did have a slight musty stench. We noticed that after doing some morning activities and then heading back to our room to gather our things and check out. The waterpark was very enjoyable. I didn't feel 83/84 degrees however. We were all cold at some point. My little one had a ball in all the areas and especially like to watch the bucket tip over. My friends and their little ones had a good time in the toddler section. I had some time to ride the slides with my bf and we had a blast like little kids. Overall, I would return- most likely just a day pass (we live down the road). Some of the reviews scared me but I really don't think it's as bad as they say. It was fairly clean and fun. Most of the employees were personable but a few in the waterpark could be a little more upbeat... you're working with children. My kid was happy to get his donut and wolf ears. Visited GWL for a weekend getaway. We had a pretty good time. We loved all of the activities available for the family. You really do not have to leave the premises unless you want. We did not partake in everything, but a good reason to return. The TVs were not working and that was definitely a negative part of the experience and I think provides a great reason to upgrade rooms with better TV technology packages. If we were able to cast our devices or if rooms were equipped with cords we could connect devices. The water park which should be the highlight of the experience was less desirable, because the water was soooooo cold. Even the outside pool was cold. We did not want to return and that was very unfortunate. There were plenty of food and snack options and the shop offered a nice variety. The highlight for me was the arcade. Most of the games were operational and were generous with winning and tickets awarded. For my 3 year old this was a BIG highlight and made the visit worth 2 trips to the arcade. read more

This was our first time ever going to GWL. Our family had a lot of fun & it was decorated beautifully for Christmas! There were activities for the kids to do throughout the day & Santa was even there some. We didn't even get to do all of the activities and the arcade. Our girls wanted to stay in the water park while we were there. It was definitely more crowded on Saturday than on Sunday. The water on Saturday seemed a little too cold too. I had to get my daughter out some to warm up because she was shivering so much. Today (Sunday) the water seemed a little warmer. The lifeguards throughout the water park were very attentive (especially in the little kiddy pool area) which I loved. The whole place felt safe and clean. Our rooms (joining) were very clean and the beds were comfy. There were 9 EpiPen in our family and we had a room with 2 queen beds and the other room had a queen and bunk beds & it was very spacious for us. This is a cool concept however it is way overpriced for what you get, and they incorrectly charge you for things. I bought the food credits prior to my stay as it's a better deal however they informed us incorrectly that you can't use the credit until you check in. We scanned our wristband to get pizza as again the personnel told us we could and somehow it charged to my credit card instead of using my credits. If you arrive early when the water park opens at 10am you can get into the water park prior to checking in. There are a few pools, 6-7 slides indoor which is cool. I will say the rooms and areas are kept clean but everything cost an arm and a leg whether it's the food, souvenirs, games, etc. Now I have left and have $40 unused food credits and additional $50 charged for pizza. To start, for a water park there was no hot tubs at all which was surprising. Soo many life guards is good but also all the whistle blowing scared my 3 year old and he cried when someone near by was constantly blowing the whistle and refused to swim anymore the rest of the vacation . He was having an amazing time until that incident. My kids were too afraid to try any water slides so we didn't test those out. Food is ridiculously expensive, we ate the breakfast buffet at the hotel and it was $73 for 2 adults one child and 4 drinks (one for my child under the age of 3). I've never in my life paid this much for breakfast considering my kids would only eat the cereal. The wands are cool, we enjoyed walking around the hotel on our free time to make things move with them. Our favorite was the dance party at night before bed! My daughter loved it and so did I. The arcade is super overpriced, I want to remember to just use the coupon on our pass to buy arcade stuff we had a $200 arcade pass for $150, we spent $90 the first day by itself on the arcade the points go by sooo fast. The virtual reality my husband and daughter did because it came with our pass but otherwise not worth $30 a person it was low quality. Our package was unlimited golf, bowling, $100 food card and unlimited drink refills (note: the drinks are all full sugar drinks, Mountain Dew, starry, root beer, Diet Pepsi, Sunkist) no water or juice for kids. Rooms were nice, shampoo, body wash and lotion in the room already in large bottles. Remember to download the app and can see all the events each day. There is a McDonald's Burger King and a Walmart close by so go get food for the fridge in the room. It's crazy you have to pay to park when it's just their parking lot out front we carry our own luggage and park our own car. The life carts are tiny too. We'll be back probably because it's so close but we easily spent $1000 on this vacation it's so expensive for every little thing. This is such a great place to enjoy a stay cation with the Littles. There is on site food drink and adult drinks that everyone can enjoy. They are in a super convenient location as well. The staff is so friendly and you get free wolf ears to start off your stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The only downside was the indoor Waterpark wasn't as warm as you would hope an indoor park would be. Certain areas the water was super comfortable but like the wave pool was freezing. The absolute worst experience in a long time. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to the nastiest most outdated and antiquated place that I've been in a long time. We paid almost $450 for one night in a room it was supposed to be a deluxe. When we stepped in the room, it was like I had stepped back in 1972. Everything is outdated and completely old. There's no microwaves in the rooms. Everything and I mean everything is extremely expensive. One beer is $10. You can't afford to feed a family and have to leave the park to go elsewhere. Their prices are higher than Disneyland for food. Do yourself a favor and don't make the mistake that we did and find somewhere else to go. I don't know how this place is still in business, but I'm sure it's because of people like me who don't do the research before they go. read more

