Today, I took my 1 year old granddaughter to Randy's Pumpkin patch. Now, this beautiful pumpkin patch has been coming here for quite sometime. I last brought my grandson here and he's 13 now. I don't know if it's the same people or not. But every year a Halloween pumpkin patch/pony ride is here. Coming in my granddaughters eyes was wide open with excitement. To see all the beautiful colors and displays of scarecrows and Halloween characters. She loved it. Although she's too young to enjoy the inflatable activities and can hardly stand on her own. She loved trying to stand near the pumpkins and touching them. I paid for to ride the pony, but she's too young so I just took a couple of pictures of her seating on it. However, we both enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend everyone to come to Randy's Pumpkin patch. read more

It's about that time fall season is here get outside and have some fun and check out Randy's pumpkin patch. Randy's pumpkin patch was so much fun this was my actual first time coming here now that i have a kid I'm all for the outside fun and this place was definitely fun for the kids. From the bounce houses, pony rides, face painting, train rides and funnel cakes this place was like a mini fair lol i really enjoyed myself and i know for sure so did my 1 year old daughter did as well. We went on the train twice an she tried out the bounce house like a big girl . The view was full of fun lots of cute photos could of been taken specially for fall. I loved seeing the parents do mini photo shoots close by the pumpkins which it was plenty to choose from for the kids to carve. Bring your kids out to choose a pumpkin and to have a little fall fun. The service was also good lots of teenagers and high school kids working the area I'm assuming for community service hours or as volunteers which was pretty cool. read more

Cost of adults is now $10 for entry and the tickets are $20 for 25 with the blow up slides being between 2-4 tickets. The tractor train "hay ride" is 5 tickets per person. I don't see value in coming here anymore. We had fun in previous years but spent less than an hour here this year. read more

While this was on the more affordable side of a pumpkin patch, it lacked variety. The attractions were mainly bounce houses. I honestly was expecting this to be on a farm but it's actually just on a small plot of land. It was slightly difficult to actually get to the pumpkin patch because it is right off of a busy street. I actually ended up having to take a U-turn to get in. Once you actually get to the venue, there is a lot of parking I noticed a lot of people park across the street where the bank was because they're closed at night. You also have options to parallel park off the side. The hayride is actually multiple buggies connected to a tractor and you don't actually go on top of Hay. Despite that a lot of people did go on this ride, including myself, and it was actually fun. I could've sworn online. It said the hayride was free but that might be on the weekends. The "hay" ride or "train" ride goes around the whole entire plot. As you ride you get to see all the Halloween decor that is the one thing they did not skimp on is the Halloween decorations. So you will definitely get your Instagram pictures in. I will give it some props because we came on a Monday. They did not have most of the attractions open. And it was kind of crowded because like I said before it's not on a farm. I want to give a shout out to the employee that told us to look around before buying attraction tickets, so we knew what we wanted to do and how many tickets to get. That was very honest of him & we did end up saving some money. Mainly because the Pony ride,Face painting, food stand & a couple other attractions were closed. I really wish the food stand was open, because the only thing you can purchase is snowcones and cheap snacks in the front where you purchased tickets. This actually let us to leave earlier so we could get food. Despite lacking food and some of the attraction, they were not lacking in pumpkins. I think this place had the most variety compared to most of the pumpkin patches I've been to. They had all sorts of different shaped pumpkins, different colors, and even ones with lots of texture, which I've never really seen a pumpkin, so much texture & bumps before. Tickets wise each attraction averages about 4-5 tickets, so I recommend getting the 25 tickets for $20! One ticket= $1, so it does start to add up the more things you want to do. The most expensive thing I saw was the trampoline jump at 12 tickets/ person, and the cheapest was three tickets. I would skip the carnival side of the games because they mainly for kids. It was two tickets to play so technically it was cheaper than when you actually go to a carnival if you win, you get two price tickets to collect and you get to choose from their prizes a different ticket prices. The best prize they had was a plastic blowup guitar and a plastic blowup saxophone. Would I go again? Maybe if it was a weekend and they had more attractions & food. In all honesty this pumpkin patch is great for those Instagram pictures actually did see some "influencers" take pictures here. 1000% a few of the employees where great! read more

The pumpkins are the best prices ever I've seen however if your going as a couple I don't recommend but as a family it's a quick pumpkin patch near you. Not as big as I thought however they don't have much arcade games so don't really spend much money on tickets but they have a lot of different variety of jumping houses and kid friendly things for ages 4-8 years old. But if your looking as a adult to do things I'd recommend to go when it's just open admission is free during that time and the pumpkins are great price read more

I love this place so much the food is nice and the games are great, I love the staff and how they treat everyone with kindness and how they are gentle with the children. Waste of money - $5 per adult just to walk inside. $20 for 25 tickets which sounds like a lot and then you realize it takes 4 tickets to let your child bounce in the bounce house for 3 whole minutes, 5 tickets per adult and child over 2 years to ride a train ride which is maybe a 3-4 minute loop, etc. $10 extra to ride a pony for 2 whole minutes. There's also hardly any food or beverages and not even many different types of pumpkins. Very disappointing. read more

