Scott seems a nice enough guy. He handled my complaint complaint in a hurry, which is a big contrast to going to Best Buy or Office Max. However, there are some attitude issues. I had a "virus" take over my PC one evening. It looked, at 1st glance, to be ransomware. I was terrified. In the end, the threat went away after I turned my PC off for several hours. When i brought my PC to Scott, his advice was kind of basic, stuff I already knew (type "alt-ctrl-del"). He never actually found the actual cause of what happened. I also gave him my cellphone, which has lots of problems. There was again an attitude issue, in this case that my cellphone is not top--of-the-line, so you should expect it to run slowly from time-to-time....... gee, I paid for that advice? For those of us with a little bit of technical knowledge, but no time to spend applying it to fixing our own PC/phone, this is not the guy to go to. Not very impressive. read more