I went here for my daughter's 11th birthday. I told them it was her birthday and they did nothing for her at all. Second of all the waterpark was nasty. Dirt and hair everywhere even when we came first thing in the morning. Also we ate a hungry wolf it was almost 60$ for me and my 2 girls 3$ per drink. This is my second year taking my team to UCA camp at the GWL... both years I have woken up the second morning with no voice and the worst allergies I've ever experienced. Not only have I ended up sick by the second morning, but so have multiple of my cheerleaders. Based on allergies the girls and myself have, I'm led to believe there could be black mold growing under the carpets from guests entering their rooms wet from the water park. The rooms are musty. My air didn't work correctly, and my fridge in my room was missing the knob to control the temp. This place has become DIRTY and the managenent STINGY and UNGRATEFUL. DIRTY: Uppon check-in my room smelled bad so I asked for a new room. The replacement room smelled fine but was smaller. The halls also smelled murky. STINGY: The water park had the basketball pool closed because (we were told) they didn't hire enough lifeguards. The kids were disappointed and the other pools more crowded. They also closed the restaurants at lunch time except for the waterpark snack bar and takeout pizza station, and the only place with indoor tables was inside the hot and humid water park. Unfortunately eating is the room was uncomfortable because the tiny tables in the bed rooms were so small they barely fit 2 small children. UNGRATEFUL: We paid a lot for 3 nights, plus the resort fee they add on, two Wolf passes so the kids could play games, and a prepaid meal credit. I didn't mind until they checked my bag at the waterpark entrance and said I could not bring into the waterpark 2 individual sized bags of chips and cookies for the kids to snack on. They are so GREEDY!!! The chips and cookies were just a small snack, but the lodge seems to want to suck every las penny out of you. For goodness sakes, it was just a small snack for the kids! I've been to the GW Lodge 4 times, but this will be my last. From now on, I'll refer to them as the DIRTY STINGY unGRATEful WOLF LODGE. read more

Great time for kids. Very clean. Staff constantly cleaning and organized. Life guards were very observant and rotate positions to be better at their job. Friendly environment. Recommend going through the week as weekends will be busy. It is nice if you arrive early before check in you can use water park and after you check out you can stay on site for the day using the water park. This is ideal if you live reasonably close by. read more

I purchased day passes to the indoor water park in Concord for myself and my two grandchildren. They had a great time and loved everything! For parents/grandparents on a budget, know that it is EXPENSIVE. Day pass of nearly $70 per person, plus $15 for parking, plus $15 to $30 for locker. If you don't turn in the towels you use, you will be charged. The food menu was limited and for some reason, $15 seems to be the number they use for just about everything. In short, I paid over $300 for the five hours of fun! It was almost unbearably warm and humid and reeked of cholorine inside the park. Don't let your kids go in the kiddy pool! Why are diapered kids allowed in there? Staff were friendly; shops likewise expensive. read more

