The bed wasn't set up, she was sitting up while I was inside the room and throughout the conversation she repeatedly mentioned that she had been rushed and that traffic was heavy. She also seemed a bit disoriented. She mentioned that she's usually prepared but didn't have time to get things ready, including hot towels. The massage itself was shorter than the scheduled 20 minutes, even though I told her I was okay to continue. She covered my chest with what seemed like a pillowcase, and I'm not sure if that's standard practice. I still left a tip because that's just who I am, but overall, as a first-time client, the experience left a poor impression.

I also received a dry scalp massage and experienced some swelling after but was told it's all normal after a deep tissue massage.
