We had a great experience!!! Great food selections! Jerome gave us recommendations and we enjoyed everything we ordered! It's awesome that this great maple is down the street from Disneyland!!! Made our visit perfect!!!! read more

Came here with my husband brother in law and father in law. The food here was amazing the ambience of the restaurant was so cute. And the server was very helpful. read more

My family and I enjoyed this restaurant, we will be back! When my 3 old spilled a beverage it was rough trying to flag staff down for help, but the food and drinks were great read more

Very good food and service. A nice space to eat. Large portion sizes. The seasonal donuts were very good. I had a cucumber gimlet that knocked my socks off. read more

Food is OK but ambiance is poor. We've had multiple meals here as we stayed at the hotel. Do not order the Caesar salad Worst ever. High prices - like all of Disney these days. Worst for us however is the volume of their piped-in music ALWAYS VERY LOUD. And this morning we get attitude from the server about having to repeat himself because we couldn't hear him? Well excuse me! read more

Food 4 to 5 Service 2/5 We stayed at the Pixar hotel so we went there for lunch as it's located in the hotel. The restaurant was not crowded. The food was good but the service was really subpar. The waitress may just have a lot on her mind or something - she wrote down something we didn't order and we gave her the benefit of the doubt so we kept the order and didn't dispute. But for the whole meal, she didn't bring our drink until we reminded her. She didn't bring us the ketchup that we asked for. She never checked on us to see if we needed anything. She either forgot to or took a long time to bring anything we asked for including the bill. The place was pretty empty and there were almost no other tables around us. We felt totally ignored and mistreated for the whole meal. Combined with the technical difficulties the restaurant had with its inability to easily charge the bill to our hotel room (that I ended up just paying credit card), we had no desire to eat there again. read more

We came on Sunday to enjoy the long weekend and met JC again,he was our waiter last time, thank you for your good service ........

Food is mid and not so great. Bruoche was probably the best food here. Pancakes nothing great. I would rather go eat inside downtown disney.

Great ambiance but the food was just ok. I found most dishes to be too heavy and rich. I even tried one of their salads, I really wanted to love this place, but even that was underwhelming. read more

An absolutely outstanding brunch experience! My aunt took my husband and I here and we loved everything about this place. We split a maple bacon donut for starters and it was soooo fresh I could have had 5 to myself. I had the ribeye hash- highly recommend. Our server was so nice and really went above and beyond for us. I love the different images of Disney characters around the restaurant! Do yourself a favor and come for brunch, you won't regret it. read more

Came here for a family dinner of 11. They accommodated for seating which was nice however service was very slow. We waited about 20 minutes before someone came over to take our drink orders and another 20 to bring them to us. They are new and busy but they failed to check on us during our meal. One person's drink order was messed up three times. We all finished our meals quickly because we were starving from the wait. I ordered a burger which had a soggy bun and looked rare when I asked for medium. My parmesan truffle fries lacked flavor and you could taste that they fry them in the same vat of oil for their doughnuts. Our waitress was busy working the bar while trying to juggle orders. This place needs to hire more help and upgrade their flavor intensity. If they did this would be a great place. Unfortunately our party was disappointed. Updated: not only was dinning experience sub-par the validation does not work for Downtown Disney Parking so basically to use the 3 hour validation you have to use the hotel parking but beware if you use the hotel parking it's 40.00 dollars for the first hour after the three hours you get with the validation. Most would think three hours is enough to eat but not at this restaurant because they are severely understaffed. Let's hope they figure that out soon. read more

I pass it everyday going to work so finally decided to try it and highly recommend. Waited 5 min to sit down. The server was so polite and on top it every time. For an appetizer we tried the scalloped potatoes and they were excellent. Ordered the 10 oz New York steak medium rare and it was delicious with every bite. Not too over done and easy to cut. Def wanna come back to try the ribs/pasta. They even offer cast member discounts which is a plus. read more

Great Maple - 10 oz New York steak - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Anaheim, California