Kids always have a good time, but they don't see all the issues and are there just for fun. The room was definitely below standard. Thw ac unit was broke, had blue tape and sharpie on it. The carpet had an odor, we got candles and spray to make it better. Management is lacking commitment, especially considering you easily spend $200 a night to stay with the family. So apparently, since the "quite hours are between 10pm - 7am"; it's OK for people to be disrespectful. Literally slamming doors, stomping on the floor, and banging walls are all acceptable. This is even after a call to the front desk to let them know, the noise is all, beyond kids tussling about! AND, as the parent, If my kids acted that way, and kept waking up little ones, there would be consequences! Especially after the y have to send someone down to tell you that you are causing problems. This GWL, don't give a flying F! No thank you, for another stay here! Should have known when after my first 2 minutes in the pool area, a little girl came up to me crying, she had lost her Mommy, when I took her to the staff, they acted extremely put, out, when I asked them to help her! I don't recommend at all. Our room was very dirty. The sink and shower both were clogged. Room smelled so bad as if there was mold in there. There was a wierd smell in the entire place infact. I felt like I was in a building from 1950s. If you normally stay at motels then you will be ok but if you like staying at nice places this is not for you. The resort water areas were so not up to safety measures at all. The ground was so hard and rough at certain places that my kids actually got hurt. I am very disappointed and took pictures of everything. I paid around $700 bucks for the 3 days I stayed and it was a total waste of money. We asked to cut our trip short and we were told money is non refundable. We were infact looking forward for the checkout from the place. My older kid actually got itching due to the water in the water park and he couldn't go anymore yet we were forced to stay. Overall it was the worst experience for us. So not happy at all. I would not recommend anyone go there at all!!! read more

Horrendous check-in process. They check in for rooms at 4PM and check in for half day passes at the same time. They only have one counter and each check in seems to take 5-10 minutes so come in 30-45 minutes early to get in. People were lined up out the door, and guests could barely get in and out of the lobby. Prices are high too, and they try to sell you more stuff at check-in. We were charged over $90 for 2 half day passes, and we had to buy food. read more

Stayed here over the weekend. They weren't very accommodating. One of the people checked us in with a pass I told him I could not afford at the moment. (My check was to hit next day) On our last day 12/1 the fire alarm went off ruined our last day plans and SCARED my kids out their sleep! On top of that, they charged me AGAIN when I got home. My nephews had a great time here! They can get on all of the water slides 20 times a day with short lines. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Food is overpriced but that is to be expected at a resort. This place is fun for the whole family!! For an easy dinner be sure to check out the pizzeria for thick crust pizza and baked wings. read more

My husband and I took our 4 grandchildren the day after Christmas as their present from us. I booked 1 night through Groupon and was charged by Groupon. We charged $51.00 and some change on our wristbands which we are fine with. We left our room at around 10:30 am the next morning. I let a staff member know that we were leaving but they should know that the refrigerator in the room was leaking. She said I'll get it looked at thanks for letting us know. We had a great time. I received an invoice via email that the $51 dollars was added to my credit card (again we're good with that). Then I got my credit card statement. An additional 600+ dollars was added to my credit card on 12/27!!!!! I called GWL, the first woman I spoke with on the phone was wonderful and gave me a case number for my dispute. I called again 3 day later and they stated the actual hotel had not been given the case # yet. I called a 3rd time and was told the hotel has my information. I was put through to the General mailbox at the hotel. I left a message. This is 5 days and an email later and no one from the actual Concord hotel has contacted me. So as of now the case has been open with my credit card company. It just saddens me that such a great experience while staying at the hotel/water park has taken so long to get anyone for contact me. I did find out this is a Hilton resort which makes it even sadder. Over a month later they reimbursed my credit card. We had a really good time I'm just sad this issue took so long to resolve. read more

This place was exactly what I needed for a winter get away with my daughter. The staff was wonderful I got a text from one of the staff members asking was there anything I needed before I arrived. When I did arrive the staff greeted me at the door they were very helpful and attentive. The facility itself was nice my daughter loved the swim area she is 3 years old and loved the swim areas. It was kind of crowded but still space to move around. I will be coming back again soon! read more
