As a single mom it is very expensive for me to replace a refrigerator full of food. They have had to take my 2nd fridge in to work on it and try to fix it. I came into Fleet Feet in Lawrenceville looking for shoes for myself and my three daughters, and Kaylee was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to listen to what we needed, answer all of our questions, and help us find the perfect shoes. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer. What impressed me even more was watching her multitask. While she was helping my family, there was also a sweet older couple in the store who needed assistance, and Kaylee handled everything so professionally and gracefully. She somehow managed to give everyone the attention they deserved while making each customer feel important and taken care of. That really stood out to me! Kaylee is truly a wonderful representative of Fleet Feet. She was friendly, informative, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we found exactly what we needed. Not only was I in and out in a hurry, but they had exactly what I wanted and it's not bad stuff! This is a larger sized location, and I guess they have to be to compete with the Walmart across the street, but I bet they take a few dollars from that walmart, as you can find cleaning supplies to batteries for a buck. Best store and experience ever? Nope, but they do a great job doing exactly what you expect them to do...giving decent supplies on the cheap. Next time you're in the need for something, glue, candy, oven mitts, give the Dollar Tree the benefit of the doubt, and check them out!