Went to Great Maple for my SO's birthday! Had a reservation at 8:45 pm. Probably one of the last reservations for the night. This restaurant is located in the new Pixar Hotel originally known as Paradise Hotel. The walk from the parks, through downtown, to the restaurant wasn't bad. The hotel had really cool artwork of Pixar creations! Come a bit earlier to check out the artwork! The restaurant its self was very modern. A center bar with a lot options to choose from. My partner ordered the spaghetti shrimp and I ordered the rib eye sandwich. We also ordered the fried portobello mushroom as an appetizer. That appetizer was AMAZING! Highly recommend that! My dish was delicious and bit pricey but hey it's Disney. My SO stated he liked his food, I thought it was a bit bland. We both agreed the ribeye sandwich was the better option. We ordered their speciality donut, which at the time was their cinnamon bun donut. We were excited to try it! First bite was doughy, kept chewing and then it started tasting like bourbon... whisky? Googled what the cause is, and it stated that if yeast starts to taste like alcohol, the dough is no longer good. So definitely got a bad batch. Our waitress came, we told her what's wrong and she corrected it by asking if we wanted something else. We wanted the beignets but they were out for the night. The manager came to our table apologize for the "raw" donut and gave us a discount off our meal and gave us ice cream. She was very nice and offered us a on the house donuts the next time we come back. Stellar customer service. We appreciate their efforts to right a wrong. Thank you Great Maple! read more

What a great night at Great Maple last night! I started off with the best tiki drink I've ever had and we go to a lot of tiki bars, it was called a Mer made and it was fantastic. Deep fried Portobello mushroom was for starters and so delicious. I ordered the bbq ribs and the chef cooked them to perfection, the pork fell right off the bone and I had delicious scalloped potatoes too. Jesus was our server and couldn't of been nicer. I'm officially adding Great Maple to our list of restaurants to frequent read more

I read an article in Auto Club magazine and wanted to visit for my office outing birthday lunch. The portions were really big and each one was enough to share. We all enjoyed every dish but we each took half of it home since we ordered appetizers. Only negative was they put us in a back corner and no other guests were around us and they sort of forgot to check on us. I would come again to try other choices. read more

Fantastic food in a beautiful new restaurant. Fun Disney/Pixar-inspired decor. Great service, as is the usual for most Disneyland Resort locations. I selected a coffee and the Fried Chicken & Donuts for breakfast. Healthy? No. Inexpensive? No. Delicious? YES! I will definitely be back to taste more of their menu. read more

Wow!! Excellent service, food and ambiance. Everyone in our family agrees, this is THE BEST MEAL we've had on our four day trip to Disneyland. Maria, our server, was AMAZING!!! Hands down simply the best spot in and around Disneyland! read more

Amazing food and service. Would recommend. The staff is so friendly that ambience of the entire restaurant is just epic everyone knows what they're doing they know the menu inside and out can't wait to come back and try more food haven't had a single bad experience or bad dish here ever read more

This place is just Ok. It's overpriced for what it is. Came in on a weekday. Krystal was our server, which she provided excellence service and was knowledgeable. The restaurant is very clean and located inside Pixar Hotel. I ordered the BLT, a coke, and a cold brew bear. The BLT is huge, but it's lacking something. Brew Bear was good, but nothing to brag about. read more

Feels very un-Disney in a bad way. It is nice to get a bit of a Disney break, but the service here was lacking for a restaurant that's considered on property. We had a big party of 11 and it took a long time to be seated and the host seemed bothered by having to accommodate us although we did have a reservation. It also took a long time to actually get our order and food. The portions are huge and you can definitely share a plate but the food is nothing to write home about. read more

My fam and I recently had dinner here, and we had a great time! The food was amazing, our server was also awesome! He and the I other servers worked very well together, met our needs in a courteous, prompt manner, which we much appreciated! :-) We would highly recommend the Maple inside Downtown Disney Anaheim! read more

No really impressed the ambiance is calm with chill music the bacon donut with fried chicken fails to impress. The donut was dense and hard to cut (like stale old donuts) the fried chicken was a little soggy and the service was slow as fudge. Our order didn't even come out on time together we had to wait an eternity for the burger to come out. the steak burger was very dry and the little bear drinks were bitter and tasted nothing like salted caramel. Anyways I wouldn't come here again, maybe just eat inside the park next time. read more

This is a place that I want to bring my best friend Kalani cause it's that great!!! I ordered the shrimp Benedict and it was amazing! The French toast amazing! My bacon old fashion was okay like 6/10. But all the food was amazing!! read more

I visited the restaurant 3 times while visiting the Pixar hotel. The restaurant staff that were good, were GOOD, the staff that was bad, were bad. The cauliflower/hummus dish was a HIT and I ordered it twice during my stay; The naan served was WARM and was the best naan I'd ever had. The mac & cheese plate was on the small side and was decent, but not great. The fried chicken/donut plate, which is their claim to fame was marginal. The donut was very heavy, not cake like at all, it would have been better if it was warm and the fried chicken....well...that was just ok as well. I would have preferred Church's. Pricey with hit & miss service, but I'd go back for the cauliflower/hummus plate. read more

