Rather than appropriately addressing the situation, His accusation occurred in front of other customers, which caused me considerable embarrassment and humiliation. I also asked Satnam for the owner's name and contact information so that I could address the situation. He told me that he did not know who the owner was and refused to provide me with information. Milo was under my control and was not creating a disturbance or interfering with the operation of the business.
