First, after giving Brenda 3 weeks notice for pulling my boat, we were curtly told that was not enough time. (Keep in mind our 3 year agreement for maintenance and storage boasted preferential treatment.) This required me to hire someone to trailer my boat to them when our agreement was for me to drop it off in the water at their docks. After picking it up in the spring, in the water I noticed an area on the bottom of my boat that was damaged. Unfortunately, it was after the water had warmed up and I snorkeled under the boat to notice it. I did not expect them to own up to it and advised them I would fix it myself. (The oil was also over filled) What annoys me is she never acknowledged or responded to my email. There main office in Portland also ignored my complaint.

For example; the last two 4th of July's I have had issues both days with my Jet Skis. I have been able to call and text him to get his advice and recommendations. Both times I brought my ski in the next day and had it back on the water within 48 hours. At other marinas and shops they told me it would be 2-3 weeks at least. Given how short our season here is in Maine.. who the heck has time for that?! He loves what he does and it shows! I also had him install a Stainless Steel wear ring and Solar Propeller and I HIGHLY recommend BOTH of these. The plastic wear rings are junk and constantly break. The Solar prop has been a game changer. Easily 20% more acceleration. My buddy's and I line up now and I leave them in the wake.

We rented two (two person) jet skis for a half day (4 hours) at a reasonable price and had a blast!…read moreUnfortunately we came an hour late, but 3 hours was plenty to have fun on the lake. When we arrived, they were quick to help us with paperwork and getting us right on the jetskis. There was a $1000 deposit (!!!) per jet ski, because we were going as a group, and this makes accidents more likely, which we were a little leery of, but we didn't damage the jet skis and got our deposit slips back in the end with no issues. The girl helping us was friendly and briefly went over how to operate the jet skis and where to avoid, etc. We had a great time on the lake, and went for many dips in the clear, cool water. The jet skis seemed pretty new, and had a small watertight compartment and a larger compartment that was not watertight. They're really easy to operate. When we came back, we did have to wait a while in the heat to get checked out and pay for gas, because there was only one person manning the dock. This wasn't really an issue for us as we were in no rush. I would highly recommend renting jet skis from here.

Over 3 days, we explored the Maine Locke system, Long Lake and the amazing fireworks. The total was about $2500 but completely worth while. This was the best and last week of summer. Having the boat on the lake was a bonus and made everything more fun and worth while!

This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!

We buy a lot from them and know if there is a problem with it anything, they will fix or replace it. I have never had an issue with any work I've had done there or with anything I've bought. I know if I did they would make it right! When Ian has serviced my gear, I take it on a trip with confidence that it will be exactly right. All the guys at Skin divers Paradise are very friendly and they REALLY know what they are doing. So glad they are there because I wouldn't want anyone else working on my scuba gear. They seemed unhappy dealing with the tourist crowd. But things improved after that first day. The boat was in good condition aside from a broken gas gauge. A selection of tubes and water skis was also available. We would definitely rent from them again.
