Ah I have mixed feelings about this place. I've been here a few times. I really should remember the names of the masseuses, one of them is VERY good and the reason I've come back but there is one who is very nice but I don't like her technique - it feels very sharp and I feel like she is rushing and has an anxious aura so I'm not fully relaxed which is the reason for the three stars. The place is very clean and relaxing. The price point is average for a massage. I recommend getting at least the 1 hour to make the most of your money. The 30 min for $45 doesn't really make sense. read more

Excellent experience. Called for same day appointment and had big knots in my right shoulder from some sports activities and stress. One hour deep tissue massage was amazing. I only get 1-2 massages a year and I typically ask for extra attention on my shoulders but nobody ever does. Here, I was asked before I could even ask. When I told the massuse what I needed, she attended to it like I asked. Overall I was satisfied with my massage with the pressure and such, but I wouldn't say it was a "spa" experience. If you're just needing a good massage, I feel like this place is fine, but if you're looking for a spa type experience, spend more money and go elsewhere. Bad part of this experience is my massuse asked for more tip. She tried to tell me she doesn't get paid that much and tried to up my tip amount. I felt like oil was just put on my body without any relief and down $170 plus tip just because we're not that low, but we WON'T BE BACK! They don't advertise prenatal massages in their services, but after talking to the therapist she described how she does prenatal massages and I was happy to have found her. Jessica did a great job with the massage. It was very relaxing. I went with two others and they loved their massage as well. My therapist did answer the phone a couple times during my massage, but I understand her need to do that since it's a small place. It's worth it for the price! Yesterday I wanted a foot massage and decided to check out Laguna Spa. I'd never been to this location, I already had my favorite place so why try something new? The spa is tastefully decorated not only when you walk into the reception area but also where the foot massages take place. It smelled clean, lightly scented but not over powering. The lighting was muted, somewhat dark which was perfect. I was greeted by and subsequently received my masaage from Angela. While my feet were soaking, she massaged my head and neck, then me feet and legs, next I turned over and I received an excellent shoulder and back massage. Angela did a exceptional job and I've found a second favorite place. The prices are comparable to those spas I've been to in Pleasanton, San Ramon and Elk Grove. For $30 I received a great relaxing, clothes on, hour massage. I generally tip $10-$12 which I believe is completely worth it. I highly recommend Laguna Spa! Thank you! read more

The massage was ok and the place clean however when the time came for me to pay and add the tip she apparently didn't feel the tip i was leaving was not goid enough and proceeded to ask me for more money. We called at around 5:40pm and the lady on the phone told us that we could come in at 6pm, which was perfect. Massages here are just okay for me. I like the convenience of dropping in. I am upset that I was being harassed for a tip. I was being very closely watched as I was signing my receipt, to see what I would write for a tip. Once we didn't tip and were asked to do so. They want cash for tip that I don't carry. I was also disappointed that I was wrongfully charged $60 instead of $55 today, and I tipped on top of that. Don't. trust this place. I had a baby 3months ago and have a toddler. When you arrive you will let them know the massage you want. We did the one hour massage, regular versus deep tissue. You are brought to your room and told to undress. I've been here twice already and I will return. My first time here was a pleasant experience, I got the body massage in a private room. My second time here wasn't that great, it was just ok. I tried the body and foot massage this time around and I just wasn't overall satisfied. I feel like the foot massage area needs to have its separate area from the main entrance because I couldn't even relax with seeing a very well litted area and hearing the door bell. Came in for a quick foot massage while I was in the Walgreens shopping center and saw Laguna Spa. The lady at the front up sold me on a full body for $40. Like most of these places they make u pay before hand which isn't a big deal. I prefer it so I can leave without disrupting my zen state after being massaged.
