They also stated they had not told me it was ready so I shouldn't be there to pick it up. 1) Don't trust the web page. 2) When they say "ready in one hour" they don't mean it. When I brought up the inconvenience they were neither apologetic or willing to offer me any compensation. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE! They wasted my time. Despite the owner's comment below, they made literally no effort to remediate the issue. 100% apathetic and uncaring.

Compared to a furniture store like Ashley, I would say there are more options and most things are placed in the same place so you're not having to walk an entire store specifically to find beds/couches, since other stores tend to create "put-together" collections. Service is attentive for sure and there's very little pressure probably because this Living Spaces store is still so new. I'm definitely anticipating the other Living Spaces location opening in Dunwoody since it'll be closer. It'll be interesting to see if it's as good as this location.

Two weeks ago, I attempted, but Buford Hwy was shut down at a point with no warning. Finally, I had to re-route my trip, arriving at 5:02. Today, I happened to be 20 mins away after a doc appt and took the chance. Well, just ad I got close, there was a wreck right past the exit! 50 mins later, I arrived at the center at 4:54. Quickly grabbed my Jaguar battery and struggled across the lot. A man unlocks the office door to tell me his system is down and proceeded to chastise me for my arrival time. I beseeched him to service me, expressing my exasperation with my latest attempts and how few centers are available. Dan responded impatiently with how he has to be there at 7am, and he would have to pay overtime...workers want to get home to their kids, etc. So, after putting the battery back in my vehicle, I knocked on the office door and asked if he would extend some concession for a future visit. To my surprise, he threw out an insulting 5%!!! "That doesn't even cover taxes." I replied. Clearly Dan did not care nor appreciate my business. I understood about the system being down, but he made NO ATTEMPT at demonstrating that he would like to keep me as a customer. He operated like a government office--'You need us more than we need you, you little nobody'. Although I pulled out the largest battery, I had two more I wanted to swap, but would've been satisfied with servicing one, OR providing an appreciation discount for my next hour long trek. The store hours can use expanding by at least 30 minutes, especially since Metro traffic has swelled and road construction is ongoing, not to mention the usual. My first visit here the staffers were helpful and recommended options that would help me save time in finishing my project. Of course it resulted in an additional $60 spent but when the Pro gives a recommendation, you at least consider it! In total I spent about $150 more than the big box stores. I had a custom color match of a new product that seemed perfect when I left the store but to my surprise the color was about 2-3 shades darker than the sample I got from here just a day before. The person on staff was not so happy about my return and it showed, but I was refunded my money and that's all I wanted. If you're going to give recommendations, especially custom color recommendations...be prepared to support the result of your recommendations. Next time, I will just pass on the 'Pro's' perspective and stick with my own!
