I ordered custom 4 panel sliding doors in the basement since there is music equipment there and I wanted it to divide the area. The original design didn't work with the space as the floors were uneven. The rep came back out with technician and came up with a solution that worked. We weren't able to get it in before the end of the year because we didn't know how uneven the floor was until it was self-leveled out. Glad they were able to come up with a successful solution. The carpenter they used was great and a perfectionist. Once that was done and notified that the glass was cut and ready for installation. Enrique and Andrew came out prompt, professional, and completed the installation within half the time of the allotted window. These have only been installed for a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with the investment, service and quality of work. The owner Mark insisted on wasting everyone's time and seems to think that because his employees usually do things right, I should be grateful that after a terrible experience and enough complaining, they fixed some but not all of their mistakes. Each step of the process had issues that needed fixing so make sure you check and recheck everything they do. For me, that meant having to take multiple days off work to accommodate their schedules for the initial quote, the second measurement, and the installation. We recently had a full wall mirror put in our garage for our home gym. The results of the installation are amazing and worth every penny! We figured it could have been due to the holidays, but we never heard from them after we sent our deposit until I sent an email to ask what the delay was. I used Creative Mirror & Shower for new painted glass closet doors in my bedroom and the hallway. The price seemed very high at first but upon further research I found that the company was lower priced than similar companies. Also other custom glass door companies had around 12+ week lead time where this company was 3 weeks. The sales man, crew that measured and removed old doors and the final installers were all very professional, arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the house etc. The installers names were Jonathan & Jesus. They did a great job. The hallway doors were manufactured the incorrect size at first and could not fit so a 2nd install trip had to be setup. They were fixed right away and was able to come back a few days later to finish install so won't deduct any stars for that. Creative mirror and shower installed a new glass shower door when I moved into a new condo in 2018. At time of installation, they charged ~$1000 which was a competitive price. In 2019, we had an issue with the tile in that same shower and the shower door needed to be removed. Just the cost of removing and reinstalling the shower door was $795.00. Now in 2021, we have had issues where the "fixed" side panel and the rubber lining between the doors are malfunctioning. The rubber lining between the doors is coming off. The side panel is losing its adhesion to the floor underneath (see photos). I discussed this with Creative Mirror, who attributed the problems to the adhesive material used to attach the shower door to the floor. Possibly, the humidity from water could have broken the adhesive down. They said that two years is a possible time frame for this to occur. They quoted me $695.00 to re-seal the side panel (no new glass doors, just to re-install the side panel) I ended up going with Chicago Glass & Mirror who charged me $365. Moreover, they screwed in the side panel to the wall and floor underneath to avoid this happening again. For what it's worth, the people at Creative Mirror and Shower have been polite and nice, but I cannot recommend the quality of their work or their prices. *** As an update, the owner called me and was professional and apologetic regarding my experience. He seemed genuine and well-meaning. He explained that the adhesive material breaking down in two years is not what they would expect and apologized that the issue had occurred. read more

About eight months after installation of our shower enclosure, the shower door had crept out of alignment from the top hinge and wasn't closing completely. It was a minor problem but an adjustment was needed. When I called the company there was no hesitation on their part. They wanted to make things right immediately under the one year warranty. The two technicians they sent, Taras and Joel, were friendly, courteous, and professional and were able to fix the problem quickly. Five star experience. We purchased the 1/2 inch thick low iron, tempered glass shower door and just recently had it installed. It is outright GORGEOUS, perfectly measured, installed, no water leakage, etc. The two installers (Kyle and one other guy---I didn't get his name) came on time, literally at 1 PM for the "1 to 3 PM" time slot. They quickly came in---went to one bathroom, locking themselves away, working discreetly and quietly. About an hour and 1/2 later, the absolute beauty was installed! Amazing! I do want to mention that we could have gone with the lower bids from their competitors but we felt more comfortable with this company. We thought the sales reps knew what we were looking for--wanting the door that felt "substantial with a quality feel" and is "beautiful" with the matching chrome door handle and hinge. In addition, based on a few neighbors' positive experience with Creative Mirror & Shower, we were pretty confident that they would, at a minimum, meet our expectations. In this case, they exceeded them! Though the price was higher than what I would have preferred, it was worth every penny. Now, I don't even bother thinking about what I paid- who cares now? We had Creative Mirror & Shower install beautiful 1/2 inch shower glass in our home in Del Webb's Sun City about five years ago. The Fleurco product was fantastic and the installation team couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. We selected them after doing extensive research and always said that we would use them again. Well, in 2022 we sold that house and bought a new one in Talamore and had a contractor rebuild the basic shower that the builder put in. This time again, with beautiful glass and custom hardware to support the glass. Our contractor said "Don't worry, I have a glass guy" and we said "Don't worry, we know exactly where we're going." Again, a 2023 trip to Creative Mirror & Shower and selecting the identical product for our new custom bathroom. We are very happy with them, and all of their employees. Everything was was on time and looks great, we keep showing all our friends. Marty Rosenbaum was our salesman and he and the technicians make the company shine as bright as the glass does. I was unable to replace two medicine chests with existing mirrors in very poor condition in our bathrooms since these unusually sized medicine chests aren't made any more (very old house).
