Nothing worked inside the store the cheese machine was broken and i asked for help he barely even helped me I had to figure it out myself, the floor was sticky and it smelt nasty inside there I would not recommend at all. Guy working there was a complete idiot.

I wish I could give negative stars for this place! What ever you do, do not ever buy lottery…read moretickets here! They try to cheat you out of extra money! Prime example: today I purchased a lottery ticket with 3 plays at $2 each. I use the same ticket every week. It is ALWAYS $6! The woman put my ticket into the machine but instead of just putting it through she started punching extra numbers! When she came back she said that it would be $12! Essentially she ran it 2 times, kept one for herself and wanted me to pay for both! Then the guy got involved when I told her she was wrong. The ticket he handed me showed 3 plays which should equal $6 which I pointed out to him! He looked at it said yes and then told me I would need to fill out a new ticket! I said no, I would take my original filled out paper and go somewhere where they don't try to cheat! I went next door to Charlie's liquors and sure enough, he ran the ticket and it was $6! Watch every time they charge you for anything as they may be doing the same "overcharging" for other items as well and just assume no one will notice!!

The first was when my Christmas cards were not delivered on time, and now this latest issue involved a same-day personalized 24th anniversary card. I was away for the weekend celebrating my anniversary, so I asked my daughter to pick up the card for me. She went in the same day, but staff told her there was a problem with their printer. They said they would call once it was resolved, but no one ever followed up. When we returned home Monday, my daughter had already gone to school. Since Walgreens never contacted us, she later stopped by again to pick up the card. Unfortunately, it still was not ready. This time, she was told I needed to select a different size. She relayed that message to me, but when I went online, there was no option available to choose a different size. As a result, I had to make a card myself on regular paper, which was far less special than what I had originally ordered. After 20 years of using Walgreens for printing services, it is disappointing to see such a decline in reliability and customer service.

I go back at 3pm they say it's still not there. They blow up my phone at almost 5pm asking me to ask the doctor to change the dosage because the one they ordered is too high of a dosage. I ask them, why told you order a higher dosage vs what is on the prescription???? They try to tell me oh no that's how it comes bla bla that this exact dosage doesn't exist.... I am like ok so you're saying the doctor is wrong ? Why would I have to call the doctor and instruct them to change the dosage??? That is insane! I have never heard of something like this. What a waste of time! I had the prescription transferred to CVS and they literally filled it with no problem in 20min .... Meanwhile this Pharmacy tried to make it seem like it wasn't them who ordered the wrong pills..... come on now. First and last time going to this pharmacy.

However I have a suggestion - because the cost of the tri tip is misleading and I paid almost $20 for marinade!: Try to bulk marinade your tri tip and then sell it at its real price -- OR be more transparent about the actual size and cost of the tri tip. Today I bought a tri tip -- @ $15/lb. I thought I was getting a 3.5 pound tri tip @ $51.50. However, when I weighed it at home, the tri tip it was only 2.3 pounds. The marinade was 18 ounces!... so paid approximately $17 - a third of my cost - for something I couldn't use. The TRUE cost of the tri tip was approx. $25 a pound. So I paid almost $20 for marinade which you can't really use... I have never had this issue before -- with such a copious amount of liquid.

My marinated tri-tips are better, in my opinion. But I went in a few days looking for a nice Porterhouse steak, and they had them! I purchased a 1.8 pound porterhouse and grilled it. Truly one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Thank you, Rocco's, for having excellent meat, excellent service, and not rude like a counterpart in Gilroy. I will be back over and over again.