Randy's Pumpkin Patch is a small area next to a bank filled with activities. If you're not 5 years old or younger, this place is probably not for you. I saw so many adults couples walking in and leaving after 5 minutes. But if you have kids 5 years or younger, this place would be a fun, little experience. It is free to get in. It also has free parking. But parking is limited. You're better off to park in the streets. They are also busy with kids running around. I would try to go on a weekday around 4:15 PM if you want to beat the crowds and non-street parking. So if it's free admission and parking, how do they make money? They have a few stuff you can do that cost tickets. Each ticket costs $1. And they take most form of payment except checks. The most expensive thing is the bungee jump, which costs 6 tickets to do. The cheapest is the giant slide, which is 2 tickets. There are other stuff like Bunny Petting Zoo, which costs 3 tickets and you have a 5 minute time limit. Very young children is free but has to be accompanied by an adult. Like I said, if you're not a super young kid, all these little activities will look super-lame to you. This would not be a good date spot, unless you and your date have young kids. As for pumpkins, there weren't many. It was like 50 or so. They had different colored pumpkins like white ones and green ones. But that's the extent of the pumpkin patch. They were fun to take photo ops for your kids. My kid and my friend's kids had fun. If your idea of a corn maze is an inflatable with pictures of a corn field, however, this is for you. Two stars because our 4 year old son seemed happy, but older children will not be impressed. I came to Randy's in search for the GREAT PUMPKIN! I found more than that. I saw a bouncy house, a slide, bunny petting and and so much more. There was a sign that read (Funnel Cakes) now that made me wanna come back for that before Halloween. I was told to go out and find the size I needed because they are priced by size. There was so many to choose from even white pumpkins. I decided on an original orange pumpkin, making sure to find a nice size one with a stem. I think I did a good job i will let my son have fun with this big orange thing but the seeds belong to me for baking! He can carve and cut as many eyes and teeth as he wants its plenty of room. I purchased a paint your jack o lantern kit last week. I'm sure he will have a blast hooking up his pumpkin from Randy's. read more

Today I take my grandson and have to pay $10 to park and then $5 to get in to look at pumpkins. crazy to spend $15 just to look at pumpkins. My grandson picked out a pumpkin that wasn't very large but was still $20. I use to love going to this place during Halloween for pumpkins and during Christmas for a tree. Never again! Very attractive from driving by this place at night to be met with some pretty big disappointment coming in on a busy night. I would rate this attraction closer to the bottom of the list when it comes to fun carnivals, fairs, or outdoor venues we have been. Pricey for what you get and value for the rides was a pretty big let down. 1 ticket is $1 and that means a 5 ticket ride is $5 dollars. $5 for a maze that takes a 7 year old 2 minutes to get through is hardly worth paying money for, but alas that is what you get. The big pumpkin jumping pad was $3 and that wasn't too bad I guess but the overall experience was just disappointing for my family. It took us about 30 minutes to use $20 dollars. Overall we felt that the allure of the lights and music and bustle of people in the pumpkin batch was a bit misleading for us who came here in the morning several years ago to find that the night time events were not what we expected. I would rate this patch higher if we weren't just so disappointed by our experience. We will probably skip this patch in the future. The Christmas tree lot was nice though and I can see myself returning to get a tree from here. 2 stars sums up our experience here. read more

Y'all. Do not come here!! This place is such a disappointment compared to pictures of previous years. This is not a pumpkin patch, but rather a patch of mud with some hay thrown on top and some pumpkins here and there. We came around 6PM on a Saturday and it was SOOO crowded. The "patch" itself is a small fenced area next to a Suntrust bank. It looks like they tried to pack it with inflatables this year so the perimeter of the fenced area was already full and bulky, and you couldn't even walk through because the lines of people for everything except the boiled peanuts stand was 30+ deep. It was very packed and no opportunity for any type of distancing (you can kind of see it in the background of the pictures). When we got to the "pumpkins", it looked like they just threw some scarce pumpkins in like 4 rows in the middle of everything and called it a day. Like you can see how disappointed and thrown off my son was. An elementary school's cheap fall festival is what this reminded me of. We left after 10 minutes. read more

