We have to get it replaced otherwise water would soak right through. We reached out to them asking what sweep they used so we can find a replacement, however, the contact who responded to us (decent turnaround time on response) told us they can send someone over for a service call at $100. Then we asked again if they can just share with us what we need to replace the sweep with, she came back saying we can pick it up at their location for a specific price. We just wanted to know what we can replace the sweep with (because it is not an expensive fix) but they did not want to reveal it but tried to offer to have a service call to fix it. We are just very surprised how this product is failing after one year of use. Was hoping this would last longer than that!

When I asked to have them honor the original price since that is what I had quoted my client, they refused and ended up losing quite a nice sale.
