Michael knew everything about all of the fireworks and as first time buyers and users of fireworks we were super nervous because people really get hurt using them. Michael made me feel like I was a PRO by the time I left there! I live about 35 mins away from the store and the one in my town was closed so I had to make the trek out to Grayson and let me tell you based on the customer service from Matthew I will gladly drive 35 mins every time just for the superb treatment. Some is suitable for kids with appropriate supervision, while other stuff looks like it needs a military ordinance expert. In other words, something for everyone. The staff, in this non-Independence Day time is sparse. But the one gentleman was attentive, friendly and generally helpful in directing us to material appropriate for Chinese Lunar New Year! Fountains were all I really had any experience with, but was curious about slightly larger effects, and I am so happy this place is right by my neighborhood. I was greeted immediately with multiple friendly employees. And while they all seemed eager to help, I never once felt pressured. It truly felt like each one wanted to help, and each had a good amount of knowledge. I received a quick tutorial on how to fuse effects together so I didn't have to light each firework separately. As I was checking out, I was given a free "cake" that turned out to be the perfect finale for my little backyard show American VIP that paired beautifully with a gold crackling fountain.