Food was great, as always, but this location has issues. Made reservations at 6:45pm didn't get sat until close to 7:30pm after numerous follow ups with the front. Asked to speak with manager who told me that "he can talk for 10 minutes on why a table wasn't ready, but didn't want to waste our time." Server tried her best but drinks took forever to get, food took forever to get and came out wrong. Because of the time it took didn't want to deal with sending back food to the kitchen. Our dinner on average should have take an hour and a half but this took us over two and a half. Just be prepared. read more

Have been to Newport and Pasadena location so I was familiar with Great Maple. We had two reservations that the manager was able to combine into a table for 13. Service and food were excellent. Having been only open recently I wasn't sure what to expect. It was much better than the meal we had at the Newport location recently. Outstanding addition to the Disneyland Resort. read more

Breakfast here is sooooo good. I think it's even better than story tellers cafe. The server was amazing and the overall feeling was great.

Wish I could give 4.5 stars. I was initially reticent to have an evening dinner at a park hotel - and a new one to boot. Was very pleasantly surprised and impressed. Was great food with a good selection and the service was inventive without being oppressive. The only downside was it is a tad loud. This is after all Disney Land. Highly recommended. read more

SO bad. All around. Took forever for waiter to come to our table even though it was dead. Waiter was weirded out when we asked for water even though we fully planned on ordering drinks. We ordered the fries as an app and they were so disgusting. They looked old: flimsy, dry, and cold. We decided to leave and find elsewhere to eat (which was SUPER inconvenient since it's Disney & there's not really walk up dining available for starving people). Please spend your money elsewhere!!! read more

Was kinda disappointed in this one. The soda pop ribs were dry and not very flavorful. The Mahi Mahi fish special was overcooked and rubbery. Our server was great and very attentive. The food just wasn't that good for the price. read more

I would give it 3.5 stars. A bit overpriced for the food, but then again it's part of Disneyland experience and it's what you expect. The French toast was a bit on the mushy side. More of a pudding bread. Wouldn't order it again. The burger was decent. I ordered medium rare, but it was more on the rare side, which I am ok with. The aioli on the burger wasn't very flavorful. The truffle fries were good, but not worth the extra $5 they charge you for the upgrade. Convenient when you are staying at the hotel but I would not choose to come here if I wasn't staying here. Lastly, our waitress was sweet, but never came back for refills on our drinks. read more

Managers are rude. They are always short staffed and make little to no accommodations to their menu

This is located in the Pixar hotel, park in the hotel parking lot. We took a huge family group (17 people!) including kids and seniors to this restaurant, and everyone had a good time. The food was fine- standard American heavy breakfast options like bacon, French toast and donuts, good luck finding a vegetable. But overall everything tasted good and there were lots of options. Drinks were good too. We of course tried the donuts and they only had two kinds: milk and cereal and maple bacon. Well all the kids went for the cereal donuts while us adults stuck to the maple bacon. They were delicious! Kids had fun because the pink elephant from Inside Out showed up and they loved it. read more

Should be a 4.5 star type of rating for this establishment. Service and food were wonderful, it just took a little bit longer than expected to get service started. Now on to the food....I tried the ribeye melt and it was very tasty. Wife went with the fried chicken and donuts. She was beyond full after eating half the order. It was 3 full size donuts and several large chicken boneless breasts. We visited the location mid week at the end of January in 2024 and were able to be seated quickly. Overall noise was low to moderate. Cesar was our server and he was outstanding. The location is on the first floor of the rebranded Pixar Place hotel at the Disneyland resort. read more

The decor was lovely and so were the employees, no complaints there. The food however left much to be desired. I don't mind spending money on food but $75 for a sandwich, and a bowl of pasta with a few shrimp seems pretty steep to me. The steak sandwich was not bad. However the lemon shrimp pasta was absolutely inedible. The pasta itself was dry and like it had been sitting out for quite a while and there was no flavor to the dish at all. Pretty disappointed we won't be coming back. read more

What an incredible dining experience! Everyone from the manager who greeted us, to the host who sat us and of course our wonderful server, Stephanie, made the experience awesome! The lavender lemonade was terrific and our dinner entrees (VBLT sandwich with truffle fries and Prime Rib Sandwich with mini caesar salad) and sides (sautéed shrimp and scalloped potatoes) were sooo delicious! Compliments to the front of the house and back of the house! read more

Looked at some reviews and responses from management. The same errors that others are speaking about were evident tonight. Possibly the GM needs to work some nights to see that. 1. Waited 15 minutes to have someone come to table 2. On site manager walked by several times looking at iPad and never noticed us 3. Waitress pleasant 4. Salad and dinner came out same time. Thus guaranteeing entree would be cold 5. Can't seem to get a bill 6 food good but not great The location will keep this place busy when all other places are sold out. But people won't book as first choice Soli read more
