Unfortunately my daughter couldn't enjoy anything on the kids meal since nothing was offered gluten free. It was suggested that I order something and share with her but even then, they couldn't guarantee that it would be safe for her to eat. We were so excited to try this place & I'd give five stars for the waitress who tried to help with what she could. Ultimately, we had to choose to eat somewhere else but would've loved to enjoy this as a family. read more

Even with a reservation you still have to wait - 45 minutes to one hour. Food was lukewarm to cold. Don't think I'll ever go back.

We were excited to try this restaurant in the Pixar Hotel we were seated for about 30 minutes with no server no water no one came to acknowledge us I asked the very sweet hostess to get our server but instead she took our order The food honestly was not good The service was absolutely the worst We never knew who our server was because nobody actually said hello or thank you or asked if we needed anything A HUGE waste of $ and the menu items are very overpriced we could've gone to IHOP and had faster better service and food Don't waste your time or money read more

Food was phenomenal and the service by Curtis was amazing. We will definitely return! Those French toast logs!!

To say the great maple is mid is an understatement. We arrived at the great maple for our 3pm reservation and were told it would still be a 30min wait, what was the point of making a reservation?, I don't know. They proceed to seat us just a few feet from the door so to say the ambiance was chaotic would be accurate. The food was underwhelming to say the least, the chicken was flavorless, a weird greyish color and had no hot honey. Why call it a hot honey sandwich if it got no hot honey. The "famous" maple donuts were trying to suffocate me with their doughy consistency. It would have been less upsetting if I didn't have to wait an additional 30mins for below subpar food. But hey at least they gave us a magic key holder discount. read more

First and foremost the food is legitimately bad, not one thing we ate was prepared well and after eating you feel disgusting. On top of the food being bad, it's wildly overpriced and I feel that the food quality is even better at IHOP. To say I won't be coming back isn't strong enough, I truly hope nobody is forced to eat at this restaurant. read more

I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. The food was excellent 10/10 but also the vibes & service was amazing. Our server Don was polite, very energetic, & very timely with our difficult orders . Thank you Don & Great Maple was the amazing hospitality. read more

Great ambiance with friendly staff. Try the lemon shrimp pasta or their espresso martini!

Great food and service. Went there with my nephew and had a good time and was seated in a timely manner. They were a little busy at dinner service but that's understandable for a newly opened restaurant. And great customer service as well read more

Food was fresh and the presentation was great. Server was average. Had to wait about an hour for a table.

Way overpriced. If you are at Disney don't book this place. $25 Cobb salad had little ingredients and not worth $12. Shrimp pasta over swimming in oil. Fries for child tasted cold greasy. Catalina spritz drinks were tiny for $12 and was all ice - had barely 2 drinks. Disappointment! read more

First time visiting great maple and my wife and I could not be more satisfied the food was truly amazing and tasty I had the ribs and my wife had the steak and her steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the drinks from the bar were amazing and Andrew and Steven provided some of the best service my wife and I have experienced and we have nothing but good things to say about this place read more

The chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. I'm serious too.

We are staying Pixar Place for the first time and made a reservation at The Great Maple Eatery. Our server, JC was awesome. We ordered eggs Benedict, egg scramble, and chicken fingers, along with coffee. Within two bites we made reservations to come back tomorrow! This is a fantastic restaurant that is fueling us for a big day in the parks. Thank you! read more

We have been to Great Maple many times. And it is always a great experience. Our visit yesterday was so stellar though, above and beyond. Everyone is always so friendly & welcoming. Our waitress this time, Victoria, was so wonderful!! She made us feel like family. And made sure we had everything we needed and more!!! We can't wait to come back & visit with Victoria again soon!! read more

Great maples food was a great! My server Don helped make my experience even better due to the fact that he knew the whole menu. He was able to recommend things I never tried before that I ordered and tasted and it was amazing. If you ever go here definitely request Don for your server! read more

I loved the first time I came here the fried hot honey chicken was one piece of and it was chicken breast white meat. Now I went there's two pieces which is much but now the meat is dark and I don't eat dark chicken meat!! The manger was friendly but told me they have white breast chicken but could grill it. That they couldn't make it fried . Which if they have it why couldn't they fried it and I tried explaining I had it here before with white chicken breast. . I said just bring me pancakes nothing special about the pancakes that are 17 bucks. I go get dennys and have it better. My son didn't care for his food either. So I'm never coming back to a place that changed their food already to cheap meat read more

Okay breakfast food, but nothing special. The manager was super attentive and professional, but host and server were not.

