After looking at a few places in the area, Relax Station 2 stood out to me and I'm glad I gave it a try! Sarah at the front was very welcoming and got me situated right away. My massage therapist, Nancy, was amazing! I asked for a 60 minute deep tissue/swedish massage, and she took her time, found the knots right away, and made sure the pressure was comfortable throughout the session. You can tell she's very professional and genuinely takes her time with her clients. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish, and Nancy even had water waiting for me afterward. If you're in the Elk Grove area and looking for a massage, I definitely recommend asking for Nancy. She's very nice, sweet, and will take good care of you! I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. Thank you Sarah and Nancy!

I've been coming here for over 5 years and usually have a great experience, but my last 2 visits…read morehave been major disappointments. I always request a back-only massage because of knots from sitting at a desk all day, and I repeated that request when I arrived. The receptionist told me an hour was "too long" for my back, despite my explaining that this is what works for me. The therapist then did almost everything except focus on my back. I tried several times to communicate, but they did not know a word of English. At one point, they rushed out of the room, and the massage later felt as though someone else had returned. I eventually asked for it to stop, it was a total waste of time. I left more stressed than when I arrived. When I explained my concerns while paying, the receptionist again said an hour on my back was "not good for me." As a longtime customer, I should be able to decide what area I want treated, especially after clearly communicating my needs. Unreal!

We've been coming to Laguna Healing Massage individually for the last few years, but we recently…read moredecided to book a 90-minute couples hot stone massage together, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we've made! Their new location is fantastic, much bigger, beautifully set up, and it even feels like the massage chairs got a upgrade. The couples room was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing from the moment we walked in. I had Trinity, who is truly gifted. I had seen her about six weeks prior for a hot stone massage and was blown away, and she delivered that same magic again this time. She paid special attention to my problem areas and finished with an incredible scalp massage that left me completely relaxed. My husband had Kenyea. He doesn't get massages nearly as often as he should, but Kenyea blew him away! He told me afterward that it was easily the best massage he's ever had in his life. Thank you so much, Trinity and Kenyea, for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be booking our next appointment soon!

I think it's been probably at least 3 or 4 years now that I've been coming to Laguna healing massage. Times are harder than usual as the economy is really bad, with purchasing power being super low. But I am thankful for this place. What started as someone working a physical job standing 10+ hours a day, desperately needing relief - that's no more. I do very different work now, but I also live an active life and am a major proponent of good health especially physical health. So I am thankful for Laguna healing massage for helping play that part in physical health maintenance.

We called the day of to make an appointment for a couple massage. You will be in the same room and you're only required to take off your top. They do give you the exact massage time of what you're paying for. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. I was feeling quite tired and sore after. They mostly focused on my middle to upper back but they do massage your legs and arms as well. I also received a dry scalp massage and experienced some swelling after but was told it's all normal after a deep tissue massage. They also offer to scrub your back for an extra $10 but I decided not to try it, will definitely keep it in mind for next time though. We also got free mini water bottles and some candy once the service was done. Only giving this a 4 star as one lady had to keep leaving the room to answer the phone. It was a bit disruptive to keep stopping the massage abruptly. But overall experience was really nice and I enjoyed most of it. Would definitely come back again.

Complete bait and switch. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I was so excited to give this place…read morea shot. Specifically because of the scalp massage. I asked by text how much it costs. We wanted a 90 min full body massage and 30min scalp massage. Their text said a scalp massage for 1 hr is $90 and said the total for what we wanted would be $120. We opted to go with a 60 min full body and 30 min scalp. All was well. We got there and was told by the receptionist to wait but then a masseuse came to get us and told us to follow her. She confirmed what we wanted and told us to undress. Finally under the covers and she is about to start then says "you know it's $120 right?". I'm like wait. I was told $120 for 2 hours. We're going half hour less, why does this cost the same? And why wait to tell us this when we're half naked under the covers about to start?! I explained that's not what we were told and she proceeded to act like we can't afford the difference. The $20 difference wouldn't have mattered if we were told upfront. I would've understood. Mistakes happen. But don't wait til we're half naked to tell me the issue or act like it's our fault. Normally I would've taken that and said go ahead but the way she talked to me was so demeaning I told her we were out. We walked out and the receptionist asked if we were ok. Umm No. I explained to her and she said well I told you to wait. Ma'am. Your masseuse called us. Maybe if it was a mistake on your guys' part. Start with accountability?? The knee jerk reaction was to blame us when we're only following their employee?? We get massages often and this is the first time I've ever walked out of a massage before it started. There's a certain violation you feel when you're being treated rudely and you're half naked.

I ended up going to the relaxation station on July 10th a little late afternoon around 3:00 p.m…read more I had seen different reviews about how there was a specific masseuse named Paul who gave really good deep tissue massages and I was in desperate need of one. So I ended up booking a one-hour massage and I was so grateful that I did. I'll start off with the Ambiance of the place. Walking in you're greeted with very tranquil spa style music. The waiting room is clean, multiple areas to sit down, and they have even a little fridge where clients can take one beverage for themselves after the massage. When the reception called Paul he picks me up within like 4 minutes to go to the back so that we could start the massage. The one thing I appreciate with any masseuse is when they really do listen to the type of pressure you need and again I had read online that Paul had strong pressure and gave a really good deep tissue massage and he did. He asked me multiple times throughout the session if the pressure was good at one point I told him he could go harder because I needed a not release from my shoulder and once I gave him the okay he went for it and I could feel the not trying to break as he put the pressure on my shoulder. Again I am super grateful that I found this place I will also say that actually went last week on August 20th to visit Paul again because that's how much I liked the session. I told myself that the next one I do would be a 90 minute massage because I definitely want to have more time spent on my back area I just carry most of my tension there so to just get a full like 60 minutes just on the back would be amazing and then 30 minutes for calves and feet is totally fine. Also the price is great for the service being provided and I do recommend if you can leave a cash chip it's just nicer to give that to them after your massage is done. Credit cards are accepted for payment of the full service though.