Perfectly suited for little children. We took our 2 year old and 5 year old and they had a great time. I think older kids might get bored but our little ones loved it. As other reviews have said, 25 tickets for $20. Each activity is 3 or more tickets. The pony rides are $5. We bought a large bag of cotton candy for $5. Be prepared to spend money. We must have spent $70 and we didn't even buy a pumpkin lol! But the little ones had a fantastic evening so it was worth it! It is a small space which I really liked...less room to chase after the kids...easier to keep them confined..and perfect for grandma who came with us and doesn't want to walk very far! There is no corn maze, like other reviews have said. Just stuff for little kids (inflatable slide, small train ride, bunny petting zoo, bouncy castle, mini haunted house, face painting, etc). We did not have any problems with the staff. Most of them are young people (teenagers) and they were all very nice and friendly. We are looking forward to their Christmas Tree farm. Overcrowded and definitely NOT COVID FRIENDLY. My daughter almost fell off the pony ride twice and when her time in the bouncy castle was up, she was roughly picked up and brought out by a worker there. it's way too crowded for this small hay covered parking lot. I wouldn't call this a pumpkin patch, more like we sell expensive pumpkins. it's way over priced. 20$ for 25 tickets when you have 4-5 bounce houses that take 4 tickets each and only give you 3 minutes to jump. besides my two kids that were jumping, it was two other kids in there. no line which was weird because it's so crowded. maybe because it's so freaking small and bunched together it feels like it's a lot of people. ridiculous. then you have the "sky jump" which takes most of your tickets and you go maybe a foot or two up in the air, as well as the face painting that takes 14 freaking tickets. like be for real. and the pony/horse ride is a freaking joke. $10 to go around a hoolah hoop sized ring twice! and the train ride. smh no comment. yeah, we will will never be back. read more

Our fault for not confirming before we visited on a weekday- came for pony rides but found out after arriving that pony rides are only on Fridays after 5 pm and weekends. No train ride on weekday either. Funnel cake stand closed. Tiny haunted inflatable maze closed. So on a weekday, there are rows of pumpkins, several inflatables (a slide, a bounce house- each requires 2 tickets), and bunnies (3 tickets). Several painted wooden boards provide photo ops. No entrance charge, and free parking. Nice pumpkins in neat rows with hay strewn all over ground for some nice photos. I think it's decent for neighborhood kids to drop by for some fun, but not really worth driving too far for, especially on a weekday. Even though it's not much for a weekday visitor, it looks like a lot of work for a small company to set up. I wonder if they just spent a little more time arranged more photo ops (ie. piles of pumpkins/ hay/ vintage farm stuff / less plastic halloween stuff Ect), I bet lots of young families are willing to pay an entrance fee to go take autumn family photos... read more

This was a cute and convenient pumpkin patch. Nothing spectacular but certainly gets the job done. There were pony rides, bounce houses, bungie trampolines, a train ride , a little maze, and of course a decent sized pumpkin patch. All the workers were young, polite, and helpful. The down side is the main parking lot is small so you do have to park across the street. Another thing is the patch itself is not huge so it got a little crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Probably perfect for little kids and I hope they do well but should not be advertised as a pumpkin patch. You have to pay $5 to park 50 yard across the street. Took my 10,12 and 14 year olds and they were ready to go after 30 min because they had been through the inflatable corn maze and big slide and that was all they could do. $2 for one turn down the slide. This is my 2nd year in a row attending the festivities at Randy's. My children enjoyed themselves this year and last year. There are bounce houses, rock climbing, zip lining, rabbit letting, mazes and of course pumpkins. Oh and how did I forget the train. MY OFFICIAL REVIEW OF RANDY'S PUMPKIN PATCH:Randy's Pumpkin Patch was convenient to get to ( for hungry relatives it's across the street from Bojangles), there was convenient fenced in parking (with a parking attendant directing traffic for safety) and all the activities were spread out in such a way that no one was bumping into each other. They also had several port-a-potties for those who needed to use the restroom. When we drove up they had some scary inflatables outside the fence that we took the opportunity to take some pictures with. So from the very beginning my 5 year old was excited to get in. Even though there was no door charge (although in our opinion we felt there needed to be a door charge) we were greeted by staff as we entered in. Immediately upon entering in there is a ticket booth that is also surrounded by many Halloween wares for purchase. The ground was uneven and in some spots there was hay on the ground so wear comfortable shoes. They had shaded areas to sit down to escape the sun (trust me you will appreciate this). Every single staff we encountered was overly friendly. We even had a chance to talk to Randy himself who we saw everywhere talking to his customers. All the staff was easily recognizable in bright orange colored shirts with the Randy Pumpkin Patch logo and advertisement on it. They were enthusiastic, energetic, very helpful and ensured all the children had a good time. The prices were extremely reasonable for all the activities they had for the children including free admission. We bought the ticket package ($20 for 25 tickets) and most attractions were 2-3 tickets a piece. We also purchased the pony ride for $5. With that package we were able to participate in every attraction including multiple bouncy houses with several different levels of challenges, fenced in Bunny Petting Area (with a seating area for the parents to observe the children playing with the bunnies), Kiddie Train that circled the premises (even the parents joined their children on it or it had seat belts for those children who wanted to ride alone), Haunted Bouncy House, Face Painting, there was pumpkins in different colors everywhere to choose from and they even had a ice cream truck on-site to help cool off. There was also many photo op spots to create lasting memories. It is a great child friendly (2 years old-10 years old) attraction, safe, fun and somewhere to allow the children to enjoy for at least a good 3 hours. read more