We booked a character luncheon because the website let us do a reservation. We Left Disneyland to get to the luncheon only to be told they don't do character luncheon. When we showed them the reservation and their website they were surprised. After all 10 of us with 4 of them kids ready for a character luncheon (3 of them under 6) who were hungry we did stay and eat. Though the food was good, children's menu is very weak. What was also disappointing was not one effort made to comp drinks or 1 meal or a free dessert. There was very few dining in the restaurant. read more

First time going to Disneyland with my two boys and wanted to try a food spot that was local. Heard good things about Great Maple, but unfortunately didn't live up to par at all. What's funny is that it wasn't even our server's fault. She was so sweet and kind but I could just see that everything else around her was all hectic and chaotic. I see my server running around getting cups, plates, silverware while the managers are just on the floor on their Ipads not supporting them. Food takes an extra long and I know the servers aren't in the back cooking the food themselves. We got the kids chicken and shrimp pasta and it was ok. I honestly just felt really bad for our server tbh. I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know that in order to have a cohesive unit there needs to be a strong support system from upper management and other staff as well. I wish I remembered our waiters name but I don't unfortunately. Its a shame to because she was the only thing good about this place. read more

Hands down the best fine dining in the valley! Service is amazing and the food is on point. Recently had Ruth's Chris, Sheila's and Mastros...Maple and Ash is head and shoulders above read more

Came in last night for Valentine's, Brenda was our server. She did an amazing job, it was our first time dining here and we absolutely loved it. Thank you Brenda for the wonderful experience read more

I had the Maple Crusted salmon. It was awesome. I'm coming back for more. A family size Jack Jack Numnum Cookie makes big time sense.

Had high hopes for this place but did not meet my expectations. The server had us waiting around 25 minutes just to our drinks! It was not busy and seemed to had been dying down from a rush so I'm not sure why the server took so long to simply ask for our drinks. We got the chicken sandwich and blt sandwich, the blt was alright, can't really mess it up and truffle fries were good! Now the fried chicken, absolutely disgusting! It was extremely chewy I couldn't even finish half, not the best service or food! read more

Great Breakfast if you have no food allergies. But very unfriendly to those with gluten issues. It's unfortunate since they could do a number of very simple things for the menu to be more accommodating. Tortilla chips could be all corn, breakfast potatoes of all kinds included flour including those in the hash - why?, add GF toast, hollandaise sauce does not require flour yet theirs does, etc... read more

Absolutely the best breakfast experience I've had!! The french toast was amazing and our server Victoria was very attentive and sweet. We will definitely be coming back and asking for her!! read more

Dined Friday evening at the great maple. Our server was friendly and attentive. We got the ribeye melt and the French toast. Both items were tasty and filling. Our only complaint is the water tasted absolutely disgusting... next time we will hydrate beforehand. read more

The food & service was absolutely amazing! If you go here we recommend the French toast logs, egg benedict & the chilaquiles. the food was so fresh, quick & delicious. Every bit was so flavorful. Now let me tell you the service was outstanding. Our server was Uchenna and I have never had better service in my life. She made my birthday so special. Her attitude was so beautiful, she always had a smile on her face, was herself & full of so much joy! She has a heart of Gold! We loved every moment of being here. Even the host came up to us to make sure my son was okay and maybe wanted something different. This is a solid 10/10! Thank you so much everyone! read more

Just tried this Disney restaurant for the first time. I ordered the grilled chicken bowl, it was so delicious!! It was just Chicken breast and veggies and I've never had a better chicken bowl. Nice break from the busy park, short walk through the Grand California. Totally recommend. read more

Trash food. ONLY Place in the world that makes crispy chicken sandwich with dark meat. Low quality food. Never go there. Their hand burger bread is like days old. read more

Good food, great service! Don was friendly, welcoming and gave great recommendations.

