This place ask me if i wanted extra noodles since I was only buying one order and when I said no the Korean guy only put 10 strings of noodles seriously I could count the noodles with my bare hands. I will never eat here because of the way they treat their employees. Make then work two week and when they expect a check they say it was just training. Plus when you question their food handling techniques they let you go because you don't seem happy here. This was almost two years ago. The only reason why I'm saying something now is because someone I recently met worked there and they didn't pay them thier last check. It had been over two months. I think this has got to be the worst display of customer service I've ever experienced. I walk in and place my order, after paying another customer asks for soy sauce and the manager an older Asian gentleman tells him he already gave him one and makes a snarky remark and gives him another. The Hispanic man didn't understand so he simply walked away. If I had seen that before I paid I would've left. In any case the "extra noodles" you pay for is a scam. They call this extra noodles, charge you 2 dollars but still only serve you about the same as the other customers. The last straw was when a customer dropped their plate before being cooked and the manager would not give them another. I understand there is a business cost and the such but it's the only place I've been to that wouldn't just give them another plate. When I saw the owner charging the customer for another plate I felt the need to tell him, it was an accident. He didn't care and charged the customer. I will not be buying any food from them. They don't deserve it based on the way they treat people. The food was mediocre and you could tell they were using every tactic to cut cost. The food here is delicious. But the service is atrocious. Rude staff, and rude owner, who aren't very fond of people who are confused here on their first trip. Not to mention if the place is even slightly crowded or busy, it will take about 30 minutes for your food to start even being prepared. Customer service lacks a bit. The cashier goes from register to serving the condiments (garlic& spices) and noodles at the end of line, and then is rude when you attempt to serve yourself. This place has the worst customer service. A fat lady made a big deal giving my girlfriend attitude over a dollar. The price was 24.99 and my girlfriend didn't want to break a $20 bill over a penny. We ended up being short 3 cents and the lady was rude still. There was no line and she kept watching us to see if we didn't over load our food so she can charge us extra. She intercepts your bowl when you're at the sauce section (towards the end of the line) and she will put the noodles on the bowl herself but half-assedly. When I asked for extra noodles, she asked for additional $2.50 lol It's actually pretty hilarious how stingy she is with the food. It was like the Korean lady saved all her grocery bags so she didn't have to supply them. She finally bought her own btw. The meats are so frozen and since they don't allow you to press the food down, by the time you actually get a few pieces in there, the bowl is full... and if they can't fit the noodles on top, majority of time she'll just knock the rest of what you got off the bowl and trash it and put the noodles. If you have too much for her to knock off, she wants to charge you extra! For the money you pay, the whole thing all around is horrible. I can fill my entire bowl w meat and by the time they cook it and pour all their water on it, it's shrank to nothing. I love Mongolian bbq restaurants thefore I took a dive in trying this one. The line and wait time was longer than the Dmv, but not as efficient. You pay the cashier a whomping 9 dollars for a bowl(doesn't include a drink). Then you step into a line that snakes into the food court. There is a sign that reminds you not to push the meat or else you will be charge extra. I found a loophole by pressing on the meat with the pincers instead of pushing. These place lacks the variety of vegetable selection of other Mongolian bbq. . Overall the food was okay but for the price you could go to a sit down restaurant, paid about the same, and wait less. read more

I order a bowl around 1:30pm from this lady with glasses. She was very rude to me. I had mostly cash but need to pay about $1.00 in change. Apparently that was a no no to her because she was tapping her nails on the counter and tapping her feet so loudly. She was even talking about me to the customer behind me when I got my plate. I didn't know that there was a rule saying that customers aren't allowed to use change. It wasn't even that much I needed to pay in change. This restaurant has awful customer service. My niece and I came here on Black Friday. She just wanted noodles, but the cashier criticized her for not having any vegetables. When my niece decided to add some cabbage, the Asian manager stormed out from the kitchen and told us it was too late. The cashier had already taken my niece's bowl of noodles and placed them against the dirty back wall waiting to be cooked. When we asked again for the cabbage, they pulled cabbage from my bowl to include in my niece's order. Are you telling me they couldn't afford to give my niece 10 cents worth of cabbage? Purchased three meals and when we were getting meat my friend picked up meat that had fallen on his tray and put it back into his bowl. When the man saw this he ran towards him and screamed at him "can't your read the sign!". My friend or brother in law I should say (14 years of age) was shocked and frighten by the screaming man. When I confronted him he said "I have a business to run can't YOU people (meant hispanic people) understand." I was pretty shocked and told him this is no way to treat your customers especially given they are in a mainly Hispanic community. He then proceeded to throw the receipt we had just signed at the counter screaming words that were not in the English language and run off to the back. After all this we proceeded to get out food but we're very noticeably stared at by the owner. It's obvious that they don't care about the community or the people that live in the area.