The loudest restaurant we have ever experienced. Kids running and yelling around everywhere. Had to put earplugs in just to keep our sanity. The worst restaurant experience ever. read more

The food was great, the service was excellent (thanks Don) and so was the ambiance. We had a large party and everyone was accommodating and pleasant. The food came out quickly and was perfectly cooked. The drinks were great and the kept them flowing. We'll definitely consider coming back with our party and by ourselves. read more

Came with a party of 20 and everything was bangin and tasty and good. Don is the man!!

Visited the restaurant for the first time today. My wife and I shared the Rib Eye Sandwich that was so delicious. It melted in our mouths. We also enjoyed a spectacular hummus dish with an awesome flavor too hard to describe. We topped it off with a cup of coffee and a seasonal pomegranate donut that was so light and airy and of course delicious. Our server J.C. was awesome and made sure that we were taken care of. He is very friendly and professional. Make sure you ask for him when you visit. He also prepared a custom mezcal margarita for my wife that was just perfect. Highly recommended the restaurant. We will be back and bring our friends. read more

The food was absolutely amazing! Very very delicious. But what I loved even more was our server Britney; she was so kind and so friendly and truly made all the difference. I am going to miss her, if you can ask for her to be your server; she truly has something special. read more

Great food and service! Hummus appetizer and mushroom fries were a hit. Grilled chicken bowl and the Wagyu burger were very delicious! Pancakes were so fluffy! The dressing for the chicken taco salad could use a bit more seasoning. We saved room for dessert and so glad we did! Would definitely eat here again! Staff was super helpful and they were always checking on our table to make sure everything was perfect! We had reservations and they seated us promptly and took our order quickly. Food came out in good time also! Only downfall, the music was especially loud, which made it very hard to hear. read more

I got a steak and asked for medium but got medium well, our server was a-little on the mood-e side and the restaurant could t complete simple tasks. I fell as if this place was overhyped and underwhelming. im very disappointed read more

We got there and got a table within 10 min. Not bad but not amazing for a restaurant with a lot of empty tables, the server show up and bring water and introduce himself. The glass was dirty and the water was tap water but not filtered tap water , bad Anaheim tap water. We ordered some food and 2 drinks , one Cava and a margarita. The server was clueless what Cava is even in it was on the menu. We wait about 15 min for the drinks even when the 2 bartenders were not making any other drinks at the bar. Once again dirty glassware and my sparkling wine was served in a white wine glass. The food was mid and there was only one server on the entire floor serving over 7 tables. Since the server was busy taking care of the entire restaurant we ask the host for the check and after another 15 we were able to catch the attention of the server and get the check. Prices are fine dining so I went expecting fine dining service. Overall i would be more satisfied going to the Dennys down the street or actually dining at Disney restaurants. read more

I really enjoyed my dining experience at the Great Maple in Anaheim, from the atmosphere, the food as well as the service. Don was our server and he was very attentive with our party and the suggestions he made for our meal were exactly what we were looking for. I ordered a Taco Salad for dinner, macaroni and cheese along with the mushroom fries for my tables appetizer and the Maple donut with bacon for dessert. The taco salad was perfect as it wasn't heavy which was ideal for me, and the macaroni was superb. It was truly some of the best macaroni and cheese I have ever tried. It was my first time trying mushroom fries and they did not disappoint as well. The maple bacon donut at the end was a great way to end our meal and it was perfect because the order comes with 3 donuts which was enough for our party to have one each. Overall the atmosphere was great as well with the basketball game playing on their TVs by the bar. Will definitely be returning and hoping to try more of our servers suggestions! read more
